APRIL 2024 - the restaurant is CLOSED until 23rd April. Don’t order on their online service because it’s not open and it WILL take your money anyway. Bit annoying they left this open but if this does happen to you, click the live chat on their ordering system and they can refund you (despite it saying they can’t on their FAQs)

Love this place. Super fast, tasty and friendly! Its our local and we go regularly. They also have specials on a board inside behind the counter.

Best salt and pepper chips I've had in ages, otherwise a good Chinese takeaway.

The lady at the till is the worst I have seen. I chose one of the set menus, and only wanted to change one item. She looked at me like i swore at her mum. No please or thank you. Such a shame that the people who own the place actually cook tasty food.

Heidi is brilliant! helping walk in customers with their orders aswell as juggling phone calls and calling you over when food is ready. She does three things at once. Great service!

I would say currently the best chinese take away in Didcot! Only giving 4 stars because sometimes the waiting time could be quite long, and not having delivery. But other than that our food always have been spot on!

The lady at the counter was extremely rude while taking the order. The food quality was bad too. First and last order from this shop specially due to bad customer service. I won't recommend this place.

Agressif welcoming, badly cook and tasteless food. Not worthy

I ordered the king prawn rice noodle with a deep fried fish in garlic chilli as a starter. Cooked just right. I didn’t give it a five star as the seasoning was a bit heavy to my taste. Also. You need to order over £13 to pay by card.

Great really yummy tasting food but there can be very long waits for food (I waited 55 mins for an order the other day), prices are a bit spenny but undoubtedly worth it and inline with most other takeaways in Didcot. There's no in house delivery and the delivery available through a separate company is costly and not worth it. Not on Just Eat or Uber Eats etc. The Chinese family who own the shop are very lovely and friendly and have owned it for years. Front of house however leaves a lot to be desired in terms of customer service.

5 star Chinese at a banging price only problem is they don't deliver

Service was really nice, they also take card which is rare for a takeaway. Chow mein and HK style chicken were both good - not greasy, chewy or too sweet. Good portion sizes for both as well.

Great food and the lady behind the counter i believe was called Heidi. Was a breath of fresh air so chatty and lovely. Great all round experience

Always a good meal, freshly cooked and always hot. Staff are very friendly. Quicker than others around, even when they are really busy. Usually bang on time or thereabouts too.

If I could give 0 🌟 I would if your a worrier during this pandemic best to avoid this place You state on your window only 3 customers at one time but do nothing when 3 people are Sat inside waiting for a order while 5 different customers wait outside for there pre order at there given slot that was over 10 minutes late. obviously posted during the pandemic. You were made aware of this yet failed to do anything and were ignorant about it a very shocking attitude. Whilst we sat quiet happily in 9ur vehicle for 40 minuits to wait for the order we phoned in we witnessed at one point 7 people in your takeaway 7 not 3.The food was substandard and very small portions compared to previous visits for the same dish's. You shoved pancakes in there wrapper into the container with the very expensive crispy lamb in order to get away with putting in less meat which was severely chewy , the prawn toast was chewy the rice was laden with so much salt it was inedible, much like the rest of the dishes . Not very impressed at all. People work very hard for there money and this was a waste, I did not go back to complain as the rules to which yourself applied on your own window are not followed.

Wonderful staff and the food is excellent. Have tried other takeaways in the area and this is by far the best. Wouldn't go anywhere else....

This place is the very best I have ever had, I've been all over the UK and this nothing beats the golden bamboo in didcot and the staff always smile and there is always a plesant atmosphere to. IT'S A MUST

Only improvement would be delivering

Worst Chinese I've had in Didcot. . Greasy. Garlic chicken wings were basically frozen Tesco wings with some garlic concocsion thrown on top. Chow mien no meat or veg and only taste was grease. Only reason I returned was the spring roll which in the past was great . Like the old day. But again just s grease Ball.b

Great place for take out good people good food

Terrible food. Noodles and rice salty, chicken curry was covered in oil and the satay chicken in peanut sauce was watery. It’s definitely gone down hill.

Since changed hands food quality has gone down.
