Great food never had a bad meal

We have often shopped at this restaurant. But sadly tonight we were totally disappointed in their chips . They were not fit to eat and were put in the bin . As they looked as if they were not cooked today . And the colour and taste was fowl. The burger was fine as was the kebab meat. I feel very frustrated as we use this establishment a lot .

The food was cold, the curry was incredibly watery and was unable to be eaten, the drinks were missing from the order, the driver couldn’t find out where I was and I had to come out to the street to get him and then claimed he’d been knocking on my door despite us being next to the door for 45 minutes… additionally we had been waiting 2 hours for our food!

Took a hour and half to come was just warm. food was awful just mush wouldn’t order again. Ordered Indian side before and always been spot on but this was not nice at all… ordered Munchie box

Pizza was barley warm when it arrived.

Ordered this for my mother in law and she didn’t wanna say as I’d paid for it out the food was freezing and the chicken was pink inside

Ordered a calzone pizza. Arrived early and piping hot. It was the best pizza I’ve had, will definitely be ordering again. Delivery driver was very polite and kind.

I always get the Tandoori King prawn it’s always very nice, but this time it was spicy. It was not enjoyable at all.

All food came hot and it all tasted great. It came way before the delivery estimate, which was a big bonus on a Saturday night.

I always get my masala pizzas from Saleem’s however my pizza arrived tonight and it came so messy and sloppy! As soon as I picked up a piece it was just all falling apart. Never known saleems to disappoint. - I have taking photos and if there was an option I would have uploaded these.

Always spot on when I order from saleems the curry pizza last night was lush and so were the cheesy chips x

The size and quality of bbq chicken tikka nan was amazing. Definitely a meal for 2/3 people. Korma lovely too. Piping hot on delivery

Food is always freezing cold when I get a curry pizza and stuff is always missing from the order garlic was missing and then second time ordering garlic missing and pizza freezing something needs doing and what did I get offered £6 I think they should refund u the price of the pizza and the full amount for your missing sauces as well don’t no if anyone will respond here but I need to know how to take things further please

I have tried many take away establishments in the area . But i have to say since i started using this establishment i was very impressed. As the food you receive is delicious. This is my only go to shop should i need an Indian curry ,or a simple kebab or burger and chips . And should you have any issues they are very helpful and supportive .

I ordered an Al Funghi and it was just a margarita full of red onions, im allergic to red onions, waste of time and money.

Driver was ten mins late, called to say he would be here soon and was a further 10-15 mins late after that. Food was cold and pizza box smashed in so the toppings were on the box itself. Not good enough.

ordered meat samosas and recieved veg. was quite disappointed. usually good from here but a shame they didn't get my order right.

Fantastic quality pizza. We've ordered loads of times before, kebabs etc but I've never had pizza before from Saleems. Absolutely delicious. Plenty of toppings, loads of flavour and great delivery. 10/10 thank you. My go to pizza from now on.

Small misunderstanding about the delivery address, so was taken back to the shop, I called to request an ETA and was advised of the misunderstanding, driver came straight back out and was here within 5 minutes food still warm, tikka wrap was lovely, salad fresh, great service very helpful :)

Don’t no if it’s Becuase I’m starving or that it actually is one banging pizza we have ordered from Saleems loads over the years but first time having a pizza normally order pizzas from elsewhere but think we have just found the new spot ✌️

we shared a chicken and doner kebab and it was absolutely amazing. They consistently have the fastest delivery times out of all the takeaways near us so the food is always piping hot. Delivery was too slow which left the food really cold. I rang them and they said “it’s busy and driver has a few drops on”. Personally I think to avoid this they should have more drivers or take drivers out with less drops to improve food quality and delivery service.

Ordered our meal late as had been out it was lovely when it arrived and a very nice guy delivered it too can totally recommend them I rang up as my grandaughter wanted a bag of batter and they put it in my order so nice of them

Stunning food, since moving to the North east over 7 years ago I haven't managed to find such a high quality take out as this, the curry was restaurant quality, wraps delicious and and pizza was great. I rarely leave reviews but for this one I had to. hands down the best take oit I have had in a decade. 11/10

Arrived 25min early just as well someone was home. on the other hand can't fault the food except the nan bread could of done with being done a bit more. sent wrong item for original order, when the correct item was delivered the pizza had been carried sideways on delivery and all the cheese had came off it. rang back up but they hung the phone up. getting greedy now with the prices here.

Only shop open early in the morning and it delivered one of the best cheesy chip wrap I have ever ate in my life 10/10 from me, re ordering again tonight x

Heard excellent reviews about saleems so we thought we.d give it a try .. food came late , freezing cold and pizza toppings stuck to the inside of box ...its not the cheapest of takeaways so definitely not worth the money ...i never write reviews but food was very dissapointing

half my order was missing and now sat starving still waiting for the other half after I rang and asked where it was. I was told it would be sent out straight away. Still waiting, wasting away here man!!

Ordered a wrap with garlic & chilli sauce, which came with the sauce in pots rather than in the wrap. Absolutely shocking behaviour. By the time I unraveled everything and managed to put the sauce in, everything fell to bits and was no longer a wrap. So disappointed.

Absolutely terrible got a text to confirm that it was ready live about a 10 min drive away drove to get it , stood waiting in the shop half an hour for the order why not just say when it’s actually not way before it is ready !

Food come early but the quality was poor. I ordered salad with my chicken kebab and got chips. Chicken had hardly any taste. Really disappointed and it cost £30 too! What a waste.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as they messed up my order 2 times previously. However, third and final time last night. 100% won't be ordering again.

arrived cold, 20 minutes before estimated time and got no response from the restaurant.

10 mins early, no problem! Lovely and hot, Possibly the best wrap I’ve ever had. Mixed chicken tikka wrap with chilli and garlic. The fact I was annoyed that the chilli and garlic were separate is the worst thing about this because it is an absolute game changer.!! Had the opportunity to put the right amount of each sauce on the wrap to make it perfect. Nowhere else will now get my business. 10/10

Rang half an hour ago as my 3 cans of monster were missing and said they would be 5 minutes to drop it off and no one has turned up really unhappy because I always use this company but food was nice and nothing wrong with it
