Appalling service!! Ordered direct on there website and still waiting 2 hours for delivery. When rang told by rude person on the phone it’s only over time by 20 minutes when actually i ordered 2 hour ago. Either he doesn’t know where my order is or needs to go specsaver to check the clock! Will never use them ever again!

Keep getting my orders wrong.... keep adding hot sauce and it ruins the flavour... but gives me bad tummy!

Every time I order from here They never follow the instructions I request something and they do right the opposite. I spend money and just throwing the food away because they didn't follow instructions.. this is by ordering online But while in store workers are rude and never in the mood. Telling then how you want your order feels wrong when telling them.. That's my experience tho

Amazing food at a real good price, visited multiple times high quality and standards, the peri peri chicken is amazing and you can choose how spicy you want it, and the French fries are always cooked perfectly highly recommend Gloucester Grill, glad this is in my local area!

Dirty smelly ..full of cigarette smoke from dirty looking men . Delivery drivers maybe . Had chicken filled bun.. soggy undercooked . Unfortunately didn't check food till i had driven home .otherwise would have demanded refund .

I've been to gloucester grill several time and the food is amazing but the last time I went to gloucester grill the service isn't great at all as one of the staff members was incredibly rude also the food isn't great at all anymore. I am very disappointed

Best peri peri I've had, visited Gloucester from Southend and it's better than anything there. The sauce they use is banging.

Ordered on Deliveroo after saying it would take around 25 minutes, we rang to ask where it was after waiting an hour and they told me it was on its way, it finally turned up half an hour later. Food was unedible as the chicken in my wrap was still raw! If I could give it less that one star I would 🤢

It is the second time I visited and the peri peri chicken is amazing. The service is rather quick and no issues. It is mostly for take way so I cant comment much about atmosphere. It is busy sometimes.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. Everytime I called the restaurant to chase my food after 2 hours of it not being here they’d lie and say it’d be another 5 minutes, then the owner shouted over me on the phone whilst I was trying to come to a resolution. The food came stone cold and the delivery driver was so rude.

The most delicious fries I have ever tasted served with a side of a delectable burger sauce alongside a Peri Peri chicken wrap is good enough to make me cry.

Better than I expected. £24 for 3 chickens with chips plus a can of drink each. Staff friendly. They double checked our order to make sure that it was right. We've had so many peri peri chickens in recent years from takeaways in the Gloucester area and this is probably one of the better ones. Service was also quick too 👍. Staff also very polite.

One of the very very few food places where their grub doesn't want to make you either heave, or curl up in a ball and cry yourself to sleep at how absolutely disgusting the food is, which sadly is 99% of Gloucester. Although nowhere near as good a quality/taste food as they had before joining the big machine of just eat where online orders are prioritised and you're left waiting for ages to get a few things. I would order online instead had the delivered quality of the food been of a good standard.

Ich habe 3 Tage nacheinander bei euch gegessen, einfach klasse dieses tolle ( scharfe Hähnchen ).Sowas gibt es leider nicht in Deutschland. Ich wünschte mir es gebe sowas bei uns . Ihr seid super ! At this point my GG count is probably in the thousands. It’s the best of Gloucester’s peri peri chicken restaurants of which there are many (I think it’s better than Nando’s by a mile, as well), it’s exceptional value and everyone I recommend it to loves it too. A*

Food arrived. Chips We’re cold and tasted as if they had possibly been reheated. Chicken wings were cold and some were undercooked, slightly bleeding inside. I paid for peri Mayo and received normal Mayo. Phoned to inform them and was spoken to incredibly rudely.

Have been waiting for more then an hour and half for an online order, already paid for it otherwise would have cancelled. I have also been trying to call them and the number is constantly engaged. Not happy !!

Wish there was an option for less than one star. Keep in mind the place is a 5 minute drive from the place it was ordered to. Was meant to arrive at 7:50. Called at 8:00 as not arrived, they said it was on the way. Called at 8:30 as still nothing, they again said it is on the way. Then used JustEat's update me on delivery through text and got the text with the new time of 9:05. So I called them, they said that they had tried to call me 4 times and no answer as the number was wrong, I know this is not the case as the text update worked, they said the food was here, so I waited a little longer and still no show. When the food arrived we questioned and the driver said that he tried to call once so they both gave different answers. He said he asked if a random woman outside the building for a Josh. We took the food that was stone cold and called the restaurant who then said they called 3 times and we did not answer, I tried to advise them of the whole thing with how I had been told 4 times 1 time then 3 and asked if they can do anything as the food was cold. They would not assist and blocked my number. Called just eat where they agree the situation was bad and are going to refund me but they need to order to be marked delivered, and they called the place and they said they will soon, an hour later I am still waiting. Please avoid this place for delivery.

Really nice food. One thing I like about a busy establishment is that it's obviously busy for a reason and you know you are getting freshly cooked food that has not been sat around! They have to cook fresh as the demand is so high. Considering how busy they are at times, the wait for delivery is no more than an hour. I do appreciate it when an establishment is honest when predicting delivery times and then delivers on time.

Usually order from here but after ordering this time I won’t be, the food was dryer than the Sahara desert, the chips was like rubber and the onion rings you could bounce around the room and they was also late !

Where do I even start!! I’m left still feeling hungry!! The portion sizes are an absolute joke. The snack wraps from kfc are bigger than the wrap I have just eaten. We ordered 2 meals, both supposed to come with chips and a drink, unless I was meant to split the 1 bag of chips that I received, then one meal arrived incomplete. The lettuce inside the wrap was limp and tasted horrible, the chicken though was lovely!! With regards to the pitta and the “grilled beef”, maybe state on your website and just eat page that it is in fact a thin floppy grilled beef burger. First and last time ordering from Gloucester Grill. Have had a good review and a recommendation for the place but they must have been mistaken.

Ordered food that said it would take around 45 mins to arrive on JustEat. When I had waited for an extra half an hour, I rang up and the guy on the other end said that they had cancelled my order as soon as they had seen because apparently they dont deliver to my address even tho the JustEat website allowed me to place the order with no hindrance. I also hadnt received any form of refund. Then when I rang up the JustEat helpline they said the order hadn't even been cancelled on their systems hence no refund. All is well now, but one star for not contacting me to tell me my food wasnt going to arrive even tho I expected it to.

It’s Thursday morning, you’re full of regret and upset from your Wednesday night antics. You made it clear to your mates that you were going out for “one drink”. But now we’re here. Waking up with the dirtiest driest mouth and teeth feeling rotten from those blue and orange VKs you get in atik (you know the ones). Before even considering to brush your teeth you’re already thinking about the grill. Obviously you’re going to a get a medium wrap and chips with a can of Rio and some peri mayonnaise, to restore yourself. So, I guess the real summary of this is that Glos Grill is nothing but a drug to your hangover. If it don’t cure you, I’ll buy you another one. Good day.

I've used this food outlet for a good year or so now and it is normally pretty good but last night my delivery arrived over an hour later than our specified delivery time which I find unacceptable! If i would have known this was going to be the case I would of ordered elsewhere!

We had to ring the takeaway 40 minutes after the estimated delivery time asking for an update. They told us the delivery guy had already been to our house, rang the doorbell and tried to ring the contact number I left... I had no missed calls nor did the door knock at all. Clearly a lying delivery as they were never able to provide proof from the driver who does not know how to follow simple delivery instructions. When we tried to get a refund, they stuck us on hold and then hung up. We had to go through Just-Eat which then we got a full refund with help from the support agent.
