What a fantastic cafe. Great service. Great food. Great value for money. Also dog friendly. There was a good choice on the menu.

The best breakfast I have ever had .

What a shame first time in what lovely greeting by the staff made to feel warm and welcomed. Ordered breakfast came and was pleasantly surprised. Rang family up who is currently housebound, checked would deliver snd said yes, happy days. Totally let down by the attitude of the women’s driver you need to lean some manners and speak to people with respect the way you spoke to my 72 year old mum was disgusting, next time take the food back we don’t want it. Had I not been told and orders in the shop whilst eating my own breakfast I would have know you didn’t deliver to where I live. Maybe next time the male in the shop who I belief is the owners will tell me my face and not you. So you know as well I heard your moaning about the order in the shop whilst eating my meal, you let this place down and because of you will not be returning as this left my feeling extremely upset

The second we walked in the door a pleasant voice wished us good morning and advised us to take a seat, followed by 2 menus placed on the table we had chosen. 3 or so minutes passed and a lady came to take our order (very polite and efficient). I had a double espresso which was very good while we waited for our food. After a few minutes 2 large plates of food were placed in front of us and it was piping hot and delicious. This cooked breakfast set me up for the day, no lunch required, my wife said her omelette was delicious. We will come again. So polite and friendly and great food.

We actually had a take away the first we have ever had from the cafeteria.Wow it was absolutely delicious and presentation was as good as sitting in and being waited on. Ringing in the order was so easy and what a pleasant person the man who took the order was. The delivery driver was so nice and polite this will definitely not be the last time we order a takeout.

This would maybe be my last dying meal on the earth. Exactly what you would expect from a caf like this. Food is greasy but absolutely delicious. Service is very friendly and staff go above and beyond. They will make you whatever you want. Not exactly a fancy aesthetic but it’s still cute and cosy in its own way! Value for money is also really great. I got an omelette with a side of chips and a sausage as well as a water and orange for under 12 pounds.

Not only is the food good quality , plentiful and good value, the staff are all polite and smile, and the owner is an extremely courteous and genuine person. As my wife said "he's a really nice man'.

Friendly welcome and service. Swapping items on breakfast, no problem. Chips are excellent. Will happily return.

All top stars for me visited this place a while back and it's absolutely incredible. Great prices. Top quality food great atmosphere it's a very busy cafe as well just goes to show how good it is and the large breakfast is to die for well worth it

If you are in Glossop and need a freshly cooked breakfast this is the place to visit. We always have a breakfast here when we come down from Scotland. The place is well run, very clean,, very friendly staff and the food is as fresh as you can get in. Well worth a visit.

Don’t be deceived by the unassuming exterior. This is a proper cafe at its best. The full breakfast beats those I have had in a few four to five star hotels. It was near full when I went in but they squeezed me in and served me very fast. The very cleanly cooked and tasty breakfast came in minutes few with a piping hot cappacino before. Top class and I will certainly be back. Best breakfast for miles around and all for £6.50! I will definitely be back.

Be careful with checking your order at this cafe. I asked for omission of an ingredient to an avoid an allergy, but the kitchen put it in anyway…. I wouldn’t post but the team just told me ‘oh she’ll be ok’. this is why people die from alllegies. Thankfully hers is only unpleasant rather than life threatening, but the same applies. Please step up as it might not be ok next time for another. Please please take this sort of thing seriously

It looks mediocre on the outside, but once you step through the door, you'll see why it deserves a 4.8 rating. Nothing better than having such lovely breakfast in a cloudy morning

Great find, extensive menu at reasonable prices. Opted for the full English which arrived in no time. Can't fault any of the food, had it with a proper sized cup of Tea, wife had a cappuccino which she rstedcas very good, when in Glossop look this place up.

We were after somewhere for breakfast on Sunday morning. This place was opposite the car park we were in. To be honest, from the outside, we weren’t sure. However we soon found that looks can be deceiving. It turned out to be a brilliant choice. Great food, great service and staff, and great value!

Staff were friendly and welcoming to everyone who walked in the door. They treated the customers like friends. It was my first time there, and I felt welcomed. The food was great, the special omelete was tasty and the price was worth it. They don't have over inflated prices like most places. If I ever pop down to glossop again this is where I'd get lunch 🙂

Just pulled up as the owner was locking up asked us what we wanted .the owner took our order turned everything back on and made us two cuppas made sure we were ok and was really cheerful and helpful.Great biker stop an great staff🥰🥰👍

I went to this place with my friends right after a trek and we had a feast. The best part about this place is that we can get a full English Breakfast at £5. It tasted so good. Everything you ordered from this place was fresh and served very quickly. The staff treated us very well and overall we left very full and very happy.✨ I would highly recommend this if you want good food for a reasonable price and a good portion.

Always our choice for a sunday breakfast but we don't bother anymore because of the waiting time to eat in because of take out orders, the owners may as well shut up shop and just man the phone.

Called today on our way to Buxton. Had a wonderful bacon sandwich and a brilliant cup of tea, too. We were served by a really friendly lady, and the service in general was quick and efficient. It's years since I last called, and probably under new ownership since then. A great place to stop on your travels'. Well worth it. Update: Just called again, and the staff, service, food and prices are first class. No wonder it's a busy place. Absolutely excellent.

BEST BREAKFAST BY A COUNTRY MILE. it was cooked to perfection, really good quality ingredients, served fresh and hot.not greasy i can't recomend it enough.free parking but only a small car park but a big car park over the road.

Having not been able to get for a while, I can honestly say it is still as fabulous as ever. Meals are hot delicious and cooked to perfection. Still my all time favourite place to go to even if it is a 40 minute plus drive away. It is well worth it .

Two huge breakfasts and coffees for £18. Let us charge phones & laptops, use fast WiFi and sit for ages. Very friendly bloke aswell!

Excellent service, great food and great prices. I visit Glossop cafe on a regular basis and am never disappointed. Yes, sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but that's because the place is so popular and busy, and the wait is always worth it. They never disappoint.

Down from Scotland visiting, we had breakfast here a number of times. Can honestly say the food was delicious and plentiful. Owners absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. Great cups of tea and coffee, find it strange this place got any negative reviews. A must to go to you will not be disappointed.

Great place, but closed before I could use the tiolets, without warning ⚠️, but I knocked on the door a few times, and he let me use them. Nice bench seats outside. It was a nice day.

Very tasty breakfast! Friendly staff are always happy to help. Tasty coffee with options for "other" milks. You can sit outside, when nice weather and plenty of space inside. Reasonable prices. Some free space for a car to park, and a big payable carpark on the other side of the road.

I order at 10:45 rang up 2 hours later an they said it’s on its way I said I ordered it two hours ago they was just rude an said will be there in a minute food didn’t come till 13:10 was freezing cold and they forgot my cappuccino I rang up for them to rectify this which the continued to be rude an didn’t offer replacement or refund so no I have food what’s un edible an £20 down

The food is not bad, however it takes hours to prepare a full breakfast, The staff is extremely rude, and i think that it is not worth it !

Sadly this cafe, which once offered excellent customer service, prioritises phone orders and deliveries over the loyal customers who come in on a regular basis. Today we waited 50 mins for our meal, despite the cafe being virtually empty. However, plenty of deliveries were being processed minute by minute, the delivery lady constantly in and out with bags of food whilst we waited for our order. Other customers who came in around the same time were also neglected. The cafe need to sort their kitchen out: one team for delivery orders, one for the cafe itself. Very disappointing.

Very good and reasonably priced food from this clean and tidy establishment. Obviously extremely diligent owners and servers provide a quick and responsive service to its customers. I had breakfast style food with good black coffee for £6 and was delighted with the whole experience. Outside parking may be a little tricky but not impossible. Hungry? Give this cafe a try. I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

Easily the best breakfast in Glossop, everything on the menu is delicious. Freshly cooked to order with good quality ingredients. Large portions, all very well presented. Also by far the best value place to eat in Glossop. The owner and staff are delightful, so welcoming and friendly. I could easily eat here every day.

Love this place and best biking roads the all day breakfast is worth the ride, the staff work real hard and all thru the madness of late they still smiled and remained positive, I can't praise them enough. Thank you from the heart.

Where do i start,,firstly the food is amazing 👏, staff treat you like your in a top class restaurant, can not do enough for you,,but ontop of that the value for money is unreal,they have a massive menu and I think the dearest meal is £6.50,with the cost of living at the moment, I give massive credit to them for allowing some people or families who maybe short on money to be able to afford fantastic food at affordable prices,,and trust me ,the portions are more than enough

Went here twice for a full English. The service was a bit slow on the Saturday but good on Sunday. Good prices for everything too and the breakfast was good both times and even the smallest breakfast is quite a meal.

Delivery time is ridiculously long! has taken over 2 and a half hours this time! 😳 Ended up having my breakfast for lunch on multiple occasions It is usually atleast a nice atmosphere and decent food but both have gone down hill. Saeed should cut off delivery if he can not handle it and be honest about times!

Oh wow! Stumbled upon this place after a hike one weekend and it was definitely worth it and highly recommend. Quick service, nice staff and food arrives perfect, hot and quickly. The price is good for the amount of food. We'll be visiting again.

This establishment offers a superior full English breakfast that is unmatched in the vicinity. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the establishment's decision to allow dogs inside the dining area while patrons are consuming their meals. Furthermore, the cost of beverages is excessive, and they are sourced from multi-packs that are not intended for individual sale. Lastly, the establishment would benefit from the installation of a self-closing mechanism on the door, as patrons frequently leave it open, resulting in a loss of heating or cooling.

Just passing on our way back to Worcestershire and feeling peckish, didn’t look much from the outside but wow, what a brilliant breakfast and welcome. You guys certainly know how to run a business properly. Don’t visit Glossop very often but must make a point of doing so in the future. 5 stars!

Decided to try lunch this time and was not disappointed.My daughter and I had omelette with chips and salad . Fabulous presentation and delicious food.My daughter lives in Holmfirth and is in the catering trade and was very impressed with everything the cafeteria had to offer.The man behind the counter is so lovely and polite , this place is a brilliant place to go for value and superb food.
