Very hot, freshly cooked and good sized portions.

Avoid the cheesy chips £6.20 for a 5” square box with no more than a small scoop of about 20 chips and scraps with a bit of cheese on top absolute rip off! Batter on cod bites soggy and very greasy burger. Normally delicious and good value but won’t be using again as very poor value and substandard quality

delivery man was great, food was still quite hot and was great value for money

Terrible service from Just Eat, no contact, no update and didn't send a drivier, we had to call Giulio's and they sent one of there own, I expect in his own car. Pretty bad service. But Giulio's food is always top.

It arrived on time and it was nice and hot.

One of the best cod and chips we have ever eaten. Fish was beautifully white and the batter light and crispy. So many chips we couldn’t eat them all. We used to live in Worle over 40 years ago, now reside in Devon. Was in the area for a visit yesterday and called in. Wish we lived closer and we could call in more often.

Great service, the food and sauce is one of the best I've tried.

Regular portion of chips were fab, cooked well, staff super friendly and welcoming. Curry sauce was watery and lacked any kind of flavour unfortunately but chips were good

The delivery was 12 mins late. Batter and chips soggy. Could not identify the fish flavour. First time we had just eat from here but previously collected. Seriously unimpressed tonight. It was £32 for 2 people...could eat out for less. Liked this place previously...but can cook better myself.

Great Fish and chip shop, used to use this when I lived in Worle. But since moving to Town, I used another. Local now is not very good. But like always, they have outdone themselves. Great food. 100% recommended.

My delivery was excellent. However I had not noticed the delivery code I am in my 80s and the deliverer was most helpful showing me how to find it. I would like to give him a tip. Can I do this or is it too late?

On time to the minute. Not had a cheeseburger from there before. Bun was so fresh and burger tasty. Fish and chips to normal high standard

usually great service as we are regulars but part of our order was missing this evening, hence why I've answered quality star so low, we called to get the order rectified but noone answered the phone, disappointing.

Delivery man was super lovely! Food was very standard, the battered sausage I got was like a rock so couldn't eat it.

A good chippy, the riot glass carried over from what I assume was a COVID implementation and not due to the locals is a reminder of a more trying time best forgotten. More importantly, more salt and vinegar! Am I the only one that feels a chip without salt and vinegar is unacceptable? A light sprinkling over the top of a large bag of chips means a handful will taste as they should.

Fish was over baked , Fish cake was burned hard and uneatable , Use this Giulia's regular , worst food ever received from here ?

Chicken burger was disappointing! Big chicken nugget in between 2 flattened buns. Fish was very oily! Chips ok and food came really hot!

Delivery driver either left the food on the doorstep and it’s been taken or didn’t even turn up. Absolutely appalling my opinion he/she should be sacked. Not ordering from just eat or this fish and chip shop again.

Fantastic Service by the boys behind the counter, sometime a bit of a wait but that's usually because they're so busy. The fish has always been excellent and well portioned for a family that we often share two pieces of fish between 5 of us. Overall, fanatasic local chippy!

Chips not cooked and fish tasted good but no crispy batter. Curry sauce was nice . Put chips and most of fish in bin.will never go there again.

Now I understand they like to cook fresh however, waiting 15 minutes for a portion of chips that were undercooked and mushy is very disappointing. Members of staff hardly spoke and kept their heads down the whole time with no engagement. One elderly couple walked out as they were not even acknowledged by staff when stood waiting to be served. Very disappointing and won’t be returning

Not sure what they have done to their batter but instead of being light and crispy the last few have been hard and crunchy. Can do better.

It was fine with extra bit of fish but could have been warmer. Size of portion of peas getting smaller.

Burger was rather bland and uninspiring made up of 2 quarter pounders and a bun. Chips could have been warmet.

chips appeared to have been reheated and the fish was overcooked and dry inside don't know if this chip shop is under new owners but its certainly not the same standard anymore.

Stopped by after a long day at work for Fish and Chips. Not only were they the best fish and chips we’ve had in a long time but the young man who served me was really cheerful and polite. He really bought a smile to my face after a bit of a stressful day. Please give him the credit he deserves

order wasn't delivered ,phoned them up asking if they could contact the driver , they told me they have no details for the drivers can be good food but the lack of customer service means I will not order again .

Very disappointing! Ordered Jumbo Sausages with Chips … they delivered just small sausages and the batter tasted rancid. Chips barely cooked! First time order as Sand Bay fish and chips is closed because they had a fire, but won’t be ordering again.

Ordered at 6:04 delivered 7:54. Driver very polite and pleasant. Food very nice. Just took a ling time from order to door.

I dont know whether the items were delivered on time. In both cases ( I had another two weeks ago) they were put into the Porch without the door bell being rung. Consequently both deliveries were cold when I found them.

Just tried the lunchtime offer for the first time. Absolute bargain 2 cod 1 chips massive portions. Will definitely use in the future.

Restaurant confirmed order and did not start preparing until 50 minutes later when it was suppoed to be latest delivery, tried contacting them multiple times to no reply. Quite unacceptable really had hungry kids moaning and whining. An order of this size should not take over an hour...

Literally didn’t even deliver it to my house. Says delivered but I haven’t even got anything. I’ve literally not got anything and been sat here 20 minutes after it was meant to be delivered!

Last 2 times i have been here and walked out ! Only yesterday i walked in and there were 2 people waiting for their food whilst it was being cooked. So i was the only person waiting for service. After 5 minutes of not being acknowledged by anyone i walked out disgusted and went elsewhere. Its really gone downhill lately.

Scampi a bit greasy but tasty. Rest was fine. Having a problem with Just Eat - hve 5 discount tokens for this restaurant but JE did not give a discount on the order. Hard to get through to them.

The food was very good, hot and sufficient to fill although not sure about cod these days but noghing unusual compared with many other places. Did forget to include battered burger but, and brownie points here, realised and called me to apologise and delivered it soon afterwards. Usually find this place is very good.

Regardless of what time food is ordered or if its collection or delivery food standard should always remain the same. Unfortunately the chips were like cardboard and the fish was like it had sad in the fryer for most of the day. Not fresh and highly disappointed. If the manager is reading this...is that acceptable? Have lost a customer who would always choose Gulios and will be warning others too.

Wow what can I say food was amazing. I had fish and chips one had burger and chips and the other pie and chips. Would definitely pop in again if I’m in the area 1000%. Friendly staff to top my experience up to.
