The food was excellent and the customer service was brilliant. The people there were very friendly and patient. A worker there called Salim served us today and his service was great and was very cooperative. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would definitely come again and recommend to friends

Was greeted by a lovely young lady,Zahra, she helped us choose a kebab and her recommendation was just right. We sat inside restaurant to eat. Food was nice and warm and very tasty and satisfying.

really good, very filling, i got the donnar wrap and it was packed with meats and veg, beautiful and filling. would recommend to anyone, 10/10 food.

GDK as always the chicken, beef and lamb kebab are all beautiful and taste absolutely amazing, a tier above your usual kebab shops. The thing that lets them down massively and why I’ve given a average score is the value and portion sizes. The portion sizes are ridiculously small for the prices you pay as they are more expensive than an average kebab shop at £6.99 for a kebab in bread and the portion is tiny. Pictured is the Kiki kebab and granted it’s in there “value” type range and is only £3.50 but look how small it is that wouldn’t even fill a toddler up never mind an adult literally £1 worth of food it was literally gone in 1 bite.

TLDR: They know they are sending out crap food hours after receiving orders because they are greedy and rude. They don’t care about you and treat their customers as fools. Arrived 2hrs33mins after ordered. Rude staff. Coldish food. Cheap ingredients. Just be aware that the lady who answers the phone is incredibly rude. No answer was given before phone was put down. Rather than make customers wait hours for their orders, rudely shout down the phone before putting it down, can I suggest the takeaway either give a realistic delivery time or reject additional orders when demand outstrip supply? The food is sort of okay. It arrives barely at body temperature. Perhaps it has been sat for sometime. Prawn Lada is fine. Be aware vegetable Korma is now made using frozen peas and carrot mix. Garlic nan and bread was soggy as if sat for a while. Over two hours of delivery time is rather bitter however what drove me to write a review is the manner of which the staff member handled my progress query. “WE ARE VERY BUSY I AM SORRY I AM SORRY WE ARE VERY BUSY!!” before putting the phone down leaves a bitter taste. There was no interest in a partial refund for late delivery. Not that I had the chance to ask as she put the phone down. As Harry’s takeaway cannot cope with demand and does not appear to want repeat regular custom we will not be ordering again.

Smelled awful due to the use of stale/old oil….seriously barely edible! The fish wasn’t fresh albeit it was made fresh as & when ordered. The chips were dry (& I don’t mean crispy) on the edges ie. NOT fresh. The curry sauce was lumpy. NOT an accurate reflection on the high than ordinary positive reviews on Google. It’s a sad, crying shame as this experience ruined our rare Saturday night in…….i needn’t say, I shall NOT be going back..!!!

The Staff were very Rude, acknowledging the customers but not serving them and when we called the staff they denied to serve and laughed. Because of the bad behavior of the staff I left with my family without having any food from them and gone to the next door the chaiiwala.
