Very disappointed I am afraid. Someone recommended it and Saturday night ,me the wife and another couple decided to give it a try . Me and my wife had two box meals .mine was kebab,chips and pitta and she had something similar but both of us weren't impressed. It's looks good but you get a box with chips in the bottom,a little bit of kebab meat coated in this horrible cheese sauce and topped with jalapeno peppers. As you can imagine the chips were soggy but everything was tainted by the horrible cheese . We paid just over twenty pounds for our two meals but we won't be going back I am afraid.

Yamin helped me to order my food on machine as I struggle to understand she was very patient the food got delivered prompt to my table and after wards food took away a very clean environment nice background music a must to visit if u in city centre the food was hot and enough meat beautiful flavour food

She deserves a pay rise definitely! I’m living in London and I have to say I never experienced a perfect customer service like this in any London GDK! The Doner Wrap is exactly as shown on screen. Lots of choices as well. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quick but tasty meal for the family.

ngl, I expected a better Kebab if they call themselves "German Döner Kebab", because a real german Döner Kebab is miles better. For a German Kebab that was under average. the meat doesnt stay on the pike, it gets cut immediately when its done, so no crispy peaces just warm meat that jept warm until serving, instead fresh from the spike. The bread is crispy I give them that, but flatbread needs to be crispy on the outside while fluffy on the inside to be robust enough to hold the sauce and flexible enough to encase the salad and meat. Due to being only crispy me Kebab broke on one side and i had to continue eating with the fork. For a kebab it hat alot, and i mean alot of meat, you nearly couldn't feel the salad until the end, so the salad meat ratio is a bit off, also they put the salad under the meat nit the othrr way around, therefore the salad was soggy and didn't taste good. the sauces were good accept for the spicy one, cant really call that spicy and its a bit odd that you get all 3 sauces on the side instead of asking for a specific ones. the chips where unsalted for some reason and i really dont get the kebabspringroll, like you eat beef/chicken meat that is cooked and afterwards gets deepfried in eggrolls. its edible and it fills, for 16£ i can only give them a 4/10. only eat there if you have to

After coming to Nottingham after living in Southampton with their very generous packed full boxes. I must say the portion sizes are very dismal here. I even paid for the extra chicken this time round. This is now the second time me and my partner have been disappointed with the portion sizes here. The supposedly ‘large’ fries that were £3.50!! The doner gym box half empty costing £12.13 having paid for extra meat. Sort this out!

It's clean and good quality fresh tasting food with a decent verity to choose from and very filling for the price and definitely one of the best places I have had food in a while. With friendly staff who make your food quickly and make it nicely presented and keep on top of the cleaning.

tottaly disgusting just a tiny chips with doner kabab is 7.99 which is not equal to a half mean for a normal person . turkish shorma is much better and cheaper than german donor kabab and even half price of them . german donor kabab is charging 7.99 for a 1.50 chips and 2 pounds donor thats it .

Best Doner Kebab money can buy! Visited the restaurant again after years and found the same great taste, quality and service. Served by Rashmi and it was 2nd to none! Highly recommended!! Visit the restaurant and enjoy freshly cooked food served at table.

The flavor of the kebab is the same, the difference is in the way of presentation. The boy who attended us was very friendly.

As a 21 weeks pregnant woman I ask directions to the toilet and I was told by the manager it was closed. I have knowledge that if somebody is pregnant they have the right to go toilet in a public place if possible. Management was utterly rude and disrespectful!

I ordered Doner box with Fries yesterday. After eating, I started feeling bad. My stomach hurt, I was vomiting and had diarrhea. In my opinion, the meat was not fresh. They added a lot of cheese sauce to change the taste. I advise you to avoid this place!! I will never eat there again!!

Not happy with the service here at all. Delivery times keep being pushed back. Only ordered 2 kebabs! To top it off they're not even answering the phone. Ridiculous.

Food never arrived. Poor service from JustEat/GDK. Don't bother calling for help as no-one cares. Don't waste your time standing outside waiting for your order that's round the corner on the map for over 5 minutes and displaying as across the road for 10 minutes before being clicked as delivered. Not a single delivery driver seen at all. Either laziness, stupidity or just wanted to eat it themselves on the merry trip out from the restaurant. No help what so ever from the restaurant who have a direct line to the drivers and JustEat for reasons like this. Do not waste your time or money ordering from. 0 customer service. They wouldn't be happy if you took their food and didn't pay. But they'll take your money and run!

Food is more than decent for a fast food, it feels clean and of good quality. Portions are generous as well. The space is clean and tidy to eat in and the service is quite good.

Good food, the OG German Doner Kebab served inside a crunchy bun and tasted really good. If you want to get really full i recommend the OG German Kebab box.

I have tasted many kebabs , but GDK serves one of the best and authentic kebabs… apart from their delicious food the front staff is very humble and helpful.

Was told by the cashier not to pay by the til as he was busy. So he directed us to the self order machines. So we did, as we came to complete our order, we wanted to add another drink, however this unfortunately added another meal completely. As we were new to the establishment we thought the price was normal, however upon looking at the receipt we had actually ordered 2 meals. This was not clear from their self checkouts! We challenged this with the cashier who had originally directed us to the self checkout, he refused to do so, as he would be questioned upon opening the til. He admitted it was his fault however did not do anything to rectify HIS mistake. Do not go there unless you want to meet the real Robin Hood.

In addition to the food I loved the service of the girl is perfect, congratulations. I love good food but it is a great bonus to be treated well. Yamin
