Called in to Georgio's before boarding the ferry to Ireland. Fish cooked beautifully to order, with delicious crispy chips. Highly recommended!

I bought small fish and chips with peas, I was astonished that it cost 9.50!!! It was very nice, i was completely shocked at the price!:can't afford to do that often, my daughter was out for dinner, but if she'd have been home it would have cost just shy of 20 pounds for two small Cod and chips...unreal! This was at the Claughton chippy.

Thank you so much. Having had some awful news about my dad I ordered on their app. I thought I’d ordered for delivery but in fact I’d ordered for collection. I’d had a drink and couldn’t come down and yet without knowing about my situation they’d kept the food in good nick and got their driver to deliver it. After a turbulent week, thank you so much georgios for making my life that little bit easier today. The food as ever is phenomenal

Horrible cold fish and chips, cold curry too. Used to be lovely but feel like we wasted our money as food was tasteless and overpriced. Don’t know if it’s changed hands ?

Probably the, best Fish on the Wirral, love the fruity curry and kids like the milkshakes too. Only issue, it closes far to early for my liking. Park gate fish and chips is very good but this place is better.

Has ownership changed hands? This used to be a go to for us. Used to be big, tasty, fresh portions of food. Tonight the portions were cold, tiny, more salt and vinegar than chips, watery gravy and had to wait ages because there was no food on. Really disappointed, hopefully it was just a bad one off.

So expensive. May as well gone to a restaurant. £13.60 for one fish, chips, curry and a can of pop. Was it worth it? Not too sure for that price. Wouldn't say it was the best I've had, very average.

They know here that I'm on Oxygen and when I pull up outside, the Manager comes out to Me. He's very thoughtful. Takes my order and has one of the girls bring it out to me. Best Chips and Fish for Miles!

Always love our fish and chips from here. We ring ahead and then pick up, easy. It is the only chip shop my husband will go to.

Georgio‘s fish and chips shop is the best on the Wirral. The staff are lovely and always have a smile on their faces. Good choice of freshly prepared food, with the haddock being my favourite. Service is quick, the shop is clean and the food tastes amazing. Highly recommended.

Nice, well run, traditional fish and chip shop with friendly staff. The food is all good quality and freshly cooked while you wait (typically not long). Be aware that they only take cash - no cards (but you can get cash from the supermarket close by so not really a problem).

I put bad review up but been a few times and the fish was amazing so would really recommend them the fish special for pensioners good value

Georgios is known locally as one of 'the places' to get your Fish and chips. I am not aware of seating - it is known for Takeaway. The quality is always very good or excellent and the portion sizes are very generous. A good variety for those who want all the extras or something different. Though much of it is cooked to order there is little delay in the shop while this happens. The staff are usually very friendly and efficient..

The fish and scallops are fantastic. The fish was large and the batter really crispy and the scallops really nice too
