small portions, chips hardly cooked and greasy , the boss is a very angry moody man he kept on shouting at the young lad infront of everyone wasn't nice to watch .

I don’t usually leave reviews for Ginos as everyone knows how good the food is there - but - We ordered a Gypsy kebab tonight and it was next level! By far the best doner meat I’ve ever tasted anywhere and the shish wow! They are the masters of their game!

pizza didnt come with the order, no salad on the kabab chips under cooked shocking

Decent pizza but should not take just over an hour for a small pizza. The pizza was warm not hot and the drinks were packaged with the chips which meant the drinks were warm and the chips were cold. Disappointing.

The food was freezing cold , stale and hard! The meat on the meat feast tastes like it was out of date. I usually like the food from here but i was very disappointed! And the time it was arriving was 18:50 but arrive at 19:35

Delivery driver never turned up to collect my order and had to collect my self as food was ready waited one hour after food was ready and driver assigned and still no driver turned up to collect my order for delivery I want assigned driver reporting

late and looked as though it had sat on the side for an hour waiting to be picked up. could and dried up. I am a loyal customer and use 2-3 times a week. never had the a problem before but for them shop to sendd this food out in this state is disgusting

I ordered 17.25 it is now 19.41 i will not be ordering again i have not received my order

I ordered a chicken wrap and a chicken kebab … they came as the exact same thing. Honestly gutted because I didn’t want the naan, I wanted a chicken wrap that’s why I ordered a wrap and not a kebab. Sauce was smothered everywhere, making the naan’s that they were wrapped in very soggy, very hard to pick up and eat. Garlic bread with cheese was good

Would give zero stars as never received our food. Absolutely horrendous service and the fellas attitude to me on multiple occasions trying to get an update on my delivery, was absolutely disgusting and i wonder how this place is still open if thats how they speak to people. All he kept saying was i give the driver food he say delivered not my problem . Wasn't happy when i explained camera on door and can guarantee no food was delivered so he told go just eat get refund and slammed the phone down

Really nice food, buy the last 3 times I've been ive waited ages for a simple food order. To the point where I've waited 25 minutes for 2 large fries. Just seems like online orders take precedence. For context, it was me and one or two other people waiting for food and it's taking 30 minutes. Please can this be taken into account in the future.

They have employees whose treatment is very bad. As soon as when you enter the restaurant, one of them snats you in his mother tongue, and also their cleanliness is very bad.

Pizza was in one part of the box and all toppings in the bottom the pizza box has been dropped as admitted by the bike courier. He thought acceptable it was a mess for £20 + it’s a joke!

Absolutely disgusting food. I know you get what you pay for and I wasn't expecting much but that food was some of the worst I've ever had on just eat. Ordered pizza and doner meat. The pizza tasted like cardboard and nothing else it was such a bland pizza. The doner was thick and didn't seem to be fully cooked, just a grey colour. I knew just from looking at the doner how awful it was going to be and just the smallest of bites put me off the rest of it. Used to be really good Genos I don't know what's happened or why people still go there.

Very very nice, enough food for two people. But where was the sauce ? Normally you get a choice of sauce with kebabs. Other than that it was faultless :)

If your after something that just hits the spot then you can't go far wrong. When you've been open as long as they have then that speaks for itself.

Amazed they actually deliver now, always love a good genos kebab, food delivered on time but wasn't hot when arrived, quick blast in microwave required, would have got 5 stars if the food was hot.

Had Shish & chicken kebab, calzone & cheese pizza, all were excellent and really good value. Portion sizes substantial

Ali owner is the star. During this time, he was doing kebab for is he mare sure we will like family making small talk.... Vegetables and meat were perfect 🥰 !!! It was our first visit but we will come back for sure. Ali once again thank you for making great food our evening.

first time I went here it was fab. the following week the kabab was not to the same standard by far.. the bread was over cooked one side and asked for sweet chilli and got a hot chilli. not like they were rushed I was the only one in the shop..!

Second time ordering from Genos and I have to say the food has been amazing. Chicken kebab and Donner kebab with chips. The chicken was juicy, tender and sooo tasty. Donner meat was thinly sliced just how we like it and the meal portions are very generous portion. The salad was very fresh and the bread wraps and chips were lovely. We honestly couldn't fault anything. 10/10

Very poor, kebab meat tasteless, chicken not marinated and tasteless. The sauce is not nice and drowned the kebab. Very disappointed had good hopes for a local long standing business.

Best kebab take away I've eaten from, bar none. Quality meat, shareable portions, tasty and great value for money. Proper kebabs, super tasty naans and wraps, fresh tasting salad dressings. Never less than a 5 star, based on all the times we've picked up from here.

Good food, I read a review that the chips were good and to be fair they really are! I’m going for 3 stars due to the chicken not being chargrilled but rather burnt. The order was incorrect and finally the lady on the phone who took the order just rushed the whole conversation which is probably why the order was wrong..

The pizzas from here are superb and the service is great too, my old man has been coming here for over 25 years, and it has never let either of us down
