Best kebabs, hands down. Only place I would go for a Donner and chilli sauce. The team in there are also always lovely.

Great genuine Turkish kebab shop that still cooks on coal. Lovely staff and delicious food.

Great place. I was visiting my sister 3 wks ago and went in Gino's kebab shop on Duke street. Absolutely great staff food was excellent and even gave us free mushrooms with cheese on .ordered again tonight.

The delivery and collection experience here is just terrible. doesn't matter what time you're given, whether it's collection or delivery, it's always late. we've given up and order elsewhere now. icing on the cake was latest order was cancelled after 1 hour of the app stating it was being prepared. changed to being delivered then instantly cancelled. an hour after the order was placed

This pizza was burnt. Went to the shop and took it back. And was so greasy I have to bin it. Don’t know what’s going on tonight but was very disappointed

This is the second time Iv ordered the first time the pizza was trashed as it came on a bike and this time the kebabs never even turned up, always ordered from here but it has gone totally down hill this place

Nice food but need to have more detail in the kebab section. Ordered special chicken kebab expecting just chicken, but it came with doner meat in it, even though you can order a chicken and doner kebab. Was a waste for me as I hate doner meat, so it went in the bin and I ended up with a very small chicken kebab. Tasty though

I don’t usually leave reviews for Ginos as everyone knows how good the food is there - but - We ordered a Gypsy kebab tonight and it was next level! By far the best doner meat I’ve ever tasted anywhere and the shish wow! They are the masters of their game!

Decent pizza but should not take just over an hour for a small pizza. The pizza was warm not hot and the drinks were packaged with the chips which meant the drinks were warm and the chips were cold. Disappointing.

I ordered a chicken wrap and a chicken kebab … they came as the exact same thing. Honestly gutted because I didn’t want the naan, I wanted a chicken wrap that’s why I ordered a wrap and not a kebab. Sauce was smothered everywhere, making the naan’s that they were wrapped in very soggy, very hard to pick up and eat. Garlic bread with cheese was good

Would give zero stars as never received our food. Absolutely horrendous service and the fellas attitude to me on multiple occasions trying to get an update on my delivery, was absolutely disgusting and i wonder how this place is still open if thats how they speak to people. All he kept saying was i give the driver food he say delivered not my problem . Wasn't happy when i explained camera on door and can guarantee no food was delivered so he told go just eat get refund and slammed the phone down

A business that swears at its customers for placing orders and zero hygiene.

They have employees whose treatment is very bad. As soon as when you enter the restaurant, one of them snats you in his mother tongue, and also their cleanliness is very bad.

Really nice food, buy the last 3 times I've been ive waited ages for a simple food order. To the point where I've waited 25 minutes for 2 large fries. Just seems like online orders take precedence. For context, it was me and one or two other people waiting for food and it's taking 30 minutes. Please can this be taken into account in the future.

Food arrived via just eat they use this platform for delivery then blamed them when food arrived with pizza in corner of the box not let’s put it right as if it’s my fault for ordering through a plat form they use. Totally down hill this place

Pizza was in one part of the box and all toppings in the bottom the pizza box has been dropped as admitted by the bike courier. He thought acceptable it was a mess for £20 + it’s a joke!

Expensive compared to other pizzeria. Prone to mistakes and my favourite kofte kebab recipe has changed and a lot of tge flavour has gone. Great unique proper BBQ fiod though.

Absolutely disgusting food. I know you get what you pay for and I wasn't expecting much but that food was some of the worst I've ever had on just eat. Ordered pizza and doner meat. The pizza tasted like cardboard and nothing else it was such a bland pizza. The doner was thick and didn't seem to be fully cooked, just a grey colour. I knew just from looking at the doner how awful it was going to be and just the smallest of bites put me off the rest of it. Used to be really good Genos I don't know what's happened or why people still go there.

Very very nice, enough food for two people. But where was the sauce ? Normally you get a choice of sauce with kebabs. Other than that it was faultless :)
