It’s disgusting that they share the fact they’re a 24 hour business all over just eat and maps when they are in fact only open from 6pm-12am. Disgusting and so disappointed!!!!

£20 what a waste off money if I could give 0 stars I would, I got giving 4 small tubs off ice cream whuch weren't what i asked for. I ordered 2 cookie dough and I got a cookie cut down the middle and put in the separate boxes, banna milkshake was watered down

Ordered the extra hot nachos and all I got was a bunch or doritos in a box with a few tubs of cold american cheese the felt like they were frozen 5 minutes ago. The salsa also felt frozen. I could have baked better nachos and for a quarter of the price. The carrot cake was so dry it was unedable, must have been in the fridge for days before I got it. On the plus side the cookie dough brownie was really nice but the crunchie brownie was horrendous, dry and not good. All in all very disappointed given the good reviews. Everyone have their off days tho. From the other reviews I've read I hope this is a one off !

Staff fantastic they bent over backwards to accommodate, myself and my daughter(ment to be asleep too) and partner all have brain freeze, fell fat and will be 1000% ordering again feel like a pig in mud 😀

Have ordered a few times and tried everything from pasta, pizza, deserts and Sunday dinners. Food always lovely and great value for money. Always delivered on time and staff helpful.

I ordered two pancakes both with strawberries, bananas and Nutella. They arrived on time, after changing the time of delivery at short notice. Very happy with quantity and quality. Will be buying again in the future.

Best Sunday lunch I’ve had in a long time. Veg was all fresh & could taste all the individual flavours. Good chunk of meat & homemade yorkies with lovely thick homemade gravy. We had the veg soup was really creamy which was delicious. Highly recommend & amazing price at 7.95

Placed an order and paid for at 10am today for my birthday!! All paid for and done. 20 minutes before delivery they cancel. Just cancel. Changed their mind on opening? No explanation at all. Just cancelled. Dont order unless u wanna be disappointed, just like I am right now In reply to your message, ordered via just eat. I didnt say it has been confirmed but the money was taken in prep for you opening at 6pm. Then suddenly just cancel?????

Me & my family order from here every week x we love the ice blasts as they remind us of the cinema & nachos too x but most of all the cakes with candy floss ice cream x unreal x even better when delivery always early with polite & friendly staff

Cheesecake was awful like thick plain cream 🤢 no daim in it at all, cooking dough was dry and plain however the waffles, and school pudding were nice

Just ordered, very disappointed! Food was 40 minutes late, had to ring up and got told one of our items wasn't available so was given alternative without being asked or told prior to our phone call! Food came and another item had been replaced without being told! Our waffle and replaced hotdog was stonecold and don't even get me started on the lotus cheesecake! Cheap £1 strawberry cheesecake bought from the shop with caramel on the top of it to cover the strawberry, disgusting combination of strawberry and caramel! With 2 biscuits just placed on top! This was £3.99 not worth it at all. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

Really nice food, the slushes are lush and the people are so canny and lovely I would recommend it.

Decent food but it is horribly over priced. Ridiculous open times that only cater towards people who will get food delivered, not bought in store. If you do decide to buy straight from the store, however you get brilliant service but again food is very lackluster, such as the £5 nachos just being a bag of what tasted like day old doritos with some cold salsa. If you get delivery make sure you have some free time and dont expect a quick delivery as they can take up to 2 hours, even if your estimated delivery time was more than half that. Overall a decent restaurant for a treat every now and then but make sure you have plenty of cash.

Very disappointing. £5 just for nachos which was just a bag of Doritos in a box and stone cold salsa and cheese sauce in little tubs. Not the quality we expected for the price. Cakes were just standard and dry. Not worth the price unfortunately.

I am very disappointed by this service. It was my friends brothers birthday sleepover and we ordered £25 pounds worth of food. First of all, we had 20% off our order however the delivery fee was £5 which ended up making the money we saved being added back to the original price, which in my eyes is a scam! False advertising. Second of all our order took around two hours to come, eventually when it did come we were informed that there was a stock shortage leaving me without a Ferrero rocher cake which I was very excited to receive as ferrero rochers are my favourite chocolate, however when my food arrived at the door I was in shock to find that my cake had been swapped for a triple chocolate cake, then my friend had ordered a cherry jolly rancher drink and was given a jolly rancher grape which she specifically hates! I accept the food anyway and take it upstairs. I begin to eat my cake and the cake tastes stale as though it had been sitting there for days at least, it was so bad it went straight in the bin. My friend was very very upset about the drink replacement. I then decide to take a look at the menu to find out that the cake I ordered was not even on the menu, which means I was lied to! The whole group I was with all had an upset stomach after eating! I am so disappointed. The staff on the phone seemed very unapologetic and rude, I will not be ordering from here again and I would like to inform everyone to avoid at all costs.

Just visited for the re-opening and the place looks amazing. Staff were all really friendly. Everything was really tasty. No faults at all, definitely recommend a visit to anyone with a sweet tooth. I'll definitely be going back time and time again

Love the sundaes and the double chocolate cake. Would be nice if there were more varieties in ice creams, rather than just having a oreo with the ice cream or a Ferrero Rocher with the ice cream. Some fruity ice creams or other new flavours would be fantastic!! Thank you.

Awful awful customer service. After 45 minutes of being late, we ring and to my absolute disgust they didn’t have ANYTHING that we ordered! What kind of desserts place doesn’t have cake/waffles/Ice cream stocked up ready for an order. I have 3 upset and hungry 11 year old girls who were very excited to get their food. Just ordered a DESSERTS DELIVERED, such better customer service, cheaper food and overall a better place. Really really do not reccomend gelatorious!

Used to be really good quality but over the last six months has really gone downhill in terms of quality and range. We have stopped going now as it is better to go to Tesco over the road and get Ben & Jerry's. The last time we ordered the delivery was massively late and they substituted nearly half of the order. If things improve to how they used to be then we would go back.

Gave food poisoning great stuff

I ordered the chocolate sundae which turned out to be cheap swiss roll squashed into the bottom of the container, cheap ice cream, some squirty cream and chocolate sauce. It was really disappointing! Don't bother ordering a sundae from here! You'd be better off going to Creams or Kaspars in town.

Do not get the cheese cake!! They were all the same with different toppings, they didn't even taste like cheese, had no favour at all, and it was too rubbery.

Food is great, lasses were canny... defo worth a try if you have a sweet tooth

Placed order at half 7pm with 8:15pm expected delivery. Driver dropped milkshakes outside flat. Called at 8:30pm. Was told driver would be setting off in 5 mins with something thrown in to make up for lateness. 10pm before received order. Food fine. Terrible delivery.
