I have always loved KFC and will surely continue to enjoy it from time to time. The food was amazing and very tasty. I had a rather long wait, even though it was quiet. The tables were dirty and in need of a wipe. The overall atmosphere wasn't very welcoming and staff could be friendlier. Thank you 😊

I took the "Kentucky Original Wrap" offer at 2.49, not being very hungry. It was excellent. Tasty, soft and tasty chicken. For 2 pounds more you get normal sized chips and drink, not tiny. And the clerk gave me free ketchup. For me, passed with flying colors

Driver was rude, asked for my name and when I gave my surname he said it wasn't mine. I found out the order was in my first name and he became angry.

Not all items on my order was delivered. I ordered a meal combo and it was incomplete. I have sent an email to Just eats but I haven't gotten a follow up response yet. This is really disappointing. If you say you're giving 6 pieces of chicken, let it be so, not 3....

Llevó a los niños a un medio plazo. Pagué 50 libras por tres hamburguesas, dos papas fritas y un batido. La comida tardó 35 minutos en llegar a pesar de preguntar dos veces y no era mejor que Burger King. Claramente estaban priorizando comida para llevar de Deliveroo y al personal simplemente no le importaba que los clientes sentados estuvieran esperando comida. Me pareció extraño que el restaurante tuviera un montón de mesas vacías a la hora del almuerzo en un centro comercial muy concurrido. Ahora sé por qué. Es una pena. GBK solía ser bueno.

I didn’t think it was possible for a KFC to be terrible. Thought it was always a safe bet. My meal was wrong, horrendous and the service was so slow even thought there was about 4 customers in the whole place.

Food was okay, two foreign male staff in the kitchen giggling like school girls and clearly speaking about customers in their own language. Should be focussing on making food.

First time I ever use this company and the delivery driver was basically like a maniac couldn’t find the right address so when I turned up at mine after I walked down Road to find him my food was thrown on the floor and then he drove off after head button me with his helmet on his moped

I've had yesterday 2x burgers and 2x fries from special offer from just eat. After 7-8 hours I start to feel dizzy and really sick. I'm still ill from 1 am in the morning. Will be good if EHO look on that site because I never feel that bad in my life.

(La primera vez que pasamos por delante de la señal de ‘espera a estar sentado’ ya que literalmente no había nadie en el lugar y cuando salió me saludó y dijo “¿Está bien esta mesa?” Indicando al que nos habíamos acercado. Nos hizo esperar al letrero mientras lo veíamos pasar de la cocina al bar y solo después de varios minutos se acercó de nuevo con una sonrisa fija preguntando “¿Mesa para dos?” - ¡como si los minutos anteriores no se hubieran producido! Evitamos GBK por algún tiempo después de esto y felizmente hemos conocido al personal amable servicial desde entonces. Hasta ayer. ) Todo lo que voy a decir es... Si este fuera mi restaurante no estaría colocando frente a casa a alguien que el principal impulso es proyectar sus frustraciones abrumadoras incontenibles e inmanejables sobre sus clientes desprevenidos. Yo sugeriría 5 veces a la semana psicoanálisis. El narcisismo puede ser difícil de trabajar, pero siempre hay esperanza. Una persona profundamente infeliz. Pero las hamburguesas son muy bonitas.

the food was horrible and they didnt even gave us different chicken pieces they only gave us 5 drumsticks and thats it. it was cold aswell like if im gonna pay 21£ for just chicken at least give me different pieces not only drumsticks and why do you forget a piece aswell and it was cold terrible experience makes me not wanna order from kfc ever again

It was a wonderful day when my family and I went to Bristol. We decided to have lunch at GBK, ordered 3 burgers, well done. we waited for them for 30 minutes, We ended up with three burnt burgers with dirty knives and forks. These were the worst burgers we've ever had in our lives. Will never go there again.

Tried getting my receipt and the machine cut my finger and on top of that they wanna charge me 50p a dip after my finger getting sliced open

I don't expect much from a fast food place but the service here was awful. I stood waiting at the counter for 10mins and they never called my number so I asked where it was. They then tried to give me cold food that had been sitting on the side. I asked for a fresh meal and they finally gave it to me but when I opened the box I realised that the order was wrong. I needed to get the train so I didn't go back to correct it. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Put me off KFC and won't be going back to that branch for sure.

We wanted a quick bite to eat before we visited the light festival, it was the opposite of quick. We waited 48 minutes for two burgers and fries then after asking where our order was we waited another 15 minutes. Customers who had larger parties who came in after us were getting their food before us. My food was not bad but My friends Food came out cold and considering we waited an hour and 5 minutes for two burgers and fries this is not great. Ordered on the app and they automatically put a 15% service charge on, for what? I’ll happily tip at the end but Paying a service charge before we received any particularly good service seems baffling, especially considering the wait we had for the food. I’m not from Bristol and walking around there are plenty of independent restaurants that in hindsight should of gone to instead.

Half my order was missing - abysmal place

Went there at 9:30pm on a Thursday evening and although they were about to close, they were happy to serve me! Honestly never had KFC fries this good, they were actually warm and crispy and whatever this new seasoning is just keep at it! The mini fillet was a little dry but apart from that it was good :)

I attended this establishment yesterday on a day trip, I ordered a trilogy box meal, side of beans, a pepsi max and 2 hot wings. The main meal was lovely but sadly when I started to eat the hot wings I realised that the chicken was raw. I then proceeded to take them back and ask for new ones. The staff kindly gave me new wings but these ones were worse. There was still blood in the chicken. I left the establishment uncomfortable and a little ill. I am now quite sick today. If you go to this KFC I would recommend you check the chicken before you eat.

Having been before we were expecting a great experience like last time, we were sorely disappointed and didn't even get to order. They have an allergy policy where they won't let you amend a meal to make it acceptable such as remove cheese so no dairy. They won't even let you order other allergy appropriate items such as an extra bun or even a beef patty. This restrictive policy isn't helping anyone with allergies and I can't believe it is company policy. The Manager said it is policy and that he has a chef who wouldn't allow any dish to be made not as on the menu. This seems ridiculous as I have never been to any burger restaurant where I can't for instance ask an item to be left out of a burger. My 6 year old spent the rest of lunch crying as he couldn't eat there even though we ended up in Frankie and Bennies (who can handle allergies correctly).

The food is what you would expect from KFC.and it was quickly served. This store is sadly not very inviting or functional or functional though. The atmosphere was sleepy and the bathroom was simply unusual (I spare you the details). The entrance was also well blocked with delivery bikes. Wouldn't recommend coming here and there's much better options around.

Tables are always dirty. I have watched them be cleaned, and I don't think the cleaning in the dining area is adequate in this KFC. Although, the chicken tastes the same as any other KFC of course. They gave me half a mini fillet as a fillet before which I was disappointed with.

Poor customer service, having called to place orders several times, as you can’t use discounts ordering online, we were told on the phone when trying to order last time that you can’t, we should never have been allowed and that there’s nothing they can do about it. If we wanted to order for collection we would have to go there and order and wait for it. Not the service I would expect considering the price and from a large chain. Need to get their policy straight and inform all staff accordingly.

Awful about 5 chips meant to have 2 fillets but only one and beans instead of gray and my son won’t eat the mash without gravy so was a waste of money

Other thing I didn't like was the fact that I ordered from the machine and by the time I got to the counter my order was ready, not really sure how I fell about that it takes 30 seconds or less to walk from the machine to the counter and food ready?? 😕 also staff didn't look very happy the guy who give me the food no smile no thank you. He only cracked a smile when I said that I didn't want the drink so he can have it if he wants or give it to someone else 🤷🏻 fill like this place has gone down hill. Also no receipt given from the machine so not able to give my feed back though that.

Everything was delicious. We ate a box meal that had a hamburger, a piece of breast, corn, chips and a drink. I couldn't eat it all! Highly recommended.

So far have only received 1/2 the order as was told a 2nd driver would deliver the rest. This was after the timing for delivery being moved originally from 13:20 - 13:30 and it was finally delivered (1/2 of it) at 14:47 - You now state that it has been delivered but not all of it!
