Gazebo in Leicester

We were driving north towards Leicester Forest East Service Station on the M!. My huge travel companion asked if we could stop for KFC. Parked and eventually entered the large restaurant area and went towards KFC. There were 4 electronic selections service order/pay stations - but NONE in use.Joined the queue of about 30 people waiting at the 5-place service stations - but only one person serving. Eventually she declared that they (KFC) had run out of chips! The waiting crowd of hungry travellers were very quiet. Since KFC had run out of chicken the previous week, there was that distinct atmosphere of utter weary resignation. My huge companion went and joined the massive queue at Berger King. I felt much better and quite righteous by not eating any of this junk food.

App doesn't work so you get ripped off! You can't access the any offered deals or scan the code. So no other option but to buy via drive thru or in-store instead! When trying to use the app, the staff, either knowing and not giving a crap or just poor training, three different times we could have been told it's (the App) not working. The manager couldn't care less, we were messed around for 20 minutes, just being told it's not my fault and there's nothing I can do. Which we all know is BS! And to top it off the food was way too salty. Not recommended.

Very healthy and so tasty food, toilets and tables are always cleaned. Prices are always fine.

Top notch food and lovely staff. Very polite and I enjoyed my meal here. Had 5 chicken strips and chips. Food came piping hot too :)

Very rude behaviour with customer at 3:20 who was doing billing bad quality food red pepper was watering no cleanness no staff is changing their hand glubs same glubs are used for veg and non veg very worst experience .
