We had a great night in the Willow tree. Staff were so friendly. Great real ale, in great condition. And a fantastic band called sheducation were playing that night.

Very disappointed went there for lunch, to suport our local. No food. We won't be back in a hurry!!!!!

When I found out W.T (my local pub!) decided to shut down I was, and still am, gutted! Only the best memories at this pub! Really hoping for a reopening soon because a night out without The Willow Tree is, in my opinion, a night out missing something special.

We had our son’s first communion party this Saturday at the Willow Tree in Worcester Park! It was a great day! The pub manager and staff are super friendly and accommodating. Made our day ultra special, allowing us to set decorations, entertainment and personalising little touches here and there! It was all very relaxed and food was good. Thank you very much and highly recommended this venue for private parties!

I came here on Friday, had a lovely pint and some nice and crispy halloumi fries. I was served by May, she has been really friendly and helpful.

There for a fundraising function 🐱🏡. A fantastic day. Extremely accommodating staff, while about 30 women & 1 man charged in to the pub as the doors opened & took over the back room for the early part of the day. Warm, friendly atmosphere & helpful staff. Great menu & lovely food.

We had a great day at the Willow Tree pub yesterday. The charity bazaar in the back room was amazing, so great to see the pub supporting the local community in this way. Then eight of us stayed on for dinner. The food was lovely, and the stuff were so helpful and friendly. We will be going back. Mid afternoon Saturday, quite empty, Rugby on. Stipped for a quick pitstop. The used glass at the bar was cleaner than my “fresh” pint glass. Am all for supporting local boozers but make an effort Willow Tree.

Popped in for Sunday lunch, exceeded expectations, delicious food and excellent service from James and May. Convivial atmosphere.

The best pub in this part of south east London/north east Surrey. The food is never less than very tasty and excellent value. The range of real ale is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. In the bar I was in, the seating etc had recently been renewed. Sports on tv, but it’s not too intrusive, you can sit round the corner to get away from it. I didn’t visit the garden (too cold!) but easy access. Highly recommended, though it’s busy when Chelsea are on the TV!

After hearing some good reviews, I reserved a table online for 6pm. We got there and were immediately harassed by some very drunk blokes that were hovering around the bar. We located what we guessed was our reserved table and there were a bunch of people sat around it. I went to the bar to find out what was happening and no attempt was made to move these people. Instead, we (a party of 4) were offered a table that barely had room for two let alone four. At this point the drunk guys at the bar started fighting. No attempt was made to sort that out either. If you want a local beer I'd go to the Wheatsheaf in Ewell instead!

I understand that December is a busy period but when you’ve been stood at the bar watching people waiting to get served, bar staff working their a**ses off to fulfill customers needs and also get everyone served.. whilst what seemed to be the “manager”, Michael I think his name was seemed to acknowledge the wait but was prioritising his conversations with what seemed to be regulars and serving them before people that were waiting first. Great bar staff over a busy period but disappointed by their leader!

Been in here quite a few times and have found majority of the staff lovely and more than helpful, although I experienced a not so pleasant experience when dealing with the manager, found him very rude and abrupt especially as he wasn't actually busy the entire time I was there. Just been stood at the bar watching people waiting to get served for over 20mins whilst the bar staff are struggling and the manager has just been standing there for well over half an hour chatting to the manager from The Station pub down the road. Absolutely diabolical service.

I've been in the willow tree a few times now and find most of the bar staff a pleasure to deal with however the last time I attended I dealt with a fella called john I believe (he mumbled was extremely hard to tell), Not only was he rude but looked as though he had been dragged through a fence bcakwards. No hi or thanks literally just what do you want with a face like slapped bottom............Not impressed but I do have say the next barman was Elliot and he was extremely pleasant

I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl and always loved my local but since the new manager Michael has joined I have noticed a real improvement in everything from the quality of the beer, the service, the layout etc. Michael is so friendly and a real credit to the pub. He has introduced many a new things to improve our experience such as live bands, new layouts, improved customer service and I cannot fault him at all.

The Willow is a great place to meet your friends, TV screens for sport, live music and can be hired for private functions too. Stve has done a great job here and we haven't hada bad experience yet!

Good value for the money.We had meals with drinks for £20.20 plus a tip. The servie was very good.The young man who served us was excellent and went out of his way to help to help en elderly lady and took her drink her table.The only thing that annoyed me was a on the the next table four black people(not racists) complained about everything and it was was was not the the young mans fault.The manager was very polite and did try to solve it out

Was recommended to us there was a group of 11 adults and 2 young children we sat outside in the beer garden one in our party wanted a brew but the coffee making machine wasn’t working so the manager went and made a brew for us lovely touch and very much appreicated. We had a lovely meal with great service the roast came highly recommended and the manager was right the beef was amazing.

Sue welcomed us as we walked in at 1pm. We have not visited this place prior to today and were meeting friends there for lunch. Our friends are from Russia and today is Christmas Day for them. Sue made the effort to find some Christmas decorations to place on the table which our friends loved.

Came here today as I am a self employed tradesman unable to work due to the frosty conditions so come across this friendly pub where you can find anything alcoholic I like cider and they served a cider called Symons which I think is my favourite tipple now and the food was lovely and the bar staff where very friendly and wecoming i will definatly be coming back soon I also noticed they do a large selection of beer and ale

Great service all round. Food was great, drinks served very professionally and the staff handled themselves very well and very confidently. Molly and Georgie in particular were great and provided great service to myself and my table and the manager Steve was very accomodating to our needs and all as a team were exceptional. We had a wonderful evening celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary with family & friends. The Manager [Steve] & all the team were absolutely amazing, they could not have made us feel more welcome. The whole event was run very professionally without any problems. Many thanks to everyone.

Haven't been there for years, ordered two rump steaks, no rump steaks so forced to upgrade to sirloin. Paid cash, whilst waiting for change noticed a leaflet offering £5 off if you spend more than £5. Pointed this out to the waitress but told as I'd paid it was too late! She said she would phone somebody, she was the only bar staff/waitress in the whole place, she returned to tell us it was too late. Thanks a bunch! The food was unremarkable, the steak lacked that smokey grilled flavour, the half 'grilled' tomato was raw, peas uncooked, small portion of chips, two small onion rings. Left angry and hungry vowing never to return.

The Willow is still a pub but excellent for families as the do good food and the have a garden for the kids to play

This pub is our local and usually we pop in for drinks and sometimes feed the children and it's fine, but on this occasion I was unimpressed, we came to the pub for dinner and I know it was Easter weekend but the pub wasn't packed and tables were still full from people's dinner plates and drinks, so I personally cleared our table and asked a couple of times for a cloth so I could wipe down the table as it was dirty, I appreciate staff are busy and it's a busy time but the pub wasn't busy. I also popped to the toilet and there was no hand wash in the ladies... The food itself was ok and not to bad and the staff in the pub are very friendly and probably rushed off their feet, however our evening was slightly cut short due to fellow customers swearing, I might add they also had young children with them, and In my opinion the swearing was pretty bad, having said that I know this isn't down to the pub itself, but maybe customers should be made aware it's not ideal when it's a family pub...

Popped in for simple meal and a drink with friends. All had burgers and arrived in reasonable time, really tasty and great customer service, particularly Sue who is so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I took our sons to the Willow around 6pm Saturday 4th March . The food was lovely and the staff as well. We will definitely be going back there soon.

Visited here on Sat with my 3 boys, all under 7. The staff, special mention for Sue, were great and had lovely food. Everyone very pleasant even when my lads started playing up. Will visit again. Food was great for kids and adults at reasonable prices. Keep up the great work.

We used this pub as the venue for my granddad's surprise 85th birthday party and I can't recommend it enough! We had the whole back area of the pub which they call the "family room" which fitted our fifty guests perfectly. The pub was oozing with atmosphere which was a great add to the party setting. The kitchen team provided an almost everlasting sandwich lunch spread catering for everyone’s needs followed by a selection of scrummy desserts. The pub team are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, I couldn’t fault them at all. A lovely celebration at a lovely local pub!

Visited last week, the first time in a while, definite improvement from earlier in the year.Clearly more professionally run, friendly/helpful staff, excellent food and beer. Won't leave it so long to go again this time !

We popped in one Friday, we aren't regulars, but live local and had seen it was refurbished, so we thought we would check it out. We started chatting to the new Manager and he asked us down last night to try the new main dishes on the menu. We went and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves - the food was really good, the staff were warm and friendly and so were the other customers. Steve is a real credit to the pub, he makes you feel so welcome. The pub itself is really bright inside and comfortable - and best of all they love dogs - they even have a treat jar on the bar. We will be back more regularly.

I often visit this pub as it's just round the corner from me, and is the closest pub we can walk to. Therefore we come here a lot! However the service has seemed to drop in the past few months; so here's a review of my last three visits! 1 - ordered three meals (1 curry, 1 burger & 1 chicken) curry came out without the naan and popadoms so she went to get them, curry was eaten when she brought them back out 15 minutes later because 'she dropped them' 2 - went for a roast at 6pm and they had stopped serving then so we ordered another 3 meals ( 2 curry & 1 burger - no rice on curry for allergies) both curries cane out with rice, sent it back and the rice had just been scraped off and not put on new plate.3 - ordered a starter, sandwich and 2 mains (garlic bread, sandwich, 2 chicken) and the starter came out 50 minutes later immediately followed by our mains! After complaining each time we were just given a shrug and they walked away. appalling service. This is a drinking pub not a food pub!

I have been here several times for food and drinks. The bar staff have been very friendly and helpful on all occasions. Sadly the food service is abysmal, even a sandwich took 45 minutes to arrive. There is simply never enough staff to cater for the menu that is on offer or the kitchen staff have not had sufficient training in managing their tasks. This pub has so much potential please sort this out.

My family and I visited The Willow Tree for Sunday lunch on the 14th. This was my first visit since its refurbishment and I was very impressed. The decor is fresh and bright with a very relaxed atmosphere. Menu reasonably priced and full of pub classics. From what we had, the food seemed of fantastic quality for the price and portions sizes were huge. Best of all, the service was impeccable. Sue, despite seeming to be on her own, was so friendly and welcoming, and really went the extra mile to ensure that we enjoyed our meal. A relaxed friendly atmosphere. Lovely decor. Great food.
