Este es siempre un excelente lugar para una charlatana con un amigo. El servicio es rápido y amable, me encanta el té Earl Grey, y el muffin de arándanos de hoy fue genial. Mi amigo tomó un chai latte - Voy a darle una oportunidad la próxima vez.

Llegó con familiares para tomar café y pastel. Tuve que borrar una de las 5 tablas que quedó sin borrar. Encontré pequeñas moscas sobrevolando la comida, así que tomé café y me fui rápidamente. Lástima ya que es caro y esperábamos un montón de personal mejor en así que no hay excusas!

Overpriced and poor quality baked goods. Very disappointing and wouldn’t visit again. These shops tend to pop up in affluent areas for people that have no concept of what things cost and quality it’s all about a name. The cookies were £3 each to take out and were over baked and greasy, would of been better off with a pack of 4 from the Sainsbury next door for £1.

We went to Gail's in Marlow and we felt that it was incredibly expensive for what we had. A tea, a coffee and two small cakes and one of us also bought a loaf of bread and the cost was just under £20.

Ordered ginger and lemon tea ,taste like water . Drink this tea in different store was very nice……….

Just popped in for a rapid lunch before catching a train to court. Salmon bagel and an espresso hit the spot. But the dining area towards the rear once that of a more opulent steakhouse were somewhat tacky with cheap wooden furniture and garishly painted walls.

Wrong coffee made. When I pointed this out server became argumentative. Instead of accepting the fact she kept on insisting she had repeated my order - she hadn’t. She would not give up! Never visit this shop ever again

Tea and a chat over a cinnamon bun. Always delightful and especially nice outside - pity they can't arrange the weather.

Went to the bakery with work colleagues. We all had something different. I had the carrot cake which was amazing. The cakes and savoury pastries are really good. Well worth sitting in or taking away.

Gail's is quite new to Old York Road so it was nice to explore. Nice layout and really friendly staff. We just had tea, but it was great.

Thoroughly enjoyed my leisurely breakfast at GAIL’s. Staff were very energetic and friendly. My chosen breakfast dish of sautéed mushrooms, spinach & fried egg on sourdough was tweaked to my liking (no goat’s curd) without any fuss and tasted delicious. Minor hiccup with my coffee order, but this was promptly sorted. Looking forward to the next occasion.

I like Gails and this branch is my new local. I popped in for a solo breakfast and I think the server was in training. I asked for the eggs and bacon on muffin. I asked if I could have poached but she said there were only scrambled available. What arrived though was scrambled eggs on rye sourdough with a separate plate of bacon but regardless of the order being wrong it was really delicious. Unfortunately there was no brown sauce despite it being on the menu and I saw someone with poached eggs, so they do poached eggs! The hot food is excellent value for the portion size and the coffee is great. Some of the lunch rolls are expensive but you get quality for what you pay for. I will return, especially for their famous Parmesan chicken rolls.

A family trip to London to visit my son was to be completed with breakfast at the new Gail’s in Wandsworth. I personally was very disappointed as my food came out cold, not once but twice. Also they served my breakfast tea with warm milk and generally the staff were not really aware of what they were doing. I know it’s a new premises but was disappointed with the service. On a positive the rest of the food was enjoyed by everyone else in the group, particularly the French toast.

I recieved fantastic service from the staff here today. The tea and the Vegan food was lovely as always. The cafe is light and airy. Would reccomend.

I like Gail’s so much that it’s my go to restaurant whenever I want breakfast out a light lunch, afternoon tea or somewhere nice to have a meeting. I generally go solo and always feel comfortable. Their creativity with bread, cakes and salads is always interesting and delicious. I am so thrilled that they have opened near to where I live as although I was prepared to travel to the many nearby branches this is so convenient. Try it soon you will not be disappointed.
