¡Horrible servicio! El personal se está quedando sin platos y tazas de café! ¡Parecieron sorprendidos y no harán nada al respecto! ¡Deberían comprobar el estado de la habitación! ¡Cada mesa está cubierta de tazas sucias, en cada mesa! ¡Es horrible! ¡Por favor, haz algo al respecto!

Si realmente te gusta el café tibio este es el lugar para ti. Personalmente, perdí mi valioso tiempo en un café para el cubo de basura.

Había un pelo negro grueso en mi sandwich y cuando me quejé el servidor me miró como si fuera el Diablo y sugirió que era mi pelo y estoy totalmente canoso? El café era como agua de vajilla y no me daban un reembolso. Precio excesivo, mal servicio y realmente bastante horrible.

Ottima colazione a queens park! Hanno anche piatti salati come le uova col bacon. Tantissimi dolci e briosche, ottimo caffe, servizio self service sono veloci.

I live near this bakery and I come quite often to grab something for lunch. The food is ok, but the experience is always unpleasing because the whole staff, with almost no exceptions and despite the high turnover rate, is plain rude. They barely say hello, they don't say goodbye, or thank you or whatever (even if you spoke first and you're expecting a reply). They don't help you with putting your items in a small bag even if they see you loaded with other things on your arms, and they have a generally hostile and annoyed attitude. I stopped visiting the place despite being a good option for my lunch break because they manage to put me in a bad mood.

Classic Gail’s but seems to be the slowest in London. Staff seems to turnover a lot thus always somewhat struggling and not efficient

Staff unfriendly and any free tables had dirty dishes - I moved dirty dishes to another table, sat talking for at least half an hour and not one of the four staff I saw, came round to clean the tables. It used to be good - food good, coffee Luke warm - won’t be back
