very bad service. I have not received my order and no one is picking up the phone. I was still charged despite not having my food. I was not contacted by the courier nor the restaurant.

Restaurant accepted the order, didn’t bother to reject it if they couldn’t make the order. I tried to call the restaurant to ask what’s going on, no answer. Now have to ask Justeast for a refund and order again after a long waiting time. Very bad

Has the fusion meat on chips. Was okay but the fusion flavour is just weird tastes more like an oily curry i can make at home. I thought this place would have lebanese flavours with grilled taste but tastes more desi. I think it can be improved by not putting the chips under the meat to make it soggy and wet with oil n hot water. Put the chips in the other compartment of the box and put the salad in different box. Didnt seem large. Order without salad next time to get what you pay for, the meat!

The mixed large grill was fresh and flavourful. They forgot the rice that went with it but we were full anyway. I got the saag aloo as an after thought but actually it was the highlight of the meal never tasted one so good! The salad should have been much bigger is my only complaint as we got the large grill and it was very small.

Ordered two Mixed Grill Extra. Both meals were missing the chips, rice and salad. Iqbal from the restaurant promised to include them in my next order. When I ordered today, the restaurant said there is no one named Iqbal and they can't find my order.

Order took 1h 30 (20 mins after the latest delivery time). Ordered mixed grill and asked for rice but received naan bread instead. Good quality but not worth the wait or price, I won’t order from here again.

Late cold and wrong , I asked for chile sauce got some unidentified white stuff , no chile ,asked for no cucumber , got cucumber ( did this on my last order too but the rest was so good I overlooked it and even ordered again ) All those things to fill in on order and why bother , sorry but this was good food spoiled by lack of attention

Delicious , all my meats were tender and tasty , bread excellent, a bit more salad would have been nice but possibly hard to squeeze in 😀

Said delivered called the restaurant they said it should be there soon.. soon never came and no option to report food not delivered. Why have a code to give to the driver if they can just say delivered when it’s not?

Over an hour for delivery and then Didn’t actually deliver my food but claimed it did and still took my money so avoid.

Food was good appreciated. But I asked and paid one extra bread. However, £1.5 taken extra for bread but only there was on bread.

I ordered food and waited for an hour and a half, just for the delivery to not be given to me. I had to call the restaurant and then they told me they were sending it as I called but i’m just eat it says delivered.

the mixed grill I ordered fusion but turned up completely bland! the kebab was not fresh at all. the portion size was utterly ridiculous. one piece of flatbread. tiny plastic pot of sauce. salad was basic. everything was hard. to charge £40 for a mixed grill with poor portion sizes and no flavour is daylight duvet! strangely the saag aloo was fresh and delicious. more potato than spinach though. the deal was bland. won't be ordering again 👎🏽

on time and delivery guy was polite.

Good was really salty, Delivery was on time but the driver was very rude and basically threw the bag and me. Said something in a grunting tone.

kebab was nice but food missing order and ordered cheesy chips didn't smell or taste nice perhaps it's because I'm from North and not used to london posh cheese

The food was 30 mins late and cold there was no update I had to keep calling the restaurant

I payed extra for large, and instead i got small portion of kebabs. They thought they can get away with giving me small kebabs just cos i ordered a pitta bread.

Got the order wrong again tried ringing 9 times but no answer, this is the second time in a row that they have messed up the order. Save your money or risk the roulette of what you get because it won’t be what you ordered that’s for sure.

THE DELIVERY CAME AT APPROX 01:40HRS AND IT WAS COLD, I COULD NOT EAT IT AND IT WAS SO LATEIi WAS READY FOR BED. WHENIi ORDERED AT APPROX 2345 I WAS HOPING TO OF BEEN FED AND IN BED BY 0030!!!

Hi, last day I ordered a kebab from this restaurant. It did not taste good but because I didn't have anything else to eat I decided to eat it. The day after I had a strong stomach ache and I suppose it was because of that kebab. It didn't taste good.

The food quality is very poor 🤢 do not recommend it at all

The meat is the best quality doner around in my opinion , however the prices have gone way too high now and they Forgot to put cheese on my fusion cheese chips which cost 6.60 so inexcusable. Also the portion size has shrunk whilst prices have risen. Another thing to mention is that the salad they give you is pitiful, not even enough to satisfy a guinea pig. I would have continued being a customer but the fact that prices have risen so much and portion sizes have shrunk (15 quid for a large fusion kebab) I won't be ordering from here again.

Great food just slow delivery timing

Driver said that there was no Diet Coke and to claim a refund, not really the answer that I wanted to hear so a little disappointed.

Service is generlally good but the quality has dropped off over the last year unfortunately. It used to be awesome and great value for money. Now the grilled chicken is dry and the portions seem smaller. You can do better guys.

Food was good but the delivery guy was waiting in wrong place. If the map was updating I could see where the driver was and meet them. Not restaurants fault.

Wow. Wasn't sure what to expect as "fusion" wasn't explained on JE. However this was amazing, the flavour was superb the meat lovely and food totally delicious
