food is actually overpriced for what you get. it's definitely not inedible, but there is better chinese takeaways out there. I would order again from them, but I wouldn't rush back.

A truly great dining experience, service was exceptional as was the food. Between the four of us we had a myriad of dishes which no one could fault. We all agreed this is a place to revisit.

Not the worst Chinese in the world but definitely there are better local ones around. Some constructive criticism- The szechuan chicken was not the usual authentic szechuan chicken and basically tasted the exact same as chicken and black bean sauce. The dishes did not have enough sauce in them and also the restaurant did not provide any sauces what so ever with all the dishes no soy sauce or sweet chilli sauce even with prawn crackers!

Ordered takeaway ...food ok nothing wonderful but instead of salt pepper squid we received BBQ ribs ? Tried phoning the restaurant but not picking up . Shame as can be good but very hit and miss with food .

Frequent take away (delivered) users. So, so disappointed with our meal this evening. Tasteless, rubbery beef and far from barbecued spare ribs. We rang to state our displeasure…’Thank you for your feedback’ was the stock, blasé response. We have always been very happy before. We hope this is a one off.

Ordered take away and was told it will be with us in 45min but it arrived in 20min!!! Amazing service and delicious food. Very decent portion sizes. Definitely recommend best Chinese food around Elmbridge.

I had a take away from here tonight and it was absolutely revolting. The meat was so rubbery I wouldn’t feed it even to my dog . I rang to complain and they were so blasé about it. My husband was very polite about things but he was almost dismissed by the manager, who almost accused us of making the complaint up. Our evening meal experience was ruined by both the food and the response to our complaint.We eventually got a 50% discount, but our evening meal was over by then. This was the first evening that we have spent together as a family as our daughter has just returned from her tour of south east Asia. She has gone to bed very dissatisfied. My husband had to make her toast with peanut butter. The woman who delivered this insult of a meal, also found it necessary to remove her underpants from her personal areas on our ring doorbell. Not a great appetiser. I hope this only happened subsequent to our delivery. We would put the video on here,but we don’t want anyone else to suffer it. As if the food wasn’t bad enough. We’ll stick with Maxines in future.

Really lovely food and staff were friendly. My Husband likes some of the sea food dishes so wanted to eat from the premium menu, which meant we ALL had to. My daughter is only 5 but loves duck and not much else off the menu, we were charged £20 for her, which was a little much considering that's all she would eat. So quite an expensive bill. However, that said, great and friendly service, delicious food. May just have to save this restaurant for a date night!

Again, second takeaway via UberEats, the speed of delivery 🚚 is fast, delivery 🚚 chap engaging, food is piping hot. Ample portions, quality of the food is excellent, tasty 👅, explosive 🧨 flavours. These guys have got it right, price wise, well we live in a day an age if you buy cheap, you buy twice, therefore the price is right. Keep up the good work. Would recommend the Full Moon 🌕

We usually visit The Emperor for our boys nights but it was shut, so we walked up the road and tried The Full Moon. Outstanding food, and the owner/waiter is a character too. Definitely worth upgrading to the premium buffet, the duck is awesome. We'll be back! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent food, best chinese i have had in a long time.

Shocking. Absolute rip off. A group of us (10 adults and 6 kids) were taken for a ride. If only I could give zero stars I would. It was all smiles at first but once we signed up to the buffet option things changed. We waited half an hour before anything came out of the kitchen whilst being bombarded with bottles of beer at a shade under £5 a bottle, which certainly got the bill growing. Eventually we had some hors d’oeuvres which were all dry and over cooked. Then we were treated to the driest duck I’ve ever experienced. After this we were served some more deep fried delights and a few plates of overcooked half portions. Then we were charged £65 per head for the privilege. You can get a three course meal in a Michelin starred restaurant for around £45!!!! My advice to anyone planning on eating here is DON’T DO IT!

This is a great Chinese restaurant and I definitely recommend coming here. The food is of a high standard and quality and tastes amazing, ive never had anything come out cold before. The service is quick and the manager can be funny. The background music is very groovy and the whole overall atmosphere of the restaurant is very inviting and welcoming. The prices are good and I'd definitely recommend the buffet. Overall, this place is amazing to come to whether it's for a short takeaway or a nice sit down dinner.

What a bad experience. 2nd time ordered from them .1st order was good so we thought to give it a try again but tonight was a horrible experience ever. Try to called them up and just to gave a feedback but believe they are not happy to answer. "Never ever again"

Second time ordering from them - much the same as last time, food was generally quite good, although perhaps not quite as perfect as last time - no serious complaints though, and delivery was very fast - although perhaps I might have preferred they took just a bit more time to get everything perfect!

Wonderful food that is rich in flavour and reasonably priced. Extremely efficient service and helpful, friendly staff. Also, staff are considerate as when they are in the spaces used by customers, they wear masks, even when customers are not present. My family and I appreciate their cautious approach and their excellent food. We will certainly be returning!!

Was not aware there was a restaurant. Have been buying take-away's from here for many years.Have actually been in a couple of times personally. Extremely polite and friendly. As the Chinese always are.That goes a long way with myself. Slightly high price to the rest. The food is without doubt exellent.

Courteous serving staff, nice atmosphere, spotlessly clean with upmarket feel. Delicious food served promptly and very wide selection of dishes. All you can eat Sunday lunch and special themed music e venings (need to book these).

Great restaurant with amazing staff who made us feel super welcome. Food was really good and we didn't have to book which was great as it was a last minute decision to eat out. Highly recommend going and seeing these guys for some great food.

Got a takeaway here of crispy prawn balls with curry sauce which were excellent. Special chow mein was average. Would use again for the crispy prawn balls, yum.

Fantastic Chinese eater. Felt like a home from home 😃 Welcoming staff and quality service. Beautiful decor clean and well presented. Looked vaguely like parts of the bar I used to own in pattaya Thailand years ago....very tastefully done and very genuinely asian themed.(No bar girls though....shame 😉) Extensively varied menu with plenty of delicious delights to choose from. All cooked to perfection. Food served hot . ..looked amazing... and drove my taste buds wild.. .. Almost got the horn 👅 Very yummy😆 Very very yum yum. . And full servings too. Price point is reasonable for the tab as the service and food is excellent. Had a wonderful time here. Highly recommended restaurant. Finding a really decent asian place to eat is sometimes difficult because there are so many dotted around, sorting the men from the boys as it were. This is a real gem.... Took my partner here last night for a birthday meal, both never been so wasn't sure what to expect, fantastic food and brilliant informal service with the odd joke thrown in, we will definitely be visiting again in the future.
