Full Moon in South Norfolk

I’m visiting my sister in Harleston and this trip was the first time we tried this place. It was excellent, so had to order again tonight. It was absolutely delicious. Tonight we had B2 set meal, every dish was very tasty!

The food here was plentiful and hot, would go there again!

Having discussed how busy they were they gave me a time, but the food was 30 mins late. Pretty nice though

This is the best Chinese takeaway in Harleston. I've tried the rest and this place blows them out of the water. Friendly staff and not over priced! 👌

I've had loads of Chinese in my life n this one was absolutely awful a total waste of money terrible

If I could give no stars I would, £36 wasted every dish was far from good even the dog won't touch it.

Was an awful experience, sweet and sour pork balls were over cooked, spring roll burnt, 2 chicken dishes (meant to be different colour sauces) both cooked in a brown colour foul tasting sauce. Even the egg fried rice was not up to scratch anyone on the street could cook something up tasting better. Very disappointed.

Best Chinese around and we've tried them all. Food is brilliant and so is service. You can taste a bit of effort has gone into it. Go nearly every week!

very poor food nothing at all like it showed on the pictures on the menu. hong kong sweet and sour chicken was soggy yellow and tasteless , the kung pu king prawn much the same . Again nothing like picture all veg and few cashews smelt and tasted disgusting. couldnt eat any of it, was really disappointed.

Was in the chippy great pies one of the few places to heat them in the oven rather than the microwave

Very nice. When visiting from Brighton we pop in here for a take away, when staying at Weybread Lakes. Both times been its always tasted really nice. Tastes fresh.

Best Chinese in harleston by far...

After reading recent reviews, I was a little apprehensive for my first time trying this place. However, we found the food to be very good quality, cooked to perfection. Delicious! I will definitely be coming back it was fab, thank you Full Moon, we really enjoyed our food.

Tried for the first time and unfortunately was not impressed. The rice had a feeling of overcooked / reheated to many times with the dishes tasting bland and lacking in flarour. Both of us coming to the same decision that it wasn't as good as others in the area and unable to finish the dishes. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and efficient, however this doesnt make up for the food. Would try again if things were to improve.

This Chinese Takeaway is popular for a reason - the FOOD is so good. We only moved to the town about six weeks ago but have already used the Full Moon four times (and the Chippy next door too). It appears to be family owned (with the shop next door) and, as such, offers a friendly, consistent service. It may not be the cheapest around but you do get what you pay for - and as our bill is usually more than £40 I think that probably means we can express that fact. Recommended but do remember they only take CASH.

Simply great Chinese food! What more can I say?
