Frodsham Coffee Shop in Cheshire West and Chester

Swedish person, first time visiting the UK here. Boyfriend took me to visit this place to try a "full english", was very tasty! The café itself lacked a bit of the "cozy" feeling - no lamps or candles, dark, grey room. Friendly staff. Would likely revisit if you added some candles to make more of a nice home vibe.

Fantastic! We call in for an all day breakfast and hot coffee almost on a weekly basis. Fantastic service. Value for money is very good. The food is delicious and hot - served with a smile. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended.

We had cooked breakfast it cost £25.00 for 2 with mug of tea the food wS cheap not the best

Went today with a friend.Had full cooked breakfast which was superb! I am a very fussy eater and everything was faultless.Staff were delightful.Highly commend this place..Be aware that it closes middle afternoon.Will definitely be going again.

We often go to the Coffee shop when we are in Frodsham. The toasted tea cakes are lovely. They have a wide range of food on the menu which is delicious. But most of all the couple who own and run it are so lovely and welcoming. The Coffee Shop is spotlessly clean and bright, I would highly recommend a visit. 😊😊

Stopped in for full English breakfast, I must say it was very good. I'd happily return and probably will as it is relatively close by. 3 stars for atmosphere as there was only the 4 of us in there at the time, but it was a late Monday morning.

Me and my wife just found this place. I don't know if it's new or been her awhile but it's a little gem. They do a very nice omelette and cappuccino and this place is SPOTLESS. The cleanest diner/tea room I've been to in a while. I highly recommend!

Been to this café many times with excellent service But today, the 15th of July ordered bacon and sausage on toast. waited about 15 minutes for the food to arrive. The toast was cold and a bacon was cremated. The sausage was okay. when I was at the checkout she asked me how was my meal I mentioned the toast and bacon and all I got was oh Sorry to say, I will never go back there again After many years of going there.

Went in here Thursday for the first time and ordered a Tea to take away, was charged £2. I suspected they had deliberately over charged me because the person who made the Tea whispered with another woman before telling me the price. I then Googled the price list of the shop it should’ve been £1.50, won’t be going back there.

There are some great young people working in this cafe who are a credit to the cafe. Shame they were treated poorly by other customers though who think they're something special and like treating young waiting on staff with rudeness but they handled it with grace. We stopped off on a cycle ride home, tired and hungry not expecting it to be open due to it being a Bank Holiday and they were only 30 mins from closing and this was no problem at all. The food was good as were the prices, would definitely return if passing through again

Really nice food & service , it needs to maybe be clearer that its a table service cafe, then as a customer you'd know what happening rather than approaching the till to ask and getting told halfway there to sit down again it's annoying it isn't clearer thsts my only complaint xx

Lovely little place to grab a full English

Such a lovely couple Metin and Leyla, very humble and pleasant. My friends and I Laura, Hannah and Lilly the Jack Russel had a great lunch. Tuna salad was plentiful and lovely sandwiches. Thank you 🙏

Friendly service and one of the nicest breakfasts iv ever had

It was a rainy dog walking day after decided to take a break for a coffee and sandwich. We stopped at this café as it was the first that we came to and they had a table outside. We were greeted promptly (even the greyhound) with a smile and a menu. Lots to choose from and the cappuccino, and pot of tea, BLT Toastie and sausage, cheese and egg toastie were served nice and hot and promptly. The food was fresh and tasty and made to order. Nothing at all to fault but lots of positives here!

Clean and tidy, friendly staff. Breakfast with a cup of tea was nearly £10. Decent enough. 2 eggs (well cooked), 2 sauasages,(mediocre),2 bacon,(overcooked, 2 hash browns, black pudding slid and baked beans. Slice of toast. For the price I would expect better sausages and thick bloomer type bread.

I went for the veg' breakfast. The sausage looked like it had burnt up whilst entering the Earth's atmosphere but tasted better than it looked. On the whole the breakfast was nice. The staff are very pleasant.

Just tried this little cafe after hearing wonderful things of their food and service and it certainly lives up to it's reputation. I tried the lovely jacket potato combo with salad and also ordered the all day breakfast and these were fabulous and even provided with a banana for pudding. Excellent service and would highly recommend them.

Had a lovely Breakfast all cooked fresh to order last Sunday morning! All staff very pleasant and cafe was really clean so I will return again as it’s hard to find a reliable eatery locally !😁

I’ve visited here regularly with family and with friends, we always have a fantastic meal the food is Lovely and the staff are brilliant, friendly and welcoming, they really good with my youngest daughter (3) and they always ask me if she is aloud a lollipop after her dinner (some place I’ve been just give them straight to the child) I can’t recommend this place enough

Staying ain a local hotel but we wanted breakfast out - as had dog to placate this place filled our needs as had outside seating and loved dogs! Food was good but portions could have been bigger for the price that we had paid!
