I've walked past this place so many time and never thought to eat here, no idea why. So glad I did last week! The food is amazing, the chips are like chip shop chips, the meat is fresh, juicy and cooked to perfection. You can even have a litre of wine for a very fair price! I will be back again and again, thanks for a super night. And you must try the cheese donuts, they sound very odd but TASTE AMAZING and home made.

What a hidden gem this place is. I have been three time in two weeks all food cooked fresh to order good selection of dishes if your looking for fresh homely food then this is the place to go

Had the pleasure to try their food at a community event. The restaurant kindly provided the food for this. I was so pleasantly surprise by these romanian dishes, they were so tasty, full of flavour and fresh, this has open my eyes and tickle my taste bugs for Romanian cuisine, I will visit the restaurant to sample some more very soon , yummy!!

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon with my partner. Staff were really friendly and our food didn't take too long to come. We shared a two person mixed grill and it was incredibly good, really good selection of pork, sausages and chicken that all tasted amazing. Absolutely planning on coming back to try some more 😋

Its ok to remember traditional food and travel with your buds taste back in Romania, unfortunately staff members not very welcoming and they act like they are paying your meal, not the other way around. Over all decent food but lack of hospitality skills in my opinion

A lovely, friendly environment and staff. Every time I've been I've thoroughly enjoyed my meal - the chef is great and everything is cooked fresh and from scratch. It is always reassuring when you can see into the kitchen as it shows their confidence in the quality and hygiene of the place. Staff willing to explain what everything is for those, like me, who are not familiar with Romanian cuisine. Highly recommend, I'm becoming a regular!!

My sister took me to this place and the food was delicious. It was made fresh so there was a little bit of a way which they tell you about but so worth it because it was so tasty. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend you do not leave this place without trying the side potatoes and dessert doughnuts because they are perfection.

Cea mai buna mancare romaneasca, deserturi romanesti, și stafful foarte ok. Vom reveni cu drag. Este singurul restaurant romanesc, de la care am plecat incantati, satuli, și cu dorita de a reveni.

Great place, freshly cooked food, really authentic, big portions. Many appreciation for their charity event that took place over 12 weeks during lockdown (Apr- July 2020). They have managed to cook and deliver over 3000 portions of food to QE hospital Birmingham, few care homes, St John's Ambulance to oyr wonderful front line workers, vulnerable elderly and their carers. There are many photos /clips/on their Facebook page.

Absolutely Recommended ! They're Bavarian Schnitzel is AMAZING , not forgetting also other genuine and tasty Romanian dishes ! Really pleased also with the delivery service provided by the Owner of the restaurant who took the opportunity to make sure that I was satisfied with the order despite some issues with the delivery couriers. 👌

One of the best restaurants in Birmingham. The staff are very nice and polite and the food is amazing. I've been to the restaurant and I also ordered online several times, and the food is always fresh, it always comes in big portions and very fast delivery. It's definitely the first restaurant me and my partner want to go to after lockdown.

Simply fantastic. Happened upon this restaurant whilst isolating, the easy option is takeaway. I ordered this secretly from wife and kids, because they just want pizza or maccies, nothing exciting. We were all blown away with the quality and quantity. It was almost like we were on holiday. Really enjoyed it and look forward to sampling more from the menu. Highly recommended.

Clar este faptul că mâncarea este minunată, bautura bună și personalul prietenos! Locația este destul de bine aleasă cu parcare peste drum(uneori e ocupat) iar localul frumos decorat aducându-ne aminte de locul și cultura de unde provenim! De știut ar fi faptul că aveți nevoie de rezervare înainte să mergeți, in rest e chiar un loc plăcut pentru o ieșire în familie sau o rupere de viața cotidiană a oricărui om. Așteptăm cu nerăbdare să mai venim! Mulțumim pentru tot!

Excellent grilled food and variety of meat products. Traditional Romanian foods also served here. If you're looking for different type of food at reasonable prices, then this is the place to go to. Since all foods are made fresh, there is a bit of waiting time.

Fui aquí el sábado por la noche con mi esposa, mi hijo y su novia y lo pasamos de maravilla, había dos celebraciones de cumpleaños y, aunque la música era alta, el ambiente era excelente, al igual que el baile. pedimos un plato mixto de carnes, salchichas y papas fritas, con verduras en escabeche como guarnición, todos estaban muy calientes (aparte de las verduras en escabeche, pero algunos de los chiles estaban más que lo suficientemente calientes), muy sabrosos y divertidos para compartir La cerveza era buena y pedimos una jarra de vino blanco, ten cuidado ya que el vino es bastante sabroso y fuerte. Compartimos un postre, donuts calientes en crema y mermelada, fue un buen plato dulce. Este era un territorio virgen para mí, pero definitivamente volveré por más.

My favourite restaurant around Birmingham

I have been there 3 times. Last one yesterday for lunch. Good food and good price. We had the Greek salad and the Bulgarian salad to share. Fresh ingredients and enough for starters for four people. Then we ordered the grill for 3 people. We were 4 and could not finish it! The chicken and the pork steaks are delicious. The sausages as well, although a bit strong for one of my friends. If you still want a dessert, try the doughnuts. Totally worth going. MY FAVOURITE PLACE AROUND BIRMINGHAM
