Best lunch spot around fast and healthy 💪🏼 coke here pretty much twice a week for food, always great staff and mega food

The only place for fresh healthy food in Windsor! Run by a lovely team too, so heal by for friendly. They will make salads, sandwiches and wraps however you like them, all the ingredients you can think of. Fresh custom smoothies, health shots and healthy snacks. Everything you would make for your favourite lunch at home and more! I work in windsor and this is my favourite regular lunch spot, can’t be beaten. Great place to go to on a Saturday and Sunday, as it’s just off the main street tourists seem not to know about it so you can relax a few meters from the busy shopping streets.

Popped in here for lunch whilst at work today. Parking is a bit of a nightmare as there are double yellow lines everywhere. I ordered a chicken, pesto and mozzarella baguette which has very fresh and quality ingredients, although I did feel it was thrown together and not really made with care. At £5.95 I feel the baguettes are about 20% overpriced for what they are - then again I'm sure the business rent in central Windsor is not exactly cheap! So all in all a good experience, though getting there and parking up is a stressful experience if you're driving.

Have been using fresh for years since it opened. Great value for money on coffee and food. Salads are super healthy and tasty but if you want a real treat I would recommend the breakfast wrap. Also really rate the fresh juices duchess of Sussex is a personal favourite

We often have a cappuccino and shortbread here on a Saturday morning. The shortbread is the best ever and the coffee is good. Nice to go somewhere different from the big chains. They serve healthy stuff which always looks good but we stick to our naughty goodies.

I purchased a fresh orange juice but it tasted like something you get from Asda for 39p and then add water to it so I went back and spoke with the owner and he confirmed to me that it is fresh and he made it at home. I didn’t want to argue with him but this was 100% not fresh so I returned the unopened juices. Fool.

Decided to come here for some lunch and had some delicious, healthy food and smoothies. Lots of veggie and vegan options - I was spoilt for choice! I had a pakora salad box, the energise smoothie and a vegan biscoff cheesecake and it was spot on. Not too filling either. The owners are lovely and helpful and have great recommendations. Would definitely come back!!

I had passed this establishment a few times however on a recent cycle ride, I popped in for breakfast and was not disappointed. The menu for food and drinks is extensive and all freshly prepared. I had the sausage, bacon and cheese wrap, a pot of yogurt and granola and a large coffee. The wrap was freshly made and the hygiene was impeccable. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Definitely a place to seek out when you are in Windsor.

There are lots of coffee shops and places selling food in Windsor, but this one of the places the locals tend to go. Staff are friendly, social distancing and hygiene is taken seriously and it isn't expensive. There are good lunch options and the smoothies are nice.

Staff were so friendly - all the more appreciated given the current environment. We ordered mozzarella, chicken and pesto wraps with all the trimmings. Absolutely delicious and generous portions. And best iced coffees we’ve had (with oat milk!). Will definitely be returning when we’re next in Windsor!

The staff are very welcoming, made to feel comfortable. Very tasty and healthy food to enjoy. Plenty of cafe's and coffee shops in Windsor, however tend to prefer eating at Fresh. Whether you are hungry, fancy a healthy smoothie or snack, they cater to everyone, including businesses.

Work in Windsor and go here all the time. Nice staff, especially the manager. Great food. Loads of options. Specials change every month and are always interesting

These guys are great. Friendly service and happy to accommodate dietary requirements.What really impressed me was that I'd spoken to one of the team (possibly manager) earlier in the day about gluten free bread and when we walked back in the afternoon they remembered straight away.They offer made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, paninis, salads and Juices. They also have some good slices if you're after something sweet.Would definitely return next time I'm in Windsor!

This was a chance find off the main street. The menu has good choices of fillings in baggetts, panninis and wraps and more. Made to order and good value. Bright and cheerful decor with welcoming staff.

This small café is perfect for lunch when in Windsor. All of the sandwiches/baguettes are made on the spot and you can choose from a wide range of ingredients. They also have a great range of juices and other drinks.

This is a small sandwich shop with a good selection including salads, smoothies and juices, There is seating to eat in but much of the business seems to be take away. We needed a place that could accommodate gluten, dairy and soy allergies and this was it. One of the staff has celiac and took special care to prepare a sandwich with gluten free bread working in a separate area to avoid cross contamination. Several others in our party were vegan and had a range of choices. All of the staff were cheerful and customer focused. Definitely recommend.

Near the Castle, out of the mad rush, Fresh is at its name implies - fresh whole food served simply and with no fuss in a modest eatery at very reasonable prices. The locals eat here it si value for money and no fuss. Very friendly staff.

First visit to this tiny take-away/sandwich shop - where you can design your own fresh and healthy sandwich or wrap to take out or eat in - ideal for a sole shopper! It was a chill Winter’s afternoon when I had half an hour to kill before collection at the bus shelter just off Lower Peascod Street. This is the area I like to call Windsor Village where everything is in miniature and largely as it was years ago. The charity shops, restaurants and bank are small, smartly presented and to a human scale, which usually goes along with excellent personal service. It was at Penriver in William Street where I had my first coffee brought over from Fresh, ordered for her customers by Madame Kath. Her gem of a fashion shop has been in William Street for “nearly 30 years” and is outstanding for the quality of its ladieswear, range of designers from budget labels to high-end global, plus superb accessories and outrageously gorgeous bling to complete the top occasion outfit. The marketing is superb - two seasons of fashion shows in Spring and Autumn, each held at coffee mornings, lunch times and one evening event. The timings cleverly cater for the range of customers from 20+ to 80+ and shows are available in all parts of the day. Ladies come from far afield to shop for their cruise/holiday wardrobes or to dress for their social round at home. But customers must book promptly to be sure of a seat at one of the fun fashion shows, because they sell out instantly. This is local shopping highly recommended for the increasing number of people relocating to Windsor - do come and check out the stylish windows, browse the shop and make a purchase to get yourselves on the mailing list!

Went for lunch and so glad we did, they do a meal deal, we had wraps, you pick what you want in them, they are so huge and very tasty and fresh the staff were very friendly

I’ve visited Windsor many times but never discovered this fantastic, friendly, healthy and reasonably priced cafe! I needed a quick lunch before a 12.15 appointment and took a chance as I walked past. I’m very glad I did. Very good selection on the menu boards. I wish I’d had more time to choose but not at all disappointment with my selection of falafel wrap + extras (at no extra cost). Full, fresh and delicious! I also had a juice blend which was also great. Would recommend trying this place rather than the chains in the centre. Will definitely go again next time I visit.

Popped in for a quick bite before tackling the castle. We are a vegetarian family with two perpetually hungry teenage boys who were very expensive to feed in London. The Fresh meal deal was a great value giving them a decent sized wrap with drink and snack (crisps/chips, cookie or veggies). I had a falafel wrap toasted - with a great variety of vegetables available to add as desired. The boys and husband had toasted paninis and loved them.

We tried this place a couple of months ago and have been back most weeks and have never been disappointed, the sandwiches are amazing so much variety and the meal deal is great value. The staff are always friendly and helpful can't wait for our next visit

I’ve been into FRESH a few times recently and I absolutely love it there! The juices are great, and so are the coffee is great too. They always go out of thier way to make sure food is adjusted to suit dietary requirements. Great place for lunch!

I had a tuna salad and was very impressed with the quality but it’s not something I could afford to do very often even with the discount I get and I was still a little hungry after. I had a tuna salad and while there was loads of tuna it could have done with a bit of a bulk up of lettuce.

Being local I like to support the town’s small businesses, but this has tapped in to a real niche in Windsor, ever so slightly tucked away, but only a few yards from the post office in the middle of town.

I love this place. It has a superb variety of fresh ingredients that the very friendly staff are more than happy to provide for sarnies or picnics.They do vegan and vegetarian options.They have a lot of loyal repeat customers,which tells you the quality of this gem of a place.

We visited Fresh after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. The food looked good and we started to order. Then the assistant noticed the person behind us in the queue. She started chatting to him while taking my husband's order and had to ask more than once what he wanted. She then continued to chat with the other customer and not speak to him at all. When we did get to eat, the food was very good.

The name of the shop says it all. Tasty baguette made with all my chosen fillings and a cold, healthy smoothie to drink in the heat. Perfect! Definitely worth finding this liitle cafe when you visit Windsor for the day.

We came here to get a small picnic to eat on the long walk. Everything was made fresh in front of us, and there was a great choice. We had a mix of baguettes made for us - with each of us very happy with our choice. I had hummus and peppers with butter and salad, very fresh tasting and delicious taste. I was very happy, and it was nice and filling. We also had some of the shortbread, which was very nice and of good quality and some granola bar with chocolate, which was a little bland and not very exciting. We took our goodies to the park and had a lovely picnic in the sun! Very happy, paid by card in the shop, staff very well mannered and courteous. Would go again.

I’ve been eating here for well over a year and the staff are always happy and polite no matter whom is working. Could do with a bit more variety ie lamb and other meats. Also more sandwich fillings available earlier in the day.

Very friendly staff very healthy wraps and best juice EVER. The place is very well located in Windsor and I will come back for sure. They even have fruits you can buy separately from juices.

Came across this place for a lunch on a week day. What a lovely little cafe. It has the concept of Subway (which ironically) is opposite where you can order a choice of sandwiches baguettes wraps sandwiches as well as soup, coffee’s tea nice cakes and smoothies... all really reasonably priced as well with meal deal options.

Doing our tourist bit, before visiting the castle, we popped in here on a cold and wet November Saturday. Usual friendly very perky lads. Our baked spuds with as many trimmings as we liked were excellent. I had the soup as well and mine all came to £5.50. My friend had a coffee with her well filled spud and her's was only £5.00.

We visited today and chose the wraps, mine was filled with real chicken breast, premium ham and loads of fresh salad. The staff were helpful and gave us time to decide on which delicious fillings we wanted. We would definitely recommend Fresh for a filling healthy lunch with good quality foods. We look forward to a return visit.

The food here is definitely nice and has a fresh healthy taste to it. Staff put in effort in to making your food in front of you. Staff are friendly. I feel the prices are little too high for the portions.

Fresh was a very nice and clean restaurant. Everything we had was FRESH. They even cut up all of the fruit as they made smoothies or juices. Everything was really good and the staff was very nice and friendly. I found them at the end of our trip so I only went once but next time I visit from Boston I will be back for sure.

I have been to fresh a few times and have loved the food every time. All products were fresh and great tasting. This is a locally independent business and should be supported within the community.

So great to have this brilliant independent shop on the High Street. Fabulous service from great, approachable staff and such a wide range of produce. The smoothies are to die for and everything is such good value.

It was such a nice surprise to find a little spot like this to eat. There was a variety of food to choose from (salads, sandwiches, wraps). There are gluten free options. It was inexpensive (especially compared to the other places in Windsor). It was so great to be able to sit down, eat a healthy, fresh lunch, and continue exploring. The service was awesome! I would definitely go back, and would recommend to anyone who is visiting Windsor. Nothing beats a local business, especially when it is fresh, cheap, and healthy!

I stop at Fresh often for a quick morning coffee or for a sandwich to go at lunch. The service Kris and his staff give is always top notch and wonderfully friendly. I've tried a few different sandwiches which have all been delicious and truly fresh with top ingredients. Prices are very reasonable and I love that I'm supporting a great local business!

Although I live in Windsor, this was my first visit today. A lot of people I know use it so thought I'd try it and was not disappointed. We had a lunch meal deal £4.95 including the sandwich of your choice, crisps and drink of your choice. We had a wrap and a baguette which were made in front if us and lots of choice of salad etc. All very fresh and very tasty. The portion size was also very generous.

Fantastic range of fresh food to suit all tastes, budgets and occasions. I boughr fresh food on Tuesday lunchtime for a business meeting. The service was very helpful, informed me about their extensive range and made good suggestions. The coffee was delicious and complimented the food! We will go back next time we are in town.

This is a new concept. I really like this food outlet for my lunch. They make your sandwiches to order in front of you and its all really fresh food. Tastes great and the coffee is nice as well. They have an amazing smoothie maker that pulverises all the fruit and vegetables in no time. Apart from that, your made to feel very welcome and it made me feel happy just to go in the shop have lunch and relax for half an hour. Chris, the owner is very warm and friendly and welcoming. "you go in grumpy and come out VERY Happy" thanks chris, your doing a brilliant job.

Came across Fresh while shopping in Windsor it's lovely to find a new sandwich bar that has so much choice especially in the salad range it definitely tasted very fresh ! To top it off was very impressed with the tea as they use twinnings tea bags so much better than the rubbish tea in star bucks !! Will be back very soon ! Enjoy guys

Fresh is a long overdue breath of fresh air for Windsor. The food is delicious (my mouth is watering thinking about it) the staff are great, not ugly on the eye either! I can't imagine anyone else's prices are as competitive in Windsor. They might be cheap but the food and beverages (my favourite the juice bar) are anything but in taste. Before 9am you get a coffee for £1. That could almost tempt me to get up early!! Love this place, insanely good value and at these prices you're not even treating yourself, Fresh is treating you!!

Forget your chain eateries like Neroz Costa and Starbucks. This place is independent, Family run and does something very different than the normal high street coffee and sandwich shop.

We all know that there is a dazzling array of high street coffee shops available these days. Each of them has good and bad points but the running theme is that they are all big chains and as such the quality varies a lot. If you want good coffee you need to find a good independent coffee shop. Well good news everyone!! Today I came across a new coffee shop in Windsor called 'Fresh'. The coffee was fantastic!! great flavour and served by a very friendly chap. They also had a great range of cakes and pastries. Unfortunately for the owners the coffee shop is just off the main high street (Peascod street). Hopefully that shouldn't be a problem once word has got out. If your in Windsor and your feet are killing you and all you need is a good coffee (or tea) then you could do much worse than heading over to this cool little haven.

Stayed in Windsor for four days and was looking for a different coffee shop other than the usual run of the mill chain ones. PLEASE pay a visit to Fresh as I can vouch that you'll not be sorry as the coffee was the best I've tasted in a long while. Typically we couldn't just have a coffee, so had a piece of cake as well. So pleased with our visit that we called in and bought freshly made wraps to take away. 'Fresh' lives up to its name as everything is made to order - no sandwiches hanging around all day. Excellent selection of sandwiches, wraps, breakfast rolls and healthy options of fruit and yoghurt. The smoothies are amazing. We went back at least once every day and it didn't cost the earth - in fact very reasonably priced for exceptional food and service. Thank you Fresh for a truly enjoyable visit.

Having been on a "road trip" holiday we stumbled upon this place whilst in windsor.having initially popped in for a take away coffee we couldnt resist some made to order sandwiches and salads for the onward journey.these guys obviously take a lot of pride in what there doing it really comes across in the food.for a similar price to a pre made bland cardboard like sandwich in a supermarket this place is a bargain.the coffee was the best ive had in a long time.if only we lived in windsor.
