Frankies & Bennys in Manchester

We went to the Ashton moss restaurant, the staff wasn’t great except for the young lad that waited on our table . Started was out in minutes before our drinks Order which we had ordered 5 min before , the potato skins was still hard not cooked properly, bacon on top was extremely burnt. Our main meals came while we was just eating or starter the lady took them back, soon as she cleared the plates our main meal came it had been sat under heat lights it was all dried out and only warm. This was our first time here in years and definitely won’t be going back. We was in and out within 35 minutes if we wanted fast food we would have gone to McDonalds

So bad. There was a smell of urine in the restaurant. There is construction work going on outside so the restaurant may be forgiven for this. We were met at the door and shown to our table by a lady constantly clearing phlegm from her throat. We thought it was maybe a one off, but every time she returned to our table she hocked up a nice big thrist clearance in our direction. We could hear her do it as she walked around the restaurant. When the food came it looked miserable. The waiter decided to hand our son his bowl with his thumb inside the bowl touching the food. We totally lost our appetites, paid up and left. Horrid.

I really enjoyed my meal at Frankie and Barneys. The staff was really helpful and they made our experience so much better just by their smile on their face. We had Carbonara pasta, which I can say was one of the best meals I had in a long time. We also had Calamari as for the starters which was a really good way to start our meal. My boyfriend had ribs and they were so juicy and fresh and we enjoyed them both very much. The staff was amazing, including Marian, which was the manager of the restaurant. He told us many things about the restaurant and was very friendly and nice from the first time we came in, and also that’s how all staff are. Thank you so much!

So. We’re here. At Franky and Benny’s. Thought we’d have a good meal before we give our marj a call. Think she’s gone off side of M1 lol but we’ll give her a call. Anyway, food was brilliant but found a strand of hair in the pizza bread. 4 stars

Fui a Frankie & Benny's para celebrar el cumpleaños de un miembro de la familia y todos obtuvimos cosas diferentes, sin embargo, pedí un filete medio raro que estaba demasiado cocido, así que definitivamente no recomendaría pedir un filete de aquí. También tienen refrescos sin fondo, sin embargo, pedimos una Coca-Cola y nos dijeron que, debido a que obtuvimos una botella al principio que no estaba en el menú de bebidas sin fondo (aunque no especificamos una botella, solo dijimos una Coca-Cola ya que ni siquiera vimos una botella) Al final terminé obteniendo mi comida gratis, sin embargo, el resto de la fiesta aún pagó el precio completo.

Was a very nice meal served by Leigh , was very good at recommendations and was to great to have of service!

We were served by Leigh tonight. She was quick and efficient. We come in a lot because of this and of course the good food.

Pensabamos ir a cenar al Pub inglés que hay justo al lado y por tener el futbol demasiado alto en los televisores decidimos ir a este que era como muy de hamburguesería de la Ruta 66. Nos pedimos dos hamburguesas dobles, hechas a la plancha que estaban riquísimas y las sweet potatoes (boniato frito en forma de patata frita) recien hechas, buenísimas. We were thinking of going to dinner at the English Pub that is right next door and because of having football too high on the televisions we decided to go to this one which was like a hamburger on Route 66. We ordered two double, grilled hamburgers that were delicious and the sweet potatoes (fried potato-shaped sweet potato) freshly made, very good. Very friendly staff. Great food, garlic bread starter and loaded potato skins. Huge double cheese burger and ice cream sundae to finish! Not bad for a run of the mill restaurant very nice and a pleasant change

Tasty food as always if you want to take your loved one for a treat this is the place, we love everything about it , the background music the decor the cleanliness, the fact you don't have to wait too long

Nipped in for food before the cinema and everything was lovely, food nice and hot, our server Owen was really attentive, even brought over a glass of water, as id finished my drink, would recommend.

Nice starters, reccomend calamari. I ordered a Steak as medium rare, it came very tough and very overcooked, not even close to medium rare. This was disappointing, the chips were very nice and the peppercorn sauce made the meal slightly better. Would go again but order something else as I was very disappointed by the steak.

Although it took us a while to decide what we wanted from the vast selection available on the menu, we were not rushed at all. The burger i had was superb and nothing was too much for the lovely waitress, who was lovely with everyone.

Not been for many years and was pleasantly surprised. The eggs benedict were good and far nicer than the veggie feast, where the scrambled eggs were overdone (left under hot lamp too long) and under seasons, flatbread a bit bland ditto pepper and tomato. Veggie sausage was tasty however. Seemed a little small for a “feast” and for the money. Service friendly however. Would definitely get the eggs again but not the feast.

Stopped for dinner en-route to Manchester airport, a little short on time. Arrived to an almost empty restaurant at about 4pm on a Thursday evening. Seated within seconds, ordered promptly and meals served within only a few minutes. Great service.
