Las pizzas y la pasta buenas acordes con su precio. El personal podría mejorar en amabilidad. Lo peor fue que , aunque en el ticket ponía claramente que el servicio no estaba incluido , insistieron muchísimo en que lo teníamos que añadir a la factura, pero en ningún momento hubo ningún indicio de que no fuéramos a hacerlo. El trato la verdad debería mejorar. Eramos 6 personas muy tranquilar y normales y nos sentimos muy observados y tratados con cierto "desprecio". Calidad- Precio razonable pero el trato deberían mejorarlo bastante. Nos hicieron sentir como clientes de segunda o tercera clase.

Très bon resto sur le chemin de Trafalgar Square. Pas cher par rapport aux prix des restos dans le même secteur mais cher par rapport aux prix en France comme tout la bas d’ailleurs. Notre serveur était sympa et parlait un petit peu français. Nourriture bonne et fraîche. A faire en famille ou entre potes.

Descubrimos el local despues de un largo día conociendo Londres. Trato cercano, comida de calidad y en abundancia. Nos atendió Paula, encantadora. Lo recomiendo !!!

We were taking our grandson on a special visit to London as part of his 5th birthday present. Not always easy to know where to take a young lad to be sure he will enjoy the food as well as the the venue. We had never visited a Frankie & Benny's before but feel sure we couldn't have picked a better restaurant for this occasion. Location in Whitehall by Trafalgar Square meant this was a very busy venue, but the staff were extremely efficient and friendly in keeping the tables cleared and ready for the next customers without ever making those seated/eating feel 'rushed'.

Good breakfast and good service. The sign on the door says they don't open until 12.00 on Sundays - but this is wrong. We were eating our breakfast at 10.30am.

My husband and I stepped in on our first day in London, because we were starved. He ordered pasta with seafood. I ordered a grilled salmon salad. Both dishes were disappointingly small. They were out of onion rings. So, we ordered fries and again the portion was inexplicably small! Two hours later, we were searching for another meal. A total fiasco :(

My family had breakfast here, and although it was adequate it was nothing special although the price wasn't too bad.

Food was fine, service was very poor. Giving specific examples here in the hope that the manager trains their staff properly. 1. Waiting at the door, couldn't get into the restaurant as it was blocked by other people waiting. Server came across and said 'close the door, there's a draught'. Suggested alternative: 'come on in out of the cold and let me get you a table'. 2. We were put at the far end of a long line of tables pushed together. Tried to place a family of 4 right next to us, which would have left all of us cramped. I politely asked them to move up a space, they agreed and we laughed about it. Shouldn't have had to do this. 3. Slow to bring menus and take order, not especially busy. 4. Asked for bill so we could leave quickly to theatre, brought bill but then disappeared so we couldn't pay by card for 10 mins. Seriously considered walking out. 5. When finally took payment, asked 'would you like to add a tip on the card?' I answered 'not on the card, no' since I leave cash so the servers get all the tip. He practically pouted and did the rest in silence with massive attitude. Needless to say no tip was left after this catalogue of errors from 2 members of staff. Sat 23 March around 630pm, sat near front window of restaurant.

Locale simpatico anche se piuttosto caotico e rumoroso (siamo di fianco a Trafalgar Square...). Tavoli molto vicini tra di loro - se vi capita un vicino molesto... non sarà piacevole - ma tutto sommato può andare. C'è l'assortimento, il servizio è veloce, i camerieri indaffarati ma gentili. Si può fare di meglio, ma da una catena in pieno centro non ci si può aspettare molto di più!

UK does not have good food in general. And I'd heard a lot about Carluccio's as a good Italian restaurant. However, F&B Italian-American concept just captured me. Good food, great environment, friendly service. Try the American Deli pizza with a draft beer. It's the closest to eating decent, not too healthy but tasty food - and they've got Light options too! Since I'm from America, it was a really good option.

I have recently become a trip advisor member so forgive this review being a few months old. In September 2012, my friend and I were at the O2 to see Nicki Minaj. We know F&B and we have always liked the food so we decided to go there. Walked up to the desk we were told about 45 mins wait for a table... Ok its a concert - we expected it to be around that amount of time to wait. So they gave us the "buzzers" which they give to everyone waiting until your number is "buzzed". So we walked upstairs to the bar area to grab a drink and wait. Upstairs is small and was crammed with about 40 people all trying to get the attention of the TWO barmen. One barman seemed fine.. but AVOID THE OLD BARMAN at all costs! We waited until it was our turn and the old barman (looked like he was in his 60's) asked our order, we asked about a pitcher for a cocktail that we could share. He looked at us and simply said "no pitcher" and threw the cocktail menu back at me (literally - I'm not kidding!) my friend and another group of ladies looked at me and we were all completely shocked at his attitude and that he had just thrown a menu back at me and walked off to serve someone else. SO.. we waited there another 15 minutes before finally walking off with 2 small cocktails and still had our buzzer in our hands. After half an hour we noticed people around us groups/couples many of which starting to get aggravated at the time we were all having to wait. By this time people were sitting on the stairs, as there was nowhere for us to all go. We got talking to fellow concert-goers and they had been waiting over an hour!! Eventually a few of us went up to the front desk to which one of the waiters barged past a very small young girl and said "move out the f***ing way" to which we all spun around on our heels completely dumbfounded!! We got to the desk where the young girl and her mother complained and we were told that all their computers had crashed so orders were being taken manually. After waiting now 1 hour 20 minutes we were FINALLY seated and as we had had all that time to decide what we wanted, we immediately told the waiter our order before our bums had even touched our seats. We had ordered garlic doughballs for starters along with 2 pasta dishes from the special menu they had on at the time. Another waiter turned up with our doughballs after about half and hour.. but he walked out of the kitchen, out to where we were sitting, walked up and down past every table, and walked BACK inside the kitchen with OUR food?! By this time we were getting very annoyed at the lack of customer service and just lack of sane staff members!! We immediately grabbed a member of staff and demanded to speak to a manager. Now there was a man in a suit, older guy, wandering around the restaurant. Thinking this was the manager I asked to speak to him however I was then told "He is not the manager, he is a waiter but we can't get him to take his suit off".. I didn't know whether to laugh or just walk out, I thought this whole thing was a setup of You've been framed or something. We then ask another waiter for our doughballs and they went and brought them out. 10 minutes later ANOTHER 2 starters (doughballs) also arrived. Now these were the original doughballs that had been taken right past us and back into the kitchen! Overall this was nearly 3 hours to get food and be seated. Complete nightmare and the supervisor wouldn't even apologise BUT a lovely female waiter then took our complaints along with nearly every other table's complaints and deducted a short sum from our bill. Oh and they tried to charge us twice for the cockails we had bought from the bar beforehand! I am a regular at the O2 but Frankie And Bennys I shall avoid at all costs from now on!

Envie d'y retourner car accueil sympathique, très bon pour 9,95 livres entrée, plat, dessert, simple, copieux, assez rapide, et bonne situation géographique.

Generally use these restaurants at the airport to get a real treat befora a flight as the food on board is generally below par and expensive. The overall provision of this restaurant is of a high standard a cut above the others I have encountered air side. Would recommend for sound plentiful food and reasonable pricing.

We did not expect that Trafalgar Square would be an easy place to make an afternoon break. But at Frankie & Benny's we found a nice table and had great cups of chocolate with whipped cream as well as some very nice tarts and cakes. Good and fast service too and very recommendable

I try to be fair when writing reviews. Went to the Colliers Wood branch on a busy Sunday afternoon and was told i would have to wait 20 mins for a table. It turned out to be 50 mins...had I known, we wouldn't have bothered waiting.The quality of the food is like buying something from the supermarket and at best putting it in the microwave...pasta was so bland, burgers very small, and salad was drenched in mayonaise!Do yourself a favour and either eat at Nandos next door or a sandwich from Starbucks would be better! Shocking how they remain so busy but choice is very limited there I guess.

Our first trip to the Colliers Wood branch yesterday - no real problem with the service overall though we did have to ask several times as to when our drinks would be coming. The price charged for the food we received is quite frankly SHOCKING! Such a high mark up for low quality food. The burgers were small, processed meat in a very small insipid looking bun. The Caesar Chicken Salad priced at almost a tenner was mainly iceberg lettuce, a few strips of chicken and a few halves of tomatoes. The kids meal - fish, chips and peas - while adequate in size was disappointing to find that the fish was the processed deep fried stuff that you can buy cheaply in a supermarket. Overall it worked out £20 per head including the children's meal deals making it one very expensive eating out experience - I can think of many other restaurants where we would have got much more value for money - if the prices were lower, it wouldn't be that bad but £12 for a crap tiny burger takes the biscuit - you would have at least expected something slightly gourmet. The starter, mushrooms with garlic and blue cheese - you would expect a couple of the satellite sized kind but these were two tiny sorry looking things sitting on a plate of garnish. Oh and a Magners (which usually comes in a nice fat bottle) was served in a tiny midget bottle at £3.75 and just filled over half a pint glass - terrible!!

It's reliable, the food is OK and if one is not too fussy about the ambient noise, it's an OK place to eat. The music is fine, it's the noise level from the adjacent tables that makes conversation difficult!

Me and my friend Joanne went to the Colliers Wood-based Frankie & Benny's two times, and both times the food were delicious! And the price is good too. :-) So if you go to London, try Frankie & Benny's! It's a chain of restaurants, so they're everywhere in London. :-)

Amazing Simple food but more expense than the one in croydon maybe because it was in the city . Lovely food but u get less than other places . Would go again

Il cibo non è un gran chè nel senso che le patate fritte e una bistecca discreta si trovano facilmente dappertutto, quello che fa la differenza sono le quantità.Piccolo contrattempo, ho ordinato un sorbetto che non è mai arrivato e solo dopo parecchio tempo mi è stato detto che non era più disponibile, salvo però trovarlo segnato nel conto che comunque è stato immediatamente modificato dopo la segnalazione di errore. Prezzi nella media birra, bistecca e cappuccino £17.
