Frankie and Benny's Restaurant in Plymouth

We arrived at just before 1800 on a Sunday evening, we were quickly shown to our seats. After stopping a member after about 10 minutes our order was placed. This was for a triple stack sandwich and the stars and strips combo. After 30 minutes we questioned the staff about our order and he chased it up after another 10 minutes the food arrived. During our 30 minutes wait for food cutlery still hadn’t been delivered to our table and although there were less than 10 tables with guests in the restaurant and ample staff as people left the tables were not being cleared down.

Very great staff are really lovely and great selection of food as well. A place to go with family and friends or even just for a catch up with someone.

My server was great and the food couldn’t have been better. My service was exceptional and got my food instantly. Would go again.

We had such a lovely meal, with such great service. Emily served us and took us to our table. She was so polite and welcoming. The Manager Mike came over and asked us if our food was ok. He was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was really busy but nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend. Such a lovely atmosphere with great service and food.

Walked in waited 5 minutes to get a table when it was basically empty. The woman looked us up and down then placed us in the far corner where no one else was and proceeded to walk over to every other staff member talking about us while the other staff members were looking at us. And the food was cold when it arrived.

Cannot fault this place at all, From stepping inside to leaving was great, Amelia our waitress couldn't do enough, she was always smiling and very polite....such an asset to the restaurant.

Party of 6 Very Poor service the mains arrived when empty plates from the starters still present ..had to ask twice for water which came warm with one ice cube … starter and main plates took far to long to be cleared and empty drink glasses never got cleared throughout are meal till we left … disappointing for a 4 th birthday party as normally they go all out no music or balloons poor all round really 😞

Awful service, wated half hour for our drinks because they forgot, then other people where coming in ordering food for there food to come ours at this point ain't even arrived, 1hour45 mins later food started to arrive and then it was the wrong food anyway! Worst ever visit

Awful service. Waited over an hour for our food to come out and then the starters and mains came out together. One of our party had pasta that was stuck together and dry. After asking for a dessert we waited another half an hour for a bit of ice cream.Things on the menu not available either. Very very noisy and not a pleasurable experience. Would not go back!

We decided to visit Frankie & Bennys on a quieter Thursday night, unfortunately we had a long wait time on dinner and deserts - waiting around 25 minutes for two milkshakes. Disappointed in our visit as we have had good service previously and the restaurant wasn’t busy enough to warrant the long wait times.
