Amazing food, nice mocktails, and friendly and professional service. Me and my fiancée came here for a meal last night, on our anniversary, and everything was superb. Even though it was quite busy, Leon who was our waiter, kept his wits and cool. Very professional and friendly service from him. 5/5 we will definitely return if we'll be in the area again! We used to frequent here so often. Went in for breakfast this morning , menu changed drastically. So many favourites gone. No eggs Benedict. Great if you want bagels or crap like that. Sorry to say you’ve lost a loyal and long time customer. Bianco Lounge seems to be benefiting from this change….

Went in against my wishes whilst taking a family member to the white rose centre for some shopping, she insisted as she fancied it. Let's talk two pizzas first £16 each ham and pineapple poorly cut served on a plate arrived suspiciously fast, they were nothing more than cheap frozen style pizzas you would have at home out of the bottom of the freezer section of the super market, disgusting for the price. Chips were OK standard. Now the straw that broke the camels back, my family member unusually ordered a salad, it came it was a baby gem lettuce cut into quarters with four tiny pieces of bread and a tiny bit of grated parmesan cheese sprinkled over which gave the appearance that the lettuce had dandruff, rubbish all of it with two drinks £34. The woman who was seating people was polite enough, but the waitress who served us was very unpleasant offering this harsh modern style of service quick snappy never giving you time to think, and apart from one initial lower she never looked at me again throughout the rest of the service, as if I wasn't even there. Avoid this place they're laughing at there customers all the way to the bank.

Food not worth the price the quality is below standards, they charge for sauces now even tho they don’t put it on your meal that is supposed to have it on , no customer service skills at all, everything over priced, save your money and eat elsewhere

Disappointing experience. Went here on a Sunday they were very understaffed for the amount of customers leading them to be rushing around and not attending to customers promptly. First off we ordered our food however the order didn’t make its way to the kitchen leading us to have to reorder 15 minutes later. When we ordered again the food came promptly as they said they would push the order forward however too promptly as when it came it was cold and raw. We ordered a chicken and halloumi burger which was nice however the bbq chicken and half a rack of ribs were very disappointing. The ribs were cold and pink as were another customers across from us. Once we managed to get the attention of the staff after a while of waiting they then took the food back and remade it. The food then came back in around 5 minutes, clearly showing that it had been microwaved as it was absolutely steaming. The ribs were rubbery and still had a pink tinge and the chicken was as dry as anything. This lead me to leave most of the meal. We then waited another 15 minutes for the bill and another 10 minutes for the card machine however they had taken the meal off the bill. Would not recommend!!

tldr; Overpriced poor quality and slow To begin with the kitchen was way too slow and understaffed. One chef worked his best 2-3 of them just hanging around. Servers did their best, can’t complain. Food: Sirloin steak: wasn’t fresh, meat was pale probably sitting in the fridge for few days. Lasagna: Im not joking my 1 yr old baby ate an entire portion. It was microwave food quality. In fact, some premium microwave meal tastes better. Honestly. Pizza: again, Lidl chilled pizza level. Ceasear salad: bread + sauce + Lettuce for 12£ (chicken extra) Burger: That was the best part, a good 3 out of 5. For 7 of us (4 adults, 2 teens and 1 baby) £260… let that sink in… in comparison in CZN Burak we ate for 190 and it was an entire different experience and league. Vauxhall vs Bentley.

Mum in 70s in wheelchair on oxygen needed use disabled toilet Was being used by staff member Mentioned to our lovely waitress The member staff who used loo came barging over claiming that she was cleaning it - with no cleaning stuff in site Mum stated maybe she put sign up She was very rude and defensive and very curt to an elderly lady my mum on oxygen and in a wheelchair because she was out of order and I wrong instead just apologising Out of order My mum was upset No need Unprofessional and actually bullying

I am a regular customer, I ordered salmon, they changed it I got fish and there were huge pieces of peppers on it, huge pieces of onion, tasteless sauce, none of it went well with the salmon the waiter didn't even ask if everything was OK, I felt ignored and the restaurant was empty I paid £25 for a potato and that terrible salmon and coke, very expensive and not worth the price I won't come back again, terrible experience :(

We had a lovely family birthday meal the food was lovely and the service was even better!! Leon the waiter was amazing so friendly and went over and above for us to ensure we all had a fabulous experience. The staff were wonderful and created a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon!!

We've eaten here before albeit pre Covid19. It's a half way house to meet one of my old business friends, meaning we both have about a 1 hour 15 minute drive. My wife was with me too. The meals were terrible. They were served with cold fries on both the cheese burger meals, and on the chicken wrap meal. With hindsight we should have sent the whole three back immediately, but instead carried on eating the burgers and wrap until freshly made fries arrived. Not ideal really, but that's what we decided upon. We were never looking for a discounted meal, but instead only wanted what we would have considered to have been edible. They gave us 20% discount....big deal Frankie & Benny's, taking into consideration that our meals were totally spoilt. I decided to have a private word with the Duty Manager when we were about to leave. In many ways I was shell shocked, as the lady seemed to be quite dismissive in many ways. We will never ever visit another one of their restaurants. Bob, Retford, Nottinghamshire.

Monika was very pushy from the start with wanting to take the order meal was a disappointment onion rings were a disaster even the onion was crunchy couldn't wait to leave. Menu extremely limited. Lost the whole concept of the original ethos of the original owners.

Visited here on Wednesday Afternoon this week! This concept is very similar to TGI Fridays in that it is 20 years past it’s sell by date and just doesn’t cut it in 2023. Only stayed because we had arranged to meet others. The food was appalling!!! We will never ever visit one of these outlets again and certainly not this unit. The only thing they have going for them is the incredibly awesome service and politeness of Emily who served us. This young lady needs to go and work in an up to date establishment, she would be manager in no time. Don’t spend your hard earned money in this place, fortunately surrounded by lots of modern alternatives. Thanks for trying your best Emily!

Second time going for breakfast at Frankie and Bennys. We went the second time because our first experience was really good. We enjoyed the meal and staff were really good the first time. This time round it was quite the opposite. We ordered tea and coffee for drinks. The tea was extremely cold so was the coffee. Had to request another cup. My husband drank his coffee cold. The food - for value of money is poor. Taste is bland, presentation fair. I had two slices of bloomer toast that was served with butter/spread that had melted because it had been put on top of hot scrambled eggs. Somehow I was meant to spread melted butter on toast. In terms of staff totally different from the first time. The first time we went, you had staff that were helpful, friendly and listened to our requests.

Rating a 🌟 was painful enough as the site wouldn't allow me to continue. Service could have been better. Last time I was here, different team, it was grace. Today the staff on duty can't give a damn. They are chatting away, some on phones, not observant of customer needs. I'm here once a month for breakfast. This is the last time I set my foot in here. My food had water, evidence that the chef 👨‍🍳 wasn't bothered.

Ordered the spicy meats balls tagliatelle dish. Called the waiter across and asked how many meat balls were supposed be in this dish. He immediately replied "3". Considering the small size, I had to hunt in the oasta to find them. Just a bit larger than grapes in size. What a joke for £15, if they'd been golf ball size perhaps. Bittled beers crazy orice too. 330ml Budweiser £5.10, or American Shipyard 330ml £5.90. 😱. Needless to say we didnt partake of alcohol and had 2 mint teas at £2 each. Wont be visiting a F&B again.

Ordered max and cheese the most baddest zero flavour mac and cheese the I’ve ever had felt like there was not even salt in it and it’s meant to be alredy salty because there’s cheese defiently won’t be ever returning . If I could do zero stars I would

Within 2 minutes we were asked what we wanted to drink and we just asked for a couple more minutes. 10 minutes later we had to collar the waiter who seemed very disinterested in everyone in his section, to put the drink order in. Another 20 minutes to practically beg to put the food order in. the Waiter just kept avoiding our eye contact and sometimes looked right at me then walked past. A waitress eventually took pity on us. Once the food order was in it was pretty quick. Mozzarella sticks where cold however, but the meatballs were lovely in taste but they just weren't formed very well. they were crumbling to tiny bits as you touched them. We got a pepperoni pizza to share and a side of fries. I'm not stingy, I never have been and well known for my generosity but I was shocked by the side of fries. £4 for a tiny bowl with 20 small fries (We had to count them). When I say small, at least 3 of them were the small scrappy 1/2cm bedraggled bits. I asked the waitress if she had brought the wrong one out and she said no, that was the £4 side of fries and even she looked embarrassed. Are Frankie and Benny's particularly poor? I felt I ought to nip to Sainsburys and buy them a bag of 89p potatoes. That aside, I ordered the pizza to share but then had to ask for 2 plates. Because my knife and fork went back with the starter, I also asked for cutlery on 2 separate occasions and 2 separate people. This never materialised. The Pizza was nic though and hot. All in all, this experience has strengthened my desire to never frequent one of your restaurants again . We left a tip because we felt we has embarrassed your friendly waitress and felt sorry for her. That was the only reason. We left £52 lighter and very disgruntled. Reading other reviews after our experience, I can see that I'm not the only one shocked at your service, food quality and portion size of fries for the price. I mean 20P per scrappy chip? Truly shocking

Never usually complain but felt this afternoons first family meal out for a while was let down, 4 meals ordered 2 of which were made up of sides southern fried chicken strips (3 pieces each smaller than chicken selects at McDonald’s both of which were £6.90) and side chips one of them (£4) resembled about 8 chips and the loaded fries bbq brisket (£5.20) again small really for the cost but larger than the other so two hungry kids. My fiancés meal she said wasn’t very appealing she ordered the dirty dog and was safe to say looked and tasted terrible (£12.90). Then my meal I deceived to try out the frankies classic meatballs at (£13.90) so was expecting something filling and tasty, what I received was a medium portion of pasta a tablespoon of bolognese sauce added to it and 4 meatballs that were flat cold and bland. Safe to say we will not be returning - the last time we had breakfast there were no tea/coffee facilities it’s just an absolute joke now this place how it’s still open is beyond me we only decided to go there out of others because we have a fussy eater who doesn’t like things over seasoned well there certainly wasn’t much chance of that since everything was bland and cold.

I don't usually review places this mediocre, but having witnessed one of the waiting staff wipe his nose with his palm whilst he was stood talking to his colleagues in the middle of the restaurant, I thought that that is the kind of thing I would have liked to have been warned about before dining here. The blatant disregard for customers also showed in the way the staff stood in a group chatting, not observing the diners, and then when they did deign to serve, it was done with the absolute minimum effort. My food was yuck. The restaurant is yuck. Don't go.

Chicken burgers sounded great, turned up as 10mm thick soggy rubber boot soles, disgusting, sent both back as inedible, given the full bill with 20% off as a goodwill gesture!!!!!!! 20% off for food we wouldn't give to a dog, what an insult, last time EVER we come her.

Sat down inside and ordered our meal which was fish finger sub roll meal and the New York Chicken meal at 530 by 535 it was served at a luke warm temp. I questioned how a chicken breast could be freshly cooked in 5 minutes and was informed they are cooked earlier and kept warm in a ban marie. Staff were very polite and we were offered a 20% discount.On a side note the ladies toilet were disgusting and filthy to the point that I suggested my sister go elsewhere

We went out as a family we don't get out much and we rented ourself to a night out to eat and family time.. the food was awful I got lasagne and it seemed like it had been frozen it was tasteless and got nothing with it fries 3 pound extra my partner got steak it was tiny and blood running in all the fries made soggy and unable to eat. Our son got a mini steak he was full of fat and he was unable to eat this the coke drink was flat and we waited ages for our drinks had to ask 3 times for our drinks and no one came to get our order had to ask to order very poor customer service staff was no help at all definitely need trained staff in customer service.. also had to ask for sons ice cream and asked to pay the bill definitely will not be going again shocking visit and a waste of 50 pound as a family who don't get out often and had to budget to go it's like I lost the 50 pound would not recommend this store at all

Arrived in a weekday at 7.00pm. The restaurant was less than 50% full took 20 mins to be seated. Then took another 10 mins before a waiter came. When we came to order she then informed us that a key ingredient that was in probably 50% of the dishes on the menu (Brisket beef) was not available and that any dish with it in was off the menu. We promptly left. For a restaurant of this type of the prices they charge this is just unacceptable.

El restaurante estaba bastante tranquilo.Pedimos palomitas de maíz con camarones y bolas de masa para empezar. El camarón de palomitas de maíz era básicamente mini cigalas y mayonesa de ajo. Las bolas de masa fueron decepcionantes y no tan agradables como pizza express. La salsa de mantequilla de ajo era sosa y básicamente solo mantequilla.Para Main comí pescado y patatas fritas porque nada más me atraía del menú. El pescado estaba muy tierno y sabroso.Mi novio pidió la pizza italiana caliente que disfrutó. También pidió papas fritas cajún, pero quedó decepcionado con la calidad del queso. Era como queso en una lata.Compartimos una tarta de queso de Nueva York de postre, que estaba bien, pero nada mágico.

Nos sentamos en una mesa para 2 pero nos sentimos incómodos porque estaba al lado del paseo hasta el área de la cocina para todo el personal, y muy ocupados con el personal arriba y abajo todo el tiempo.La comida se ordenó rápidamente y llegó igual: comí lasaña, mi esposo comió una hamburguesa, ambos bien, pero la lasaña habría estado bien con más carne.Nuestra camarera fue muy agradable y atento.En general, estaba demasiado ocupado para nosotros en esta época de Covid 19 y no nos sentimos cómodos con el personal que no usa máscaras, etc.cuando no hay razón para que no lo hagan también: los clientes tienen que comer sin las suyas, pero el personal debe usarlas para tranquilizarse. ¡nos!

Service was bit slow even few people. Foods is bland as not flavour or tasty. Price is good thou as use 2 for 1 but the dessert is lovely and chewy

I was with my daughter in law and grandson I shall remark only on what I orderedthat being a chicken burger in a bun with sweet potato fries - the fries tasted just okthe chicken was dry and tough and tasted bland the lettuce wasn't at all fresh as for the bread bun it looked and tasted a few days old it was stale a long way off being fresh - the service was good and the gents toilets clean so generally for me a poor experience.

I've eaten here many times & generally good. My only real issue is I find the bench seats & booths uncomfortable & can agitate my back muscles but can get around this by sitting in the outside area on proper seats. Not today..... asked to be seated outside & told not possible as area closed - I have sat outside at same time previously. Shortly after, a customer with a walking frame made same request & was seated where I was refused! Do I need to be disabled to sit in requested seats? When the order came, the steak knife in the bun (stacked breakfast) had a broken handle - not very hygienic!Yes I did leave a tip as food & table service good maybe they were just suffering monday morning blues.

Came in with my daughter & her mum. We ordered food, mine came but I think I described one burger & gave the title of another. My server ‘Aaron’ offered to have another burger made up for me. The food was excellent & Aaron’s warming pleasant attitude talking to us while we were paying the bill, was great. He showed that even though hospitality can be taxing & strenuous, there are those that have great people skills & tenacity, to go that extra mile for customer service, that leave a great lasting impression. Without a doubt he’s an asset to the brand, his attitude was great. I would recommend Frankie & Bennies to friends across the board.

We visited today, food was fab as always, we took up the big space outside as we had a large group, Aaron our waiter was so accommodating, he got our sense of human and was attentive to our needs. We also enjoyed the managers generosity. ThankYou

The food was shocking. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza, the base was raw in the middle, no cheese except burnt orange cheese and burnt pizza dough on top. My wife had Salmon, this was burnt on top, the baked potato looked like it was just a potato with a skin cooked in a microwave. The cooks had no idea how to cook. We will never go to this resturant again. Avoid at all costs!

T staff are friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and the food is spot on every time and the variety of different choices is very good.

We came for lunch on the recommendation of my mum who was with us and I have to say we were not disappointed.They were really accommodating with my mum who is in a wheelchair and made her feel really welcome as they would with any other customer they asked us if we would require a table or booth and we opted for a booth The food we ordered off the lunch menu and I had the buttermilk chicken burger and my daughter had the bbq chicken wrap my mum also wanted the wrap but without the wrap as she doesn’t like them and they were more than happy to do this for her. The food was lovely and was enough for lunch while we were shopping.The young man who served us was very friendly and polite and couldn’t do more to help a credit to the business We will defiantly come here again and would highly recommend

Guau, peor desayuno completo inglés que he tenido. La señora y yo visitamos la rosa blanca temprano en la mañana, así que fuimos a desayunar antes de que abrieran las tiendas. Ambos pedimos desayunos ingleses completos. La comida llegó y todo lo que puedo describir es "beige". Salchichas frías pálidas, tocino como el cuero, una olla muy pequeña de frijoles, tostadas frías con mantequilla sólida, champiñones grises aparentemente hervidos, croquetas de cerdo grasosas y lo que sabía a morcilla frita. Los huevos fritos estaban bien. ¡El único artículo decente era el café! La señora solo pudo comer la mitad de la suya, se quejó y obtuvo un 50% de descuento, todavía se siente robada pagando 12 impares por el otro 50%. No volveremos.

6 de nosotros fuimos a una celebración familiar. El personal era bueno y atento, y los entrantes eran agradables y la velocidad del servicio era buena, pero los 4 filetes y 2 platos de pasta eran muy promedio en comparación con el servicio y los entrantes. Teníamos 2 por 1, muy contento de no haber pagado 17. 95 por los filetes y habría tenido que quejarme. En general, la visita estuvo bien, pero decepcionado por la calidad de los platos principales.

Servido por Husnu, el excelente servicio de él se aseguró de que estuviéramos bien, la comida era realmente buena, lo único que no me gustó fue que el entrante de pan de ajo con queso era ligeramente aceitoso. Otra cosa que decepcionó esta visita fue el otro personal que parecía que ni siquiera querían estar allí.

White Rose Center tiene muchos restaurantes, pero lo que sigue volviendo a F & B aquí es el fantástico servicio que recibimos de Aaron. Afortunadamente, en las pocas veces que hemos estado en los últimos meses, él ha estado trabajando y siempre hace todo lo posible para asegurarse de que la visita sea lo más agradable posible. La comida también es buena: -)

Aaron our server was ace. Full of energy very attentive and helpful. Food amazing. Much better than our last visit. Defo will be back.

Food and service were great, read that someone had to wait half an hour for the bill, but cannot imagine that happening. Food was excellent and amazing, quick service and atmosphere lead to a great dining experience. I had the bbq chicken wrap and it was delicious, and was cheap due to the lunch time menu, will definitely be dining here again

Service was very slow. The food was dreadful. The chicken was very very dry and tasteless. Been waiting half an hour to get the bill and still no joy.

We recently booked a table for 5 nine and ten year old boys and 7 adults for my sons 10th birthday. What fantastic service we received nothing was too much trouble we were not rushed at all and the food was excellent. The waiter in particular was amazing and made the whole evening go without a hitch.

We went to Frankie and Bennys for breakfast and it was the first time I had been there for it and it was delightful.There was a good quality menu and food was very good , it is also quite cheap compared to other breakfast places.

We visited while shopping at White Rose Shopping Centre. The service, Mmm, the staff are helpful but over stretched. We (a family of 5) were sat near the kitchen so could see when food was ready, our food was sat there the best part of 5 minutes before it was brought to the table. My daughters sweet potato fries were cold, stone cold, we had to send them back. The rest of the food was warm. it was an okay meal but nothing special. Dessert again was sat at the serving area at least 5 minutes before it was brought over. Okay, but I think you can get better value for money and better service elswhere

Have started coming here when shopping at The White Rose Centre with my teenage daughter. Always great service, even though the place always seems busy. Food always nice and although not cheap, it is reasonable priced.

Aron was amazing and I am super pleased with how he talked to me and my family! Would 10/10 reccomend this restaurant to family and friends.

The service is good the place has a good feel, but for me the food let's it down. 2nd time in a month at 2 different locations. 1st time didn't have what I ordered then what I did get which was breaded chicken was pretty tasteless. 2nd visit for breakfast, ordered smashed avocado bagels with poached eggs and smoked salmon. No bagels..no salmon..ended up with poached eggs burned bacon on brown toast. The avocado wasn't smashed it was still cubed mostly and the eggs were almost cold. 2 visits 2 bad experiences..unless something drastically changes I dont think I will be back.

Tevin was excellent. Very friendly. Food was amazing and arrived promptly. Very neat and tidy restaurant

Tevin was the best waiter i have experienced in 80 years of dining out. Probably hundreds of thousands of meals and Tev is numero uno.

My friend and I enjoyed a happy, leisurely lunch at Frankie and Benny's in the White Rose centre in Yorkshire today. We both ordered the Cajun chicken wrap, with fries and coleslaw, which was really tasty, and reasonably priced,also the staff were cheerful and efficient. We shall definitely return on our next visit to the White Rose. J Haigh

Met up with friends here for lunch, quite busy but didn't have to wait too long for a table. Good choice of menu and quick service.

F&B;'s is one of our regular choices when we dine at the White Rose and it has never disappointed. The new menu is much better with a really tasty new pizza (Pollo Peppadew). Prices are reasonable and the new pay online option cuts out some awkward waiting time when staff are busy.

Had a feast of a breakfast on Sunday morning! Order 2 full English, a kids pancakes and adults pancakes...delicious food, great service!

Visited for lunch whilst shopping. Was seated quickly & staff very polite. Food was fresh & tasty. Lasagne cooked perfect & cinnamon waffle was amazing. Will return when in the area.

Made this frankies our regular frankies after a few lovely trips with the family, we always try to catch lynne at the weekend as she is absolutely lovely and always makes us smile!! Thankyou guys :)

Had another great meal here. Always good fast service. Staff are really friendly and great with our little boy. We always seem to get the same server Aaron and he is always great, friendly and up for a laugh. We will definitely return

I don’t normally do reviews but today I make an exception ! It’s school holidays and my kids wanted to get lunch , my kids are older children but I had my three year old niece with me ! God how you forget what it is like with a small child . Our waiter was Aaron and what a breath of fresh air ! He was funny , helpful but most importantly amazing with the kids even though one is a teenager and it just wasn’t cool laughing and having fun for me most restaurants are the same for food and ours was lovely but in times of such chaos and uncertainty Aaron brightened my day and made me see that smiling and being friendly is all we need ! So thank you Aaron for everything during our visit and I wish you every success, the restaurant is very lucky to have staff like you ! X

I came here with my cousin and my little boy for lunch and we got seated and served so quick, the server Aaron was so lovely and friendly. He was really good with my son too. Food as usual was really nice and served really quick too, even though I was picky and wanted my pizza well done, Aaron had made sure it was. (We had discount) but even without the discount the price was really good. The atmosphere was lively. We had a really nice time.

My friend and I were shopping so we stopped impromptu for lunch.

Went here for breakfast whilst shopping at the White Rose, food was good, I wasn’t happy with my eggs but our server Aaron was great, he went and got me 2 more freshly cooked, superb service by a very pleasant young man

Called here as my nephew wanted a burger, we would have been better off at Mac Donald’s. He is burger was average, we has Lasagna this was microwaved with very rubbery pasta sheets. We also tried the fries with cheese and bacon, these had a very strange taste, as did the fries that came with the burger. The only saving grace was the waiter was lovely. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

We've eaten here several times when in need of a quick lunch but a visit on Valentine's day (for something quick, cheap and cheerful!) will be the last time. Pre-booked a table following an email with a valentine's offer of 2 courses plus free fizzy and box chocs.

We booked online to take out 4 children out for dinner at the white rose.

We called in after shopping at the White Rose, we were shown to our table very quickly and seated, drinks brought promptly by the waiter Aaron who was very polite, freindly and was very attentive through out our meal. The food we had Steak and chips and Cajun chicken wrap was very nice and hot. Thank you Aaron for your great service.

Came here with my partner and child, and we were seated quickly in the balcony area of the restaurant. But this is where the good service ended. We waited a good 20 minutes to have our orders taken, and my partner had to physically ask a waitress to take our order.

We stoped here for a quick bite to eat whilst shopping. It’s nothing special but the food was ok and the service was quick polite and reasonably priced. We had our grand daughter with us and they did not mind her eating fruit which we prepared earlier. We would call again whilst shopping if the need arose.

Surprisingly, Frankie and Benny' s seemed to have absolutely smashed it in regards to their vegan options following veganuary this year. Hopefully they will be staying on the menu. The "not dog" was really good. Came smothered in ketchup, available with vegan mayo to dip too!

Went here for special occasion, a birthday.

I previously attended here a couple of years ago and it was poor. Time goes by and so I thought I'd give it another go. Sadly, everything remains the same.
