Amazing food and brilliant customer service. The waitresses were lovely and I will definitely recommend and go again.

Shocking service - prioritised take away orders over sitting customers - sat watching as walk in takeaway orders were prepared before helping sitting patrons. After 1 hour wait approached the counter only to find out they had not even started our order. When I complained I was told "Good bye, go now". How shocking is that! I am a diabetic, had taken my insulin in reasonable expectation of being served within 30 minutes of ordering, but no ... coffee long gone cold and no apologies. We have been regular patrons since they opened - have referred so many people from the local area and RAF centre to go there. Well not anymore. Won't ever see us there again.

I wrnt here with my partner for dinner, the food was amazing, burger, pulled pork balls and chicken strips are out of this world, the chicken strips hmmm fresh as they come, only part that let it down was the chips they were little on the bland side,

Small restraunt, we hadn't booked but still got seated at the benches, this did not take away from the service, efficient and polite staff. Food was good, not the best burger ever had but nonetheless nice food. Korean bbq tasted more like brown sauce however, but the sallt and pepper chips delicious with good portion sizes and reasonably priced.

The food is great really good value and tasty. My only criticism would be the waiting it took 45 mins for the food to arrive. The staff are lovely too.

Amazing food, we have been wanting to go here for a long time but finally took the plug and will definitely be back, we ordered the bacon beef duck burger, the beef and pulled pork burger, mac and cheese balls and salt and pepper chips, each item was amazing

10/10 would recommend Great value and great food Good atmosphere and range of options Would recommend house chicken burger, fries and soft drink for £10 on lunch deal. Free local parking. Have been a couple of times and not had any faults

I know people just think, it’s just a burger but wow just wow, love this place food is A1 and the staff are brilliant, a tad expensive but it’s totally worth it.

Second time here and still really great food and service the Buffalo Chicken Strips are the best I’ve had will make an effort to come more often. This time just ordered a takeaway but was on time and still hot when I got home

This place was recommended to me by a work colleague and working in the area i took advantage of his advice. We went with expectations and were not disappointed we had the chicken burger and the bacon blue cheese burger, absolutely lovely ( one minor thing is maybe too much blue cheese) the staff are really nice and the whole experience was 5 star.

Stopped here for lunch whilst staying in the area after reading some excellent reviews. We were definitely not disappointed... Two of the best burgers that both my wife and I had ever eaten. We had the Chicken Tower and the Beef, Bacon and Duck burgers with parmesan truffle and duck fries. Both meals were cooked fresh, piping hot, tasted incredible and wife thought the duck was some of the best she'd ever had (and we reguarly frequent Chinese takeaways). Greats drinks selection too and I personally was very pleased to see Franc's serving Beavertown Neck Oil on tap (one of my favourites). We felt we got very good value for money considering the quality of the food and the portion size. If we hadn't have already booked brunch later over the weekend then we would have definitely returned and will do if we visit the area again!

Visited today at midday for bite to eat with in minutes of us arriving 12 midday it was full 20 plus people all local to area,, Food as always is bang on and I mean banging 👍👍👍👌

Suoerb food and very high quality ingredients. Amazing service too Ordered takeaway of a Francs House (Beef) burger with parmesan truffle fries for me and Chicken Tower burger with peri peri fries for my colleague, as we were at work we asked for a specific time for pick up. I arrived and the food was ready and i got some of the delicious rocky roads that they do for desert, the restaurant has a very relaxed and cool atmosphere which is nice. Took the food back to work. Everything was still hot, the beef “house” burger tasted amazing with the parmesan fries (warning the parmesan fries are a larger portion than the usual fries portion). My colleague enjoyed his chicken burger and in his words “will definitely be going back” You can tell the burgers are made with high quality ingredients and made with care and attention.

Visited this morning for brunch and will be going back again tomorrow as it was so good. Modern, stylish interior and a really warm greeting to begin. As we couldn’t decide what to get, my daughter and I shared 3 dishes - eggs benedict; beans (with an extra fried egg) on sourdough; and French brioche cinnamon toast. All were cooked and presented perfectly and we finished every bite. We’d previously thought we’d found the best cafe in Horncastle, but Francs was just that little bit better.

We had lunch here and it was amazing! The quality of the food was fantastic, the service was efficient and friendly. The restaurant was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. Will def go again.

Repeat visit doesn’t disappoint. Breakfast eat in dinner or takeaway. It’s always great. Really good selection of vegan and veggie foods also.

Food is amazing- about time someone shock up the norm for Horncastle and pushed it forward. Staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Went in on an off chance. Based my meal choice on experience in similar establishments. 1st mistake was to have a side as a starter 5 chicken tenders and I could have stopped, house burger and fries later I stood no chance. First class friendly service and great food, very very reasonably priced. I’m from Leicester working nearby and I’d certainly come back here. You local guys are so lucky and need to support this place

First time at Francs and we were not disappointed..the burgers were full of flavour and the choice was really good...the sides were very good, our fav being the chicken strips...a lot bigger than expected and no bones...really tasty..the hosin duck topped chips were great...drinks maybe a tad more expensive than expected but maybe the cost of living increase as with others...service was very good...all in all a lovely evening and will definitely be going back...

Always collected . Food has always been hot and fresh and i have strted to have to pre order as its so busy . Staff are great and well worth a go . Best burgers in lincolnshire

We went as a couple for an evening meal. It's informal, friendly staff with a classic burger joint vibe. The food is brilliant, there's a great selection and the pulled pork fries, in particular, we're awesome. We'll 100% go again
