Booked here for my friends Birthday 🎁 We took our dogs. The staff are very welcoming & friendly, great food, great service! Lovely atmosphere too. Clean & tastefully decorated. The lamb Sunday roast was absolutely delicious 😋. My friend enjoyed their Sausage Roast too ☺️

Lady behind the bar brilliant, so friendly. Our Sunday roast was beautifully cooked. Took my mum there for her birthday. We really enjoyed it. Definately going back. Great pub food and welcoming staff.

I live in the village and have been coming to the pub for nearly a decade. The quality of the ambience, food and welcome is very very good. Decent prices and you will not leave hungry, these are two important factors. The food is presented well and there are good options for carnivores and veggies. A strong recommendation from me 👍🏻

On a very wet and damp Tuesday night we went for my sisters birthday meal and wasn't disappointed. Turns out they serve traditional Sri Lankan curry on that particular night which was scrummy. Great service, great food and great value.....loved it.

The Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 curry evening was amazing 😊☺️ Nish and Chelsea are both very good at delivering such a delicious dish. The curry arrives with an array of mouth watering sides which only make you want to try this food again and again - well done to you at the Fox 🦊

Food was absolutely amazing, friendly staff, great little pub definitely going back very soon, we need to try the Sunday roast next time we go as lots of people say it’s amazing

Went here on a Tuesday evening which is the pubs ‘curry night’. Don’t get mixed up with other curry nights run by various establishments that usually use a jar of sauce - this is a truly authentic experience. The owner is Sri Lankan and offers a small selection of curries. On this occasion I went for the Sri Lankan chicken with chicken samosa to start. This was a real surprise as it was the best samosa I’d ever eaten. Homemade, crisp and full of flavour, accompanied by mango chutney and a hot sauce. The main curry was sublime. Tender chicken in a mild/medium sauce. On the side was rice, naan, poppadom, potatoes in a creamy mild sauce, grated coconut and beans. Everything home made and every element complimenting the dish. Starters were £4 and main £15. The service was excellent and drinks choice vast. The pub itself is extremely well presented and has a lovely atmosphere. A superb meal and look forward to returning soon.

The Tuesday curry evening on the 25th April was an amazing experience. Chicken curry with all the side dishes was authentic and delicious. We totally enjoyed the food and realised that if you want a really tasty curry, don’t try to cook at home go to The Fox 🦊 x

Been here several times for the curry nights and thought we try the Sunday lunch. The food was excellent and the service as always was polite and personal.

We visited this pub for the first time to try their Tuesday night curry. It was excellent - medium hot, very tasty, and with two mild but tasty vegetarian side dishes. All beautifully presented. The only slight downside is that the pub is completely open plan with the diners eating alongside the locals who are just drinking and socialising.

Fantastic food and service Been there a few times for Sri Lanka night and today took my sister and her husband for Sunday lunch, they'd traveled from Warwick! Amazing food and great service, well worth a visit, more importantly it's dog friendly!

Authentic Sri Lanka tasty curry. Choice of chicken or lamb, we ordered both. Arrived looking very appetising My chicken very tender and tasty as were the side dishes. Most enjoyable. Service efficient polite and friendly. Would def recommend. On holiday otherwise would return.

The new menu at the Fox 🦊 is very varied and such a great choice 😊 this evening we chose the’Hound Burger’ and ‘Carbonara’ 😇 cooked to perfection and superb, well done to Nish and his team 😉

I understand that a two hour wait for food is not the best, but in the government scheme with 50% off meals, you must cut any restaurant some slack as the kitchen staff and FOH staff are trying their very best to attend to every single customer with the same level of respect. All restaurants are having the same issue with food waits and drink waits because of the amount of people taking advantage of the scheme. Also running out of certain menu items is going to be common later in the evening as the meals are constantly being ordered and kitchen staff can only prep so much and keep it fresh at the start of the night.

We booked our table of 8 plus a high chair for 6:45. Arrived and no high chair (frustrating when lugging a baby in). We’re given a menu which included 4 mains. 2 were served with chips but they had had to be substituted with fries...

Booked a table for a family meal as it was 25th yesterday. Having seen the menu online we were looking forward to an enjoyable meal. On arriving we were given a menu which was drastically reduced, now I’m a chef working in the industry so I understand why the menu may be reduced but to only have 2 starters and 4 mains available was a real disappointment, especially as one of the main options wasn’t available.The starters arrived some 45 mins after ordering, garlic mushrooms and soup. The soup was tasty but the portions sizes very small. The mushrooms were inconsistent in portions and fairly average. For mains we opted for fish and chips and lasagne. We waited over an hour for our mains after the starters were cleared and what we were served was inedible. The fish was served with fries ( sold out of chips) and swimming in grease and the lasagne was a stodgy slab of what looked like tinned tomatoes, with a tiny peace of garlic bread.I don’t like writing reviews like this and it could of easily been avoided had we received an apology. We left hungry and frustrated with a family birthday ruined.

Oh dear, what can I say other than so disappointing.We waited 2 hours for our food! Yes 2 hours and when it arrived, it wasn’t exactly quality or as described. I had gammon pie which had plenty of meat but the puff pastry top was burnt on one corner. It was supposed to come with chunky chips but came with skinny fries and that was it; no veg, not even a bit of garnish.Hubby had hunters chicken. The bacon was greasy and covered in black bits.Both us us were ravenous by this time and ate up but not quality food by any stretch of the imagination.The serving staff were lovely if a little slow. I’m not sure if it was regulations but drinks were served on a wobbly tray. It would have been much easier for them to just carry the drinks to the table given that they’d already had to touch the glasses to pour the drinks.Apparently it was a new chef’s first night but at no point did the manager apologise or try to engage with the multiple tables left waiting.Bearing in mind that tables were booked in advance, there would have been an accurate estimation of how many covers to expect.I thought we’d put money back to a local business but it will be a while before we will venture back. The Manager’s inability to talk to us is inexcusable.2 hours is not acceptable and a free drink, which was prompted by a neighbouring table, not offered, is insufficient. It wouldn’t have been quite as bad if the food had been worth the wait. It is purely the decor of the pub and the sweetness of the young staff that earned this a two.

This was our first dinner out since lock down and what an amazing experience - all safety in place and wonderful food 🥘 just perfect 😉

Once again we return for dinner....this time its grill night. Tom did me an amazing surf and turf...... the steak was perfectly cooked for me. Perfectly seasoned, delicious chips and a great portion of food. Very happy that this is our local

Stunning find the burger was delicious very tasty! Chips was crisp and all home made. Great chef and front of house. Would recommend to friends 5stars.

Went here with 7 others with some intrepidation as we were aware of new owners and not sure what food would be on offer. We needed not worry as the place was perfect! The menu had a goo variety but not too many dishes and obviously used local butchers and produce which was great to see. There was also a good range of drink on offer. The food tasted fantastic. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection. The Grimsby fish looked superb and also received compliments from others in our group. Looking forward to a return visit very soon!

We visited this establishment having seen previous reviews. We were disappointed in the fact that the "home made fish cake" lacked substance and flavour, it could have been improved with the addition of mashed potato and a tasty fish sauce. My mothers sausages were overcooked and burnt on the bottom. Otherwise the atmosphere was good with excellent service at reasonable prices.

Just had Sunday lunch at the Fox and Hounds. A good choice of traditional roasts with all the trimmings plus the main menu if you prefer. Excellent food, good value and friendly service. Wiill visit again.

Went for lunch and found the interior has been gutted and modernised, but with the furniture still having the 1950's 60's feel about it. The Fox & Hounds building is the old village pub on the outside but inside the old furniture, bar and a couple of intenral walls have been removed. The bar has been moved and turned through 90 degrees. That said it has a really welcoming feel about it and staff are very welcoming.Food was excellent and very good value. I have posted the full menu in the photographs. Lunch is only served Wednesday to Sunday, dinner is available Monday & Tuesday.There is a car park at the rear of the pub with a rear entrance to the building. Only downside MTV blarring away over speaker system - would benefit from a 100% reduction in sound level - especially when only 3 people in there.

What a wonderful village pub that serves excellent food!! Thank you so much Andrea and your dedicated team at the Fox and hound In Reepham for hosting the most wonderful wedding breakfast for my father and his new wife! The welcoming drinks were fabulous and plentiful and the food as always was delicious, I know everyone enjoyed it as every plate went back empty ( I know this, as the organiser of the 'do' I was watching everything making sure everyone was happy, and empty plates said it all to me!) the evening buffet had great options and went down well!!Your attention to detail in setting the table with our decorations and your warm hosting skills were above and beyond our expectations!!Your friendly regulars and locals just added to our wonderful day We hope you enjoyed it as we know we did!!! I would highly recommend Andrea and her team at the Fox and hound to provide your family and friends a wonderful intimate celebration or to just book in for one of their wonderful meals, we have and will continue to do so x

Had sunday lunch and very very impressed. Both quality and quantity could not be questioned. Friendly staff, not keen on the Tvs being on in background but that is a personal observation. Wasn't very busy but it is gaining a good reputation locally and better than most other in and around Lincoln.

We visited today for a family lunch to celebrate Mothers day. I pre booked our table as we were a party of 10 adults, a highchair and a pram. On arrival we received a warm welcome from one of the owners and were shown to our table, highchair remembered and plenty of space for our party and the pram! All of my party except one ordered the roast dinner and one ordered steak. There was quite a wait for our food, but the pub was full and we were a big party so it wasnt unexpected and the waiting staff checked whether any further drinks were wanted. Our food was absolutely delicious, we have a variety of the different meat options between us and everyone enjoyed what they had, but the beef in particular was fantastic! Plenty of vegetables came out to accompany the meal also, I often find places a bit stingy with the bowl of veg, but there was plenty for us. We were also brought 3 jugs of gravy when we requested extra. Most of us had dessert, all of which were very tasty, the crumble in particular was a hit!I also would like to mention that I breastfed my baby twice during our visit and was made the feel very comfortable by your waiting staff. Typically my son was feeding when the drinks arrived and when the table was being cleared and during this time your waitresses happily chatted with me and never made me feel uncomfortable or awkward, so a big thank you from me!Overall the food was delicious, the staff were friendly, the setting was lovely and the service was very efficient. We will definitely visit again!

Nice little pub, has a roaring fire in the winter months. Does have live music occasionally. Food ok but not a huge selection. Fish and chips on a Friday night is good though

Came here with my parents and Fiancé for a meal and drinks and was very well looked after. Staff made us feel very welcome and almost instantly we soaked up the warming atmosphere. The decor is modern and distinguished I could easily relax in here for hours. Food was of high quality, my veggie burger was homemade and the chips were exceptional. My Dad said his beef burger was the best he's had which is saying alot from him. Sadly the girl's prawn linguine had 4 prawns in it which was disappointing for the price. We were all impressed with the Beer been real ale and craft drinkers. My parents demanded we return on their next visit despite the prawn setback, thanks for the lovely time you made our night.

Amazing food amazing staff and management andrea is just fabulous. The food and service is brilliant and very reasonably priced. Lovely friendly atmosphere too. I highly recommend going.

Decided to try the Fox & Hounds as my son lives locally and had heard good reports. We certainly weren’t disappointed. Very good menu choices particularly for me as there were a lot of gluten free options. I decided on the handmade burger without the bun and I was delighted to be given an alternative topping rather than the naked burger look. My dining partners had the minted lamb pie and surf & turf and all were very impressed. All food was freshly cooked to order. We also had desserts which were excellent. The Eton Mess was recommended and although we didn’t choose this our host gave us a sample to try. It was beautiful and creamy. All in all a good night even though the host was on his own running the bar due to staff illness. We didn’t mind waiting though and we were given complimentary drinks after the meal. Very friendly atmosphere and will definitely return again soon

Excellent food and staff. And loving the fact that the Fox and Hounds are now doing a lunch time menu, just so convenient for a snack or 3 course meal whichever takes your fancy. I had a ham salad sandwich snack with lovely chips and hubby had 2 courses so we were both happy, and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely as always. Cannot recommend enough.

First visit to this pub & it was a little disappointing interior wise. The tables & chairs were trying to be a retro cafe but the pub is a rural village pub.Nevertheless I ordered homemade lamb & mint pie. It wasn’t well presented & the pie was plonked on the plate in a wonky manner but it was very tasty, well seasoned & I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had panacotta for desert with a white chocolate flapjack. Again very tasty. Reasonable price & good service from friendly staff. Will probably visit again.

Recommended so it would be rude not oblige and glad we did. It’s a bit quirky for a village pub as in it has a diner/cafe feel with really nice Straopramen. However, this has no bearing on the great food and drinks and very friendly efficient staff. I had the burger which was thoroughly enjoyable accompanied by exceptionally good onion rings . Definitely one to visit for top snap at sensible pricing, we will certainly be back for more.

I visited with a group of girl friends on the pubs Burger Night. Food was all great and v tasty and service was attentive and professional (well-done Nigel!). V reasonable price and will def b going again!

I booked this restaurant for my family of 7. Not being from Lincoln I purely went of the reviews already given. To our pleasant suprise the fox and hounds was amazing. Clean and tidy and the staff were very pleasant and always available to assist. The waitress was fantastic and the landlady was polite and also very pleasent. The food was out of this world. We had Sunday lunch and gammon and also fish and chips. Every main meal including the starters were fantastic. To top it all off we ordered ice cream and we have a sort of connoisseur of ice cream who said the mint and vanilla was the best he had ever tasted. Overall 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend the fox and hounds. The price was also fantastic value for money.

We’ve just attended as a family of seven and enjoyed the whole experience. For starters we had the garlic bread, prawn cocktail and garlic mushrooms. They couldn’t have been better. For mains everyone had beef dinner bar two of us who had the fish and chips, chicken dinner. The presentation was first class, everything cooked to perfection and table etiquette was top notch. To finish we had the panecotta, apple crumble and best of all was my mint choc chip/vanilla ice crea. Might not sound anything special but let me tell you, I’ve had ice cream from everywhere. From the van to top class restaurants but this place is exquisite!!!! I would 1000000% just go back for the ice cream, never mind the first class service we received and meals we had. I urge everyone in the area or visiting to go and experience it, you will not be disappointed

My husband and I visited on Sunday and was welcomed by lovely young lady serving at the bar, had roast beef and roast turkey and all the trimmings, really delicious, Nigel the Landlord took time out to welcome and chat to us, will be returning.

Had lunch Sunday Lunch, food excellent, very well looked after by Nigel and team, really nice atmosphere. Pub spotless,service bang on time, no feeling of rushed and generally a really nice experience and excellent value for money. Nothing but praise.

This establishment had won an award only a week or 2 before our visit so was exspecting great things. I had been here once previously and the food was sensational. This time we took along several friends based on what we told them they were very much looking forward to it.To all our horror the utter piles of slob they bought out was horrendous beyond words. The batter on the fish was soggy, flat with black bits on it (it wasn’t pepper or spice) the peas were stone cold and each person has a maximum of 6 cold chips and any side orders didn’t make an appearance as the kitchen had ran out of items ordered!! Some guests were told AFTER they ordered that this wasn’t available or that was available!!The short of it is that out of 8 meals served, 5 were sent back and no alternative was offered as there was nothing to cook apparently. The landlord stood at the bar arms folded and didn’t even have the decency to offer a free meal return or anything!! In fact we weren’t even acknowledged as we left at all. Disgusting experience to say the least. Certainly won’t ever return.

A table of 8 of us booked in for 7pm on quiz night Order was finally taken just before 8 although the 2 of us wanting to order Gammon were disappointed as they had run out. Food finally arrived after a lengthy wait only to be told they could not provide the side orders of chips as they had ran out. Those who had chips included in their meals had 6 chips each! The rare steak was well done....Batter on fish was soggy and practically non existent on the onion rings and what bit there was was swimming in oil. Risotto was so salty a pint of lager was needed to wash it down, lamb pie had 4 tiny pieces of lamb in it but plenty of potato! Probably the missing potato for the chips.Needless to say we won’t be eating here again.

Our meal was booked for 7pm for 6 people, having sat waiting for 30 minutes, a waiter came up & said they were busy & would return to take our order in 5-10 mins, 30 mins came & went when the landlady came over & said they had forgotten about us & she would send someone over. They had run out of 4 items off the menu that we requested, no-one advised us that this was the case before we ordered so more time wasted while further choices were made. We eventually got our starters @ 8.35pm. These were nice.Our mains were OK, the Chef's Chicken & Chorizo Linguini was nice but the portions could have been a little bigger, I don't have a large appetite but I was still hungry after this. The rack of ribs were good but no hand wipes were provided! No complaints about the Lamb Pie or Steak they were also good, again not the biggest of portions.One thing I would mention is it is not good etiquette to clear the table until everyone has finished eating, one waiter came over & started collecting plates from those that had finished while others were still eating.There were only 4 choices of pudding,we had:- Chocolate Tart - Ice cream requested with this but was not delivered & no explanation why.Warm Chocolate Brownie which was warm on the outside & cold in the middle ,Raspberry & White Cheesecake, nice but all of which would have been better with some cream as they were all a little dry.This pub was nice but with some very loud clientele, a group of which got louder & louder with each round of drinks, so much so that we could not hear each other speak. Having read previous reviews of this place we were expecting great service & food but we were disappointed with both.On the plus side they do sell Hiver Beer!

We often pop into the Fox for a nice glass of wine as we are just down the road. Daughter decided she was going to take me for Grill night on Wednesday as it was my birthday. We know Grill night is excellent value and always good. We both had mixed grill and a bottle of wine added for £30.00, but the staff made it special with a birthday card which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend and not just on Grill night. Always helpful and pleasant staff and lovely food in nice surroundings.

Popped in for tea and stumbled on grill night. Had a mixed grill each and it was fantastic - steak cooked perfect just as requested. Chips were delicious and tasty. All in all £20 well spent. We will definitely be returning for food. Also has to be said that it is a great place for a drink

If you ever want an excellent Sunday lunch in a great venue with superb beers then the Fox & Hounds Reepham is the place to go to. Great value & fantastic food. Andrea & Nigel are great hosts. Well worth a visit

Went here with my wife on a Wednesday night which is steak night. In fact I’d call it grill night as I had a mixed grill and my wife had a steak. With a bottle of wine it game to £30. The food was superb. The steak cooked to perfection and all well presented. The portion sizes were spot on and the atmosphere and us surroundings were perfect. A great village pub with so much to offer. We’ll definitely be returning.

We visited on a Monday evening and were immediately struck by how impressive the place looks since it’s recent makeover, it is modern, clean and fresh. A friendly welcome from the excellent staff was followed by a really nice meal, Monday is burger night but the full menu is also available to choose from. Keen to experience all courses my dining partner and I chose to share the garlic mushroom starter, it arrived promptly and beautifully presented, tasted delicious and at this point we were certain we’d made a wise choice visiting. For mains I chose a burger with all the trimmings from the Monday specials and my partner opted for Mrs G’s Chicken, a succulent panko breadcrumb coated breast. I must mention the chips - they are the real deal! No oven ready chips here!Pretty stuffed at this point but keen to try the puddings we again opted to share, this time it was chocolate tart. The truth is I didn’t get much of it myself as my dining partner is something of a chocoholic but I did sample enough to be able to highly recommend it.Get yourself along to the Fox & Hounds, it’s pub grub done really well, the staff are great, the place is great, what’s not to love!

Visited the Fox and Hounds yesterday for Sunday lunch.What a very pleasant surprise.First time here since its much awaited revamp.Sunday lunch was perfect. The starters were amazing especially the garlic mushrooms. The roast beef was beautifully cooked and tasty. Home made yorkshire puddings delightful, not cheap mass produced tasteless excuses. Seasonal vegetables were complimentary the beef.Well worth a visit!

Booked a table for 9 a couple of weeks in advance. When we arrived the table was prepared & reserved for us. The young, lovely waitress collected our drinks orders with a cheery smile & banter, making us feel right at home immediately. One linguine, One rack of ribs, three Spanish Chicken risottos & four fish & chips ordered and served in good time, all hot. The chips were authentic- none of this reconstituted mush, and twice cooked. The fish was large and tender. The Spanish Chicken aromatic and not over-large. The risotto was delicious, really mouth watering. Ideally the portion could have been a little larger, so if you're a big eater you may wish to consider a side dish. The prawn and pesto linguine was excellent, and I've rarely seen such a rack of ribs.The dessert menu was somewhat limited, but the chocolate torte with ice cream (£1 extra) was delicious.Good beer, really reasonable wine prices (£13.95 for a tasty Pinot Grigio) and a range of gins available.Overall we spent £30 per head, there were nine clean plates and we all had sufficient to eat. The young waitress was a star, as she took our good humoured banter really well. The owner and chef were easy to chat to, giving us a little of the history, which we already knew, as we live locally. Under its previous guise you didn't need to ask for the loos, you (literally) followed your nose. The facilities now are excellent. All in all a very pleasurable evening! We'll definitely be going again!

We were so impressed with the food. They have the best burger I have tasted in the U.K. The Sunday lunch is fantastic. The friendly service makes you feel welcomed.

FANTASTIC HOSPITALITY FROM NEW LANDLORDS Andrea Buchanan and Nigel Clare...What a public house!!! Modern interior with traditional features, small, quaint and homely with a family friendly atmosphere!!! The menus are fantastic with Grill, Burger and Fish nights and many more and dont get us going about the deserts AMAZING. Compliments to the professional and friendly staff and alongside a talented chef...we were NOT dissapointed at all and will definatley be coming back!!!!! 5 stars!!!!!! A small quaint pub in Reepham with a massive potential thanks to the new landlords . Thankyou

lunch here was excellent, would recommend here for lunch or dinner. Decor is really good. well worth a visit.

We stopped at The Fox and Hounds today for lunch with the family. The welcome is warm, menu is varied, the food was delicious and the service very good. We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon

Organised surprise ruby meal for 23 people. Menu is vast. Service was exceptional. Food was much more than pub food it's amazing! Really great little pub and decorated beautifully. Not your ordinary village pub. Great with kids too which helped as we had 8 with us! Thank you to all of the team. We will of course be back very soon.

I took my wife to this lovely pub on Thursday 26 July 2018,had a brilliant steak meal, they also had a very good selection of drinks, it is a very friendly pub and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, and for a bonus there was a brilliant singer called lance gold performing there until 23.00,we will definitely will be going there again, thanks again to the wonderful staff

Had booked here some time ago for an evening to see Lance Gold - Motown performer - with our son and daughter-in-law, as we’ve seen him before locally at Mach. Excellent show!Really good food, and we’ve had a wonderful night - understand it’s under very new management and we wish them all the best for the future. Service was 5* and excellent atmosphere..... we shall be back

Beef was uneatable full of gristle, the palest roast tates I have ever seen, not worth the money,have not been back for months I understand it is now under new ownership so I will give it another go,

Just enjoyed a fabulous lunch here. The food is awesome and the staff are very attentive especially Harvey who looked after all our needs. Definitely will be returning.

My hubby & myself had a excellent meal on 13th June 2018, hubby had a mix grill & i had a 10oz gammon but swopped the chips for a gorgeous salad. Nothing was to much trouble for the excellent staff. Can not recommend The Fox & The Hound enough to people, the excellent food & friendly atmosphere

Popped into this traditional village pub for Sunday lunch. With my wife being a vegetarian they were able to accommodate us perfectly. Great food, great value and above all superb staff.

Called in for Sunday lunch on passing through village pleasant surrounding and very nice roast beef and roast pork diners very pleasant young waitress,one small observation plenty tables vacant but where reserved but not a reserve sign on so slight confusion on where you could sit would return no problem.

amazing home cooked fresh food and i am a chef my self very tastey harvey and nick who served us at the bar was very hospitable freindly and helpfull definatly would recomend this to anyone who enjoys good fresh food at a high standard and not expensive either given the high quality of the food absolutely excellent !!!!!

Last minute decision to eat here, what an upto date trendy, fabulous place, decor is really nice, Food- what can I say, lovely service didn’t have to wait to long but they weren’t very busy, yeah the food was good but I’d suggest using separate batter when cooking fish and other food, our onion rings were obviously battered in the same batter as was the fish! Couldn’t eat them, the chips were ok but slightly hard on the inside and over cooked on the outside, this was my personal opinion, anyway service was ok and food was ok

Really enjoy the food here and they offer a great selection of cocktails. The staff are very attentive and the interior is beautifully cosy.

The fox and hounds is a little gem of a bar/restaurant in Reepham. Having visited a few times now I've finally caught up to right a review. I had the special which was baked halibut and risotto which was well cooked and presented. We also had ribs and fish and chips. A great evening with a good selection of beers and wine

We had Sunday lunch last week, it was absolutely delicious!!! The red cabbage was amazing... followed by a nice glass of prosseco by the fire. The staff were really friendly too!
