Ubicación: en el Four Seasons de Kioto Ambiente: la fusión moderna no totalmente como una brasserie excepto la mantelería de color rojo. Está abierto al salón con vistas a un jardín japonés de 100 años. Y tiene una chimenea. Host: agradable y servicial. Servicio: genial a pesar de un poco de barrera del idioma. Comida: el menú tiene platos franceses con una sección japonesa. Probé el platos franceses, eran todos deliciosos; incluyendo, la ensalada, el queso burrata, La trufa de pasta, y postre. Su cheesecake especial es un deber, es suaves, ligeros y llenos de sabor. Precio: Caro

Muy impresionado con el desayuno y la cena en este limpio, bien con personal agradable y sonriente asistentes que no podía hacer lo suficiente. La cena elegí el negro pud, rosti y los huevos escalfados, perfectamente bien me preparaba para quizás el más sabroso pechuga de pato que he comido. Un poco raro que mantienen cocinado el sabor era suculento y definen perfectamente, chef bien hecho. Madagascar Vainilla fue la Pud (hay algo más) cheesecake, bonito, pero nada a destacar. Sin embargo, el pato no es para mí, una comida excepcional, creo que llegó a unos £26 para los tres campos que no parece mala para mí. El desayuno era magnífico, muy bien preparada y distribuida, que no paraba de edades ya que encontrar en algunos lugares, la comida también fue presentada en los bandejas calientes, dispuestas con cuidado y lo que hicieron la diferencia, de nuevo, los chefs bien hecha y el equipo que los respalda,,,,

La comida era buena, pero tardó 50 minutos antes de que nos sirvieron y más de una hora para conseguir entradas y luego otros 45 minutos para conseguir platos principales. Estábamos paciente pero era un ridículo esperar!! Nos dieron ninguna explicación y otros comensales estaban teniendo la misma experiencia. No volvería otra vez

Nos llamó para hacer una reserva en el restaurante y nos dijeron que no necesitamos hacer una reserva porque el restaurante no estaba lleno, simplemente para venir cuando estamos listos. Así que en aproximadamente 7,50 h llegamos al restaurante, estábamos sentados, nos dieron tres menús y me dijeron que iban a traer otra como éramos cuatro. El otro menú no llega. Luego nos sentamos durante 30 minutos y fue totalmente ignorado por todos los miembros del personal del restaurante!!! Así que nos fuimos y nos fuimos a un pub chispas en su lugar el servicio era fantástico. Absolutamente mediocre, no cabe duda de que no recomendaría el restaurante - aparte de eso el hotel pasó a la perfección.

El servicio era bueno, tenía bistec de solomillo (muy bien preparado y una buena pieza de carne) no muchos chips, Apple y cinammon desierto era muy agradable.Mi única crítica es que parecía que está escondido en una esquina de la recepción que was cordoned off con pantallas y no parecía un restaurante propio, pero en general, la experiencia no estuvo mal.

We met here for a business meeting pre-meet, over a quick spot of lunch. The staff were rude and surly, don't get me wrong I like "Yorkshire charm" - but these were people who don't know what customer services is.Our coffees took ages to come, were lukewarm at best when they did, and were £3.75!The food we ordered came at sporadic intervals, with mine arriving 10 minutes after everyone else's, so I had to wolf it down in the little time we had left.One of the managers was just as bad as the staff, thinking it's ok to be curt with me, again clearly never been on a customer service course but more importantly setting a VERY bad example to her staff. How are they expected to be good when the supervisor/manager was so bad....Hotels like this annoy me, giving consistently bad service and thinking thats ok. Seriously, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!

Absolutely Appalling Customer Service – I Wish I Could Give Zero Stars! My experience with this establishment was nothing short of horrible. I called in to place an order for a panini and spoke to a woman who assured me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I specifically told her I was in a rush, and she confidently told me to come by as it would be ready. When I arrived, I informed her I was there for my phone order, only to be met with complete confusion. She nonchalantly told me there was no phone order placed. When I asked her why, she admitted she didn’t know but made no effort to apologize or acknowledge their mistake. Instead, she casually said, "I'll make it if you wait." Wait?! The whole reason I called ahead was because I was in a rush, and I had already paid for the order thinking it would be ready. The lack of professionalism didn’t end there. I called to make a complaint, and the man who answered the phone hung up on me. When I called back and asked for his name, he rudely told me, "You don’t need to know my name," and left the phone on without addressing my issue. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. There was no accountability, no apology, and a blatant disregard for basic professionalism. I would never recommend this place to anyone – avoid it at all cost!!

I was there with my family and unfortunately we weren't well looked after by the floor manager! We'd been there once before and it was totally different, everything was fine... we went in, asked for the menu and he said there are no physical menus, but the menu was there for us to see! We ordered desserts, they took too long and it came wrong, they didn't put cutlery or napkins on the table, and the floor manager was on his mobile phone the whole time! Then two young girls arrived and he acted professionally, put everything on the table and smiled at them while me, my wife and my daughters experienced terrible service.

Welcoming staff, friendly helpful and attentive. Comfortable warm and festive surroundings. Lovely variety if food especially vegetarian. Clean and fresh facilities although downstairs (accessibility) Not rushed and enjoyed a relaxing family time.

Ordered cake custard from here once via UberEats who told me to contact the restaurant as there was blonde hair in the order. As soon as i opened up the box you could see it.

Really tasty crepes and amazing 5* customer service. The smoothies are also really good. Highly recommended
