I ordered the hot dog with blue cheese and grated cheese and it came with none of these which was a shame as the rest of the hot dog was lovely , my partner had a doner wrap but the cabbage on it was pickled out of a jar which was way too vinegary and he could not eat it , very disappointed

The kebab tasted like it was reheated from the day before. So i won't be having that again. The burgers are good but not the pizzas. Also the deliveries say over an hour then turn up in 20 mins which they think is good but it's frustrating when you think you have time to nip to the shop or if your ordering on your way home or your making a phone call etc.

Really nice staff! There was an issue with ice cream before and the owner came over on a different day and gave me new ice cream at no extra cost. The food is absolutely Devine! Me and my partner LOVE the burgers and the hotdogs! Really good food and worth every penny!

I now see why there’s 40% off, I’ll be sticking to caprinos for pizza.

Its great value and good quality delicious food you get plenty, I love the chicken wrap and the burger it's lovely and it fills you up, much more then a few other places of fast food restaurants that il not mention. always go here, when I need something quick for a nice end of week treat. Had proper burger when they first Started and loved the burgers, But the food I've just had delivered is nothing but shocking. Dry bun, cheap dry burger and some questionable lettuce. This is what we left because we coulsnt eat it., 4 burgers, and chips for £65 quid. The milkshake was a fiver and is smaller than a tin of coke and not even full. Never again.

Sorry but very cheap burger meat, cheap "blue cheese" sauce (tastes almost vinegary, no actual blue cheese at all) cheap bun as well, not even on a glazed bun, more like a home BBQ burger bun. This was at most a £3 burger, not £7. Get some quality, stop ripping people off. Lower the price for thos low quality burger or keep same price and improve quality.

We have started ordering from this chain and everytime it is always spot, foods always hot and ready to eat, highly recommend ordering here :)

Great choice of burgers from the menu and quality always good. Would like to be able to choose chicken or veggie as a buger option online rather na only having limited choice. Sometime order one of the beef selections and have to ask for chicken as alternative so can't order online.

Everything was fine except for the fact that I ordered Ben and Jerry’s ice cream x3 to find one of them had already been opened and had half of it missing. I am fuming!!

No updates no call no text nothing, as you can’t track from here then somehow someways give updates if late , from accidents to school traffic ect give updates even if it’s just texts .

Chips were a bit soggy and barely any flavour. The one thing I like about this place is the seasoning on the chips but there was next to none. Also the spicy chicken strips have no spice to them whatsoever...just normal chicken strips.

Disappointing. Used to be amazing. Food was cold on arrival and took an hour and a quarter to get delivered on a Sunday night. Onion rings missing from inside my wrap. Gone downhill from what it used to be - needs to do better.

45 minutes late and a burger was missing? Called the restaurant who said they’d call the delivery driver and then call us back but they never did.

I’m not impressed at the fact that a main item was missing from our order but you wouldn’t deliver it even though it was your error. We have ordered repeatedly from you but you haven’t shown us any regard. Disappointing service.

Ordered a burger as I thought it would be of good quality. Nothing but what tasted like a sub standard frozen burger. Much better going somewhere like sergios in Langley mill

I order often from here and is always on time or before so appreciate that they were busy and driver apologised for this. My burger was over done and came with the wrong cheese ( blue cheese) which I don’t like which was disappointing but again usually spot on so being busy must of affected this

This home made burger is by far the best in at least 5-10 mile radius, I’ve not tasted anything like it since being in San Francisco a month ago. Top marks, highly recommend this outlet. 😋 👍🏻 Just a shame I’m only passing through Ilkeston today 🙄 will definitely make the trip when burger cravings are upon me again!!

Think this might be my favourite take away. We order from here quite a lot. The salad is always really fresh and the lettuce is always crispy, not soggy. They forgot our milkshakes once and we had already paid. It was nearly closed so really didn't think they would bring them but they did. Can't complain at the service at all, they are lovely. It sometimes takes a while but never really over an hour and it's well worth it in my opinion. Love it 🙂 just wish they did halloumi

It was cold, they didn't put on what we ordered on the burger. And the cobs was hard. The wedges burnt.

I am veeeeery picky on my burgers , but, I have to say that , the 30 oz burger is awesome , only complaint is the mayo but other than that , I will order again

45 minutes late. Food cold soggy and inedible. "The Proper Handmade" title is a joke, it's frozen burgers and double cooked dry chicken. Rollover hotdogs are better than what was served and the driver had more excuses without even being asked (obviously knows how poor the food he's delivering is)... It's a shame I can't leave no stars because one is over generous, abysmal communication (phone not answered). Very disappointed!

My partner introduced me to the hotdogs at this place . Amazing 🤩 Tried the pizza and garlic bread for the first time a couple of weeks ago and for whoever has been missing panda pizza, this is the place to go!! So tasty. Always a good service and friendly staff.
