Absolutely rubbish 10.10 fir a breakfast and hot drink .crap produce tasteless. Bread the thickness of a sheet of paper and ran out of butter and was told there 15p each .morrisons far better

Poor service Poor quality of food Tables dirty Can’t believe how disrespectful the staff are… ignorant & down right rude. No please no thank you.. no communication were things are to proceed to self serve.. Toasted tea cake & cup of tea. Tea cake was cheaply made no flavour… cold butter rock solid.. tea in a cup made for a child also cold. Area to make drinks messy … no milk available… Tables dirty … floor wet & dirty no signs out for wet floor. I work in the community & frequent cafes to keep hydrated take a breather from my hectic job.. safe to say I will not be going back to Asda Long Eaton … safe to say I didn’t eat my tea cake nor finish the tea…

With out doubt the worse breakfast I ever had misfortune to try to eat.I would of expected It to be edible being a Asda but vile cold beans , hard eggs, and the bacon well Was it bacon ?? .

This is only a small cafe, makes me wonder why its actually there as its quite cramped and awkard. The staff were okay, polite enough and did their job well, the only thing I can say is that they seem to spend more time in the back areas than watching for customers. The food is quite cheap so I guess you can't complain too much.

I Called in for a breakfast while working in the area.I went for the full English for five quid. I have to say that it was extremely poor. 2 sausages were vile and inedible. If there was any meat in them god only knows what it was. The eggs were undercooked, the tinned tomatoes disgusting. Added to this was a piece of fried bread which was rock hard and stone cold. The bacon and beans were ok. The only decent supermarket breakfast I have found is Morrisons which I will be using in future. Will definitely not be rushing back here!

Appalling service. At the self-serve hot drinks dispenser the milk ran out. I was left with a partially filled mug of insipid coffee. The assistant quickly filled up the milk container but refused to give me a clean mug When I pointed out that the dispenser would overfill my mug, I was told to just pour the original drink in the ‘slops tray’. Tables not clean. All staff I spoke to were not helpful and smiles were lacking

This is without a doubt the worst breakfast I have had in such a long time. Was waiting for a train and seen an Asda next to station. I Went to the cafe, and ordered full breakfast. The meal was dreadful, product was substandard and grease was everywhere. I would understand if it was £2-3 but this was £6. Go to Sainsbury’s and get an amazing breakfast for £1.50 less. The place was dirty and I had to rifle through knives and forks to get a clean one. Asda please sort this out and have more respect for your paying customers!

First time visiting the Cafe and definitely the last. Staff rude and obnoxious not only to ourselves but other customers and cutlery dirty. Returned dirty knife and coffee cup to cafe service desk only to be told 'get a clean one', would not even take them off me. Complained to a lovely lady the main Asda service desk who informed us he Cafe was not run by Asda and would pass on our complaint. Fair enough, but when most of the previous reviews are negative and the Cafe is situated in the Asda store, somebody would do something about it. Never experienced customer service as bad as this before.

週末買菜順便吃個早飯還是不錯的，雖然沒什 麼特色，選擇也比較有限。也算是圖個方便。價格便宜一直是他家的優勢。

Always have a bad experience. Last time I came I ordered a side of chips with gravy. (Which were cold) Menu says £1 for chips and 50p for gravy no sizes. Realised I'd been charged £2 for chips. When I asked why the lady was very rude she said large chips are £2.( I asked because I got 3 lots!) I never got asked what size I wanted. They lady then offered to take chips off the plates if I wanted money back! My child was already eating! Rude staff cold food wouldn't not recommended

I can only describe the breakfast as the worst I've ever had in 50 years and by some way. The egg was still liquid as it was placed on my plate the sausage was white and just warm the tinned tomatoes where placed directly over my beans. The person serving me didn’t even look at me. I’ve never left negative feedback before but this place truly deserves it.

Great for a quick bite to eat when you're out with your granddaughter clothes shopping and you need a break half way. Love their bacon sandwich and coffee, Summer loves sausage and chips. Nice size portions. Good value for money.

We went into the cafe today and ordered a burger and chips, when it arrived my husband ate some chips and then tried to eat his burger... It was inedible, so tough that he could barely cut it and he only managed to cut one mouthful. I took the meal to the counter and politely asked if we could swap it for a sandwich and the lady asked me to wait whilst she looked for her manager. Shortly she returned without her manager and said that they could do nothing for us as there was virtually nothing left on the plate and that we needed to take it back straight away! My husband took one bite of that burger and had only eaten some chips. We were not offered a refund or exchange. The manager clearly could not be bothered to come out and talk to us! Would never waste my time there again... in fact we left our weekly shop and went elsewhere. Morrisons cafe is the same price and much better quality!

I'm not very experienced when it comes to cafés but even I knew it was pretty bad. My mother and sister had the Fish and chips which they described was bland, my father had the lasagna which he didn't really complain but it was easy to see he wasn't too fond and he usually never complains. I was going to order the jumbo sausage roll as I wasn't very hungry and I thought it wouldn't be so bad. Now, here's the thing, in a big store like Asda you would expect them to have a stock of their food. But they had run out of them when I arrived. I didn't complain however and ordered the beans on toast. Even something as simple as beans on toast tasted boring. Don't get me wrong there was no complaints from me. The toast was fine, came with two small portions of butter and a small bowl of beans. But I could tell from the start the beans had been reheated or at the very least microwaved at least twice. We had ordered drinks with our meals - I had ordered coca cola, my mother ordered Fanta and my sister ordered diet. My father had ordered a coffee. We were given a cup and told to go to the self service machine. This wouldn't have been so bad - if the machine actually had the drinks we ordered. I tried to get coca cola - got water. I tried getting diet coca cola - water. Eventually I had to go to get diet coke (but even that tasted flat). Another woman aside from us was complaining about this as well and we were told LATER after ordering "Oh.. we don't have any," it wouldn't have been bad but they didn't offer any kind of refund or any substitute. The diet coke was watery and flat, my mother's Fanta was watery and my father's coffee tasted cheap and looked more like froth than coffee. My last complaint would have to be the staff. Not only did they look like the most miserable people in existence but they made almost no attempt to even ask how was the food or even interact with us. Like you would come to expect in any diner - even Mcdonalds asks you if you're enjoying the food. All in all, I don't think I'll be returning to the café unless they can make some drastic improvements.

Absolutely awful! We will never use again. Food was of very poor standard. No member of staff checked to see if everything was okay.

Went in 23rd November after being at the Dr's for god knows how long and I couldn't fault the place. I have an onion intolerance and asked the staff if the pulled chicken curry had any onion in it. The lady that I spoke to(who wore glasses) went out of her way to find out for me and even let me read the spec card just in case. I myself couldn't see it listed but couldn't take that chance so opted for the bacon and cheese burger deal for 4.59. Well when It came over I was just expecting burger and chips but also got with it a little salad bowl,corn on the cob and some coleslaw. Felt really bad about leaving the other bits as don't like them but hey ho ☺. I didn't know where the cutlery was so asked a member of staff (ended up being the lady I spoke to before), they pointed me in the right direction. 2 burger meals and 2 drinks for 12 quid you can't go wrong. The lady that was on shift today about 12pm you are a credit to that cafe and thank you for all your help

Necesitaba una bebida caliente, pero creo que podría haber hecho mejor. Una bolsa de té en una taza y luego tienes que ir a un dispensador de agua caliente. Le hubiera dado 1* tenía la leche no ha sido fresca. Área de descanso ha sido reducido a ya que el departamento de óptica ha sido introducida, lo que significaba que la gente no podía conseguir un asiento incluso en fin de semana. No regresaré.

Mal servicio - la persona que sirve a la izquierda mi panini en la parrilla y el olvido. Cuando fui a averiguar por qué se estaba tomando tanto tiempo a un cobertizo quemada crujiente. Así que hice otra que era comestible, pero no genial. Bebidas calientes de una máquina de autoservicio y el café sabe muy barato. Sentado frente a un hombre pobre con pantalones de montaje y la mitad de su parte trasera en la pantalla que me daba mi almuerzo aún más.

El servidor entero se benefician de un total reforma. El servicio del mostrador de comida caliente es horrible de lento y parece ser atendidos por personas que no pueden conseguir un trabajo en otro lugar. Sería mucho mejor si la comida caliente estaba pedidas en el hasta y trajo a la atención al cliente en la mesa, la forma de hacer en Sainsbury's o Morrison. O eso o simplemente servir bebidas y comida fría como pasteles y postres.

The only good thing about my one and only breakfast experience here was that the portions were very small, good because the breakfast was dry, overcooked and the serving staff were miserable. Complained to customer services about quality, portion size and staff.

We go for breakfast alot it is alway really good it lorret and debbie that are normally working they are...

Nice snacks and meals and friendly staff. The prices are reasonable. Downside a small cafe but don not let that stop you calling

We come here once a week because we love the food and drink so much. If you are looking for a family meal then come to asda cafe!!!

Food wasn't bad as such but not alone cooked so we had what was left. My granddaughter was impressed but at age 3 that's not hard sausage chips and beans. My bacon was OK, so can't grumble BUT..... The staffing. Everytime I go it's Mrs grumpy. Please put her on the checkout and get someone pleasant on the cafe serving hatch.

What can i say the staff behind the counter she was miserable and glum sorry not what u want in the morning. Staff not interested at all. The breakfast was cold and not very appertising. Table was dirty and not cleaned. The price would b good if the food was nice sorry poor. Do not recomend.

What was I thinking? Eating at an Asda cafe is never a good idea unless you are so hungry it doesn't matter what manner of animal you inadvertently consume. Not sure what I ate. I'm sure the DNA would bring it in somewhere in the higher food chain. Quadruped possibly, but I couldn't rule out a biped. Some of my fellow diners had brought their entire family for a Sunday lunch. No doubt they all shared the same disregard for their health and well-being as I had.The floor was dirty. The tables were smeared with goodness knows what and the cuttlery had that horrific salt-splashed just-out-of-the-dishwasher look. I now have indigestion and will no doubt later have nightmares about what type of beastie had been served up to me. At least the coffee - Seattle's finest (allegedly) - was warm.

They've recently redone the cafe and made it smaller to make way for an opticians and in my opinion it's made it worse. Less seating and by previous experience, less choice and quality of food. Disappointed if I'm honest. A new cafe is needed.

Today I went for breakfast here and the breakfast was absolute garbage and so was the service. Never in my life have I seen or tasted mushrooms like these, the only nice thing about it was the egg which was cookedperfect but everything else was VILE. The bacon was dry and not two slices, the beans had no sauce because they'd been cooked to death, hash browns were soggy. The woman was very rude when I approached complaining and offered me not even half a piece of bacon. Do not eat here you will regret it

Ate here afew day ago. The food was very nice and fresh. They forgot our side plate order but we go our money back for that.Staff are lovely and seemed towenjoy working there singing in the back.The bad point is that the floor was disgusting! Dirty high chair left out the hole time we ate our meal and we was in the over a hour. Tables and sofas need a good scrub. I could understand if they was busy, but they wasnt. Including myself there was four customers in there. So no reason for lack of cleanliness.

good food a little small now they have altered it , but very handy when you have a grumbling tum, i very often nip in for my breakfast, or a coffee.
