Had breakfast there one Saturday. Menu is quite short, but found something that worked for me. I had the toast with avocado and tomato - the avocado was very lumpy - it needed quashing/mashing more. I ordered an extra poached egg, unfortunately a fried egg came. It felt a bit quiet and souless and if they can't get an order right when quiet, who knows what it's like when busy. Also had a dirty cup, which was very obvious but server didn't notice.

Sorry to hear that Katie is leaving Foleys to take up another job at WCCC. Katie always had a smile and made time for a quick chat even when they were busy. Our visit today first observation considering Christmas is coming up there was no Christmas atmosphere, no back ground music very little Christmas decorations bit of tinsel around picture frames and a small tree up the corner. Food was okay could have been warmer I thought the drinks were a bit pricey compared to other cafes. We also found it very cold in there there where radiators in there but not switched on. Overall a OK experience but will not return...

Foleys serve the tastiest English breakfast made from quality local produce and for just a fiver. I don’t know how they do it at this price to be honest. The service is always good and staff are delightful. Free parking round the back when the cricket isn’t on plus great views across the ground towards the cathedral. Plus you can order up to 3pm unlike many places who only do it as brunch. The menu is much wider than just the English breakfast with a great choice plus gluten free options. It’s my first choice now 👌🏻

This establishment was very good ,the staff were excellent , both my daughter and 1 had the breakfast which was very good ,made up off locally produced products ,and what was pleasing was the fact that my daughter doesn’t like egg ,which they were happy to exchange for a hash brown , it’s shame it was a very foggy day ,so unable to see much of the surroundings ,will definitely be visiting again , a big thumbs up from my daughter who is a Worcester student .

This place is great for breakfast and coffee so today we tried lunch. We had a panini and a sandwich both delicious with really fresh bread plenty of filling and a nice side salad with a dressing. The views are amazing over the cricket pitch with the cathedral as a back drop - hard to find a better setting. The food is great value and the staff smiley and welcoming. The only downside was that when we walked in we were greeted by food all over the floor as a very large table of toddlers with mums who didn’t seem to feel they should pick up after there children and who instead seemed quite happy to chat to each other whilst the little ones trampled the food into the carpet!

My wife and I were at Foley's on Sunday, 7th. April, having taken part in a charity walk for the British Heart Foundation. Foley's had kindly allowed their cafe to be the start and finish for the charity walk. On finishing the walk we were looking for a snack and drink to replenish the energy used on the walk. Our order for bacon baps and coffee took about a minute to be served which was a pleasant surprise compared to other cafes where we have had to wait much longer. Courtney, who served our food and drinks was charming and spared time to talk to us in spite of the very busy atmosphere within the cafe. The bacon was cooked to perfection and filled the gap after the charity walk.

Foley's is a breakfast and brunch cafe, and is located in Worcester Cricket Club premises, right by the River Severn in central Worcester. We only discovered it the other day. It's open to the public (and has car parking spaces) on non-match days. Run by Courtney, who is welcoming and friendly, the views of the cricket pitch and the cathedral alone are worth a visit. When you add in the quality and prices of the food, though, you'd be mad not to try it. Freshly cooked full English breakfast at £5 is just an example. Local ingredients used wherever possible. We're regular visitors to the city, and we'll certainly come here again!

We popped in for refreshments during the cricket and only wanted a couple of hot drinks and snacks to take away, as all the tables were taken. The service at the counter would invoke a fine for a slow over rate if this was cricket. There was an issue with reading someone in front's credit card, despite waiving the machine by the window, so that customer eventually reverted to cash. The staff seemed untrained and disorganised and whilst waiting other people came back to complain their orders were incomplete. The woman making the coffee delivered one to a table, despite other serving staff member standing around doing very little. We eventually got served, not before a drama because the till roll ran out. My coffee was cold before I could finish it, would not go back.

Breakfast at Foley’s is a great way to start off a day at WCCC New Road. Baps, croissants, good tea and coffee are all served quickly by cheerfully efficient waitresses and a manager is on the prowl to see that customers are satisfied. Two plates of the full English are on offer but go for the signature with sausages, bacon, two eggs fried or scrambled, real mushroom and tomatoes, black pudding, beans and toast plus tea or coffee. £8 50 or £7 35 for members. Lovely spacious cafe with a fabulous view over the cricket ground. Breakfast is good in terms of taste and value. Play area of children. Such a shame some of the cakes are uncovered and just left on a slate slab to dry out and people to spread their germs over. They look very good but I wouldn't touch them while they remain uncovered. Much better for my waistline. I'm sure they would sell more if they were properly presented.

2 Grandparents, hungry me and the girl, nearly 3, went for brunch this morning. I thought working out how to get in was a bit trickier than it might have been, but on the way out I realised it was actually quite well signed. Which proves the coffee was indeed as good as I thought it was. Grownups had the £8.50 breakfast which hit the spot; proper sausages, decent bacon perfectly cooked, the best mushrooms I’ve had in ages, ok black pudding (I know what I like and it was a bit bland, if only they went for Wenlock Edge, which is local.. I digress) good bread well toasted, crispy hash browns, fried eggs no snotty bits with runny yolks.. attention to detail. Full marks. But even better was the service ordering the Womble’s breakfast; asked for this and that (she loves her black pudding, too) although a la carte is not a menu option, it was just like talking to grown ups who wanted to give me what I wanted. It really was a pleasure. Not effusive, not in-yer-face, but polite, kind and caring. The (rather sweet) play area with toys and a cooker went down very well with Mog, too. Well done, I look forward to sweating my loyalty card.

There is a good selection of small pastries and cakes to have with your tea/coffee and all at reasonable prices. The tray bake was excellent my wife said. There are views of the cricket ground but the restaurant is closed to the public when there is a cricket match on unless you are attending the cricket when access is via the cricket ground. The cooked food looks excellent and their breakfasts are to die for and there were a few takers today. All left clean plates so that must speak well of the quality etc of it. Went here for the first time on a groupon offer for breakfast on entering the cafe it was quite busy but not over crowded we found a table and then went to order. The drinks were quickly brought to us and then we had a bit of a wait but it was well worth it as everything was freshly cooked and pipping hot.The only problem we had was the size of the portions as the breakfast was massive and neither if us could finish our meal which was a shame as the quality was excellent.

Visited the cafe today Friday 1st September for first time. First of all great breakfast with proper black pudding! Lovely polite service in a very relaxed atomosphere. As part of the cricket pavilion the outlook is superb, with a lovely balcony area to go out on and look out over the pitch and cathedral. There is also a great children's play area, ideal while you sit in the comfy leather sofas and enjoy your coffee! All round a very pleasant place to come and enjoy a great breakfast.

Popped in for lunch during the cricket (watching Worcestershire stuff Glos) and was very plasantly surprised. Service was really, really good. Such enthusiastic youngsters makes a change. Expect that during the winter you could probably fish off the veranda!

First rainbows, then the invention of the wheel and now this. For me, it's the best of the three. I can die happy.

Booked afternoon tea for two via groupon. We didn't know what to expect but we turned up 20 minutes early with our 2 year old and were pleasantly surprised. Very child friendly with a designated area for play. Lovely balcony and view of grounds. Menu catered for little ones and our food was fantastic. Staff very attentive and overall a lovely atmosphere and better than we expected. We shall be back. Thanks to all staff who made us feel very welcome.

We have been several times. I am a member at the cricket club, so it is perfect for breakfast before a match, ideal for lunch during the game. We have also taken our grandson there for tea & cake on non-match days. It's great with the children's play area. All very clean and enclosed.

we visited this cafe several times on a recent trip to the county cricket ground. It is excellent - good menu, good food and great staff. Probably the best cafe at a county cricket ground that we have seen.

Had a very tasty veggie breakfast. They had soya milk- not always a safe assumption in independent cafes in these parts! Great view and very friendly staff. We will go back.

It is a cosy, family friendly cafe with a beautiful of cricket grounds. Friendly staff, delicious food and calming atmosphere. Have been there couple of times and my 3 year old and 10month old both enjoyed the kids play corner. They even have balcony which is brilliant! Good baby changing facilities. Highly recommend for breakfast of lunch! It is open for public on week days until 3pm. I think it is closed for public on the days when there's a cricket game.

I visited this lovely cafe on Friday morning for a coffee, knowing the views over the cricket ground would be special. I was greeted by a lovely young lady who took my latte order then I was told to take a seat and my drink would be brought to me. I went back to the Premier Inn & insisted my wife return back there with me as I had loved the whole experience. For the record my wife was also impressed by this venue.

New venue that only opened a few weeks ago. You can access this from New Road on from inside the ground on match days. I'm not 100% sure but think that access from New Road may be closed if there is a game on.
