We went to the farm shop and weren't really impressed. A lot of the products didn't seem to be from the local area, which was disappointing. We had a browse but didn't buy anything. Seemed overpriced and underwhelming.

The venue has a high end feel with a gift shop, food shop and restaurant but the breakfast was a complete let down. Everything on the plate was tasteless. No seasoning used, tinned baked beans, cheap bread.......I could go on. What a shame! I had high hopes. The farm shop is ridiculously overpriced.

Visited on a Sunday for the all day Brunch. Myself and two hungry teenage boys. I had the Baby Flourish which is smaller version of full breakfast, this was perfect size for me and a great option on the menu. They could also do me a gluten free version which was great. All the meat is from their own butchery, it’s local and free range which I liked. Two hungry teenagers more than satisfied with a Full Flourish breakfast and a bacon and halloumi ciabatta. There was also a nice chocolate gluten free cake - in fact lots of gluten free choices on their menu which is good to see. Will definitely be coming again for the main lunch menu

I came in on Saturday, me and my friends were served by a young lady called Jem. She was very lovely and had a great attitude. She also helped us when we had a few requests with our food. Will definitely be coming back.

I took a friend here for a light lunch. The place was packed, non the less the service was very good and the food - I had soup and my friend had smoked salmon ciabatta - was delicious. Plenty of it, and everything so fresh. Such a pity that when I asked what sugar free drinks they had (having been told they didn’t have sugar free elderflower) I was informed they “don’t offer sugar free drinks”. Hugely surprised by this and disappointed. The Farmshop is lovely and good to see they are keeping prices online with nearby supermarkets. I came away with some beautiful lamb ribs. I will certainly go back and hope next time there will be something to drink that is sugar free other than water.

This place looks lovely and if it's dead you'll be ok. If not be prepared to wait and wait wait and wait. We went here for Brunch as we were in the area and although it was busy on a Sunday we couldn't understand why it was taking so long for our food to arrive. One observant member of our group noticed that there were a huge amount of plates (roughly 9!) with food that had been prepared and was ready to go. There were plenty of staff walking around doing anything other than delivering the plates to their eager recipients. Even when a member of staff wandered over they only picked up one plate. God knows how many peoples meals were ruined simply because their food was sat there getting cold for no reason. We were on the verge of leaving. The toilets were lovely but the layout of the cafe needs work. When it's busy people end up queuing right across the main walkway where people come in. This wouldn't be an issue if staff where prompt or attentive and actually asked if you wanted the bill but they don't. A real shame as it LOOKS great, it looks appealing and like a hidden gem from the outside but having been greatly disappointed I wouldn't go here again.

My husband and I first went to Flourish a few years ago and happened upon it for an impromptu breakfast and we thought “what a find”. Fab farmhouse feel, welcoming, warm, great menu with local produce and decent espresso. We raved about it to friends and advocated for the business. I’m afraid to say that a friend and I came today and my experience couldn’t be anymore different in contrast and was shocked to find this had been her recent experience when dining with another friend. It was 9.30 so relatively early, there were a handful of customers. We were shown to a table and frankly abandoned there. 15-20 mins went by without an offer of drinks. I was close to leaving as we were short on time anyway. We had to go up to the counter where I interrupted the barista kneeling down styling his hair in the reflection of the coffee machine. He looked and said “everything ok?”. I asked if it was still table service and he confirmed it was and said I’ll send someone over. Another 5 mins and then he comes. Takes our order but looks really unhappy about doing so. Another 20 mins and our breakfast comes, not complex scrambled egg on toast and veggie breakfast. The eggs were cold and toast served without butter. Odd. Our drinks of orange juice and coffees had still not arrived. They came a few minutes later. I would have complained about the eggs if I was confident it would be rectified quickly but they didn’t return to check on us. At all. 40 minutes after our food was brought to us we were sat with our dirty dishes and without offer another drink or our bill. We would have had another coffee. We approached the counter and asked for our bill there and then without as much as eye contact from the server. Leaving our table dirty behind us and heading to Brislington to find another spot for coffee elsewhere. Really unimpressed in how it has gone down hill. They have of course, like all establishments put their prices up hiding behind the excuse of inflationary rises. However, that is all well and good if the service and food is impeccable for those rises. £3.25 for a thimble of orange juice, a mixed fruit smoothie is £6.25 a glass… lost a sense of reality there with competitive pricing. We were really disappointed and sad to say that we won’t be recommending it anymore. Eating out should feel like an experience and a treat when spending hard earned money. I felt like part of the team with how much I had to interact with the staff; when I should have placed my order, enjoyed my food and the time I had with my friend. Sad to see that the business appears to riding off the previous efforts when they invested in getting people through the door; but now don’t see merit in keeping them there. If feel like I do, they may not ever be back.

Lovely food, lovely venue, awful toilets. If you must have everyone in together at least move the urinals so I don't have to pass men using them. Yes there is one separate disabled toilet but another wouldn't hurt.

I visited here for the first time on a Thursday lunchtime, the car park was full and I am not suprised why. The cafe is inside a farm shop including a butchery, it is all well presented and clean looking. We were quickly seated by the pleasant waitress who returned quickly to take our order from the wide menu. The food was fresh and delicious, and reasonably priced. The toilets were immaculate.

I love this place! Excellent local fresh food, plus a great selection of fruit & veg, and delicatessen, plus foodie gifts. Easy out of town parking. The restaurant serves excellent tasty food at a very affordable price. My family includes veggies and gluten free and meat eaters and we were all v happy with our meals. Smoothies are great. Space for children and you can sit outside under the umbrellas on a sunny day.

Fairly loyal to Caffe Nero out of the major chains, but there's something about the touristy nature of Bath that's resulted in them all being as bad as the worst inner London ones. Staff are overly-casual and loud in that vaping, generation Z, you're-oppressing-me-if-you-complain sort of way. Toilets are awful. Having said that, if you are a visitor to the UK, you can get a good fast coffee here without dealing with waitors and table services like you would in most of Europe.

Good food, but the man taking our money seemed a bit offish when we wanted to split the bill. Also, £15.75 for a salad, although delicious, was steep.

A great nice cheap local pub with a great garden, food quality is decent but missing some items other wetherspoon pubs have. Service could be improved. Many nice members of staff but there’s one member in particular who just always seems so moody. Delivers a drink, walks away just seeming bored as ever. Rest of the staff are great and a lot more welcoming. Place seems a bit outdated. Normally there’s quite a bit on the menu that’s unavailable. Wouldn’t say it’s easily accessible, seen lots of people struggle with outdoor lift.
