Flocafe Espresso Room in City of London, Westminster

Lovely little place, seats inside and out, choice of 3 regions coffee beans - lovely staff - managed to drop my coffee on the floor on the way out but they were lovely and mopped it up and gave me a new one every bit as lovely as my first would have been! Recommend wholeheartedly!

Good hot and iced coffees. Nice little seating area outside and reasonably priced. Two coffees and a cake £9, good value for central London.

Waited over an hour and 15 mins on a club sandwich and an omelette and it came out absolutely freezing to touch to then be told it would be another 15 mins

Waited nearly half an hour for my food, when I went to the till, the servers said “what sandwiches”. Very bad service, would not recommend.

Their coffee is exceptional. Always keeps me going back. The staff are also friendly and happy people, makes going there a natural thing to want.

Hi yes been here a few times, they only have that cheap soya milk from aspro they don’t bother to have quality, soya bean like bonsoya that make a really nice coffee, but the shocking thing is that when I went there last I asked to use the toilet first. It was this big overweight Greek woman who said to me no I said please let me use the toilet I am going to buy a coffee she said you can’t use the toilet until you buy the coffee I said to her I have been here before she said now you can’t use the toilets until you make a purchase. I saw the other smaller chap there and I said to him she’s stopping me from using the toilet. She wants to me to buy coffee first, and he said, of course you can use the toilet and her face look right down to the ground. After I use the toilet, I ordered my coffee’s and I can understand Greek that she didn’t no and she was being very sarcastic in her Greek language very rude as well, so I just looked at her took my coffee and walked out, never go there again upsetting, and I al so told my friends not to go there as well, dreadful people treat you like this in the heart of London. Ridiculous.

Went to the Shaftesbury branch not too far from Dean Street. Staff friendly enough but £4 for a regular oat latte, kind of expect it to be outstanding, it wasn’t, flavourless in terms of the boldness of the coffee. Even the higher end of the coffee shop market I.e. black sheep is significantly better.

Small venue with super coffee, very busy and could be better organised. Pastries tasty also - enjoyed the visit

A bit dissapointing, couldn't get the specialty coffees on the menu as they no longer offer them, filter coffee I ordered was flat and very weak.

Not sure about the name. Flocafe. What does it mean? Florida Coffee? Flow of Coffee? Effluent flow? CertInly no flow of charm from a team of baristas who completely ignored me for a good two minutes whilst attending to their business or just chatting. Having eventually ordered a mocha latte a plastic paying terminal as thrust in my direction with some despatch before being rather rudely told I had got un the way of a customer behind me and ordered back to my starting pad. Here a male barista filled a plastic cup (no bone china here it’s all been thrown at the hapless customers) with coffee and milk then added mocha from a metal pot before swirling the foamy top. I proceeded to an outside South Molton Street table and enjoyed what was a first-class coffee.

I went to buy a cappuccino today. Stood in queue and waited. Seems the waitress didn't care if there was queue.She started serving other italian well known customers before us. When I got angry and pointed out that we had been waiting 10 mins what was going on? The manager was very dismissive. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager and was asking me to leave the shop as I was getting angry (when I clearly pointed out a favourable service if you were Italian. Clearly customer service is non exisitant. Without asking why I was angry I was asked to leave.Which I gladly did. They cater better if your an Italian (backwards racist mentality)in a central London location which is very diverse. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Although I liked the Honduras Premium cappucino and had been there a few times, I wont be going back again. It is such a shame. They dont care. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Plastic madness: they served me by default a coffee on a plastic non-reusable cup even if I was drinking it in. I pointed out they should save plastic so they grumpily used a tiny glass cup (see the pic) to prepare my cappuccino. £3.10, “espresso” size

Amazing place in heart of London, best coffee, excellent service and very friendly stuff. Deffo a must if you are in centre of London.

After recently moving to the area for work I always past this Cafe everyday on my morning route to work. I realised no matter what time of the day it was always busy...I didn’t see the reason why, they only sell coffee and cakes right!? WRONG there premium coffee is something else, the blend is very rich and creamy with a slight kick. If there coffee is as good as there cakes then I’ll probably gain 5 Stone by then end of the week. Definitely recommended.

Very Rude Manager! We mistakenly took a wrong coffee from the counter and the manager came outside to tell us off! We explained that it was done by mistake and he kept telling us off in front of the other customers.

Popped into this little place just off Oxford Street, near Bond St tube. Mainly stool seats unless you want to join the smokers outside. Good quality latte though - pricey though hardly exceptional for central London.
