absolutely terrible.i had attended here with my fellow cronies the first thing i noticed you had no lavatory when i have a bladder infection and i can hold it in.The second the i noticed is my friend ordered donuts but the worker had forgot about the donuts and he weren't very impressed as he appears to have autism and adhd.The third thing i noticed that the chairs weren't up to standard and very unhygienisch as i have ocd and everyone kept on opening the door and it made me feel really unsafe and cold and the workers didnt wear gloves or hair nets and the prices we not reasonable and very unaffordable for a person like me.Thank you i would not recommend

We have been welcomed by Angela and her warm smile. Definitely the star of our experience, proper good ice cream and flavours.

Walked past this lovely place and was greeted with a warm welcome from Angela who told us “Happy Friday !!” Customer service skills are amazing not just with us but other customers as we seen because we sat inside. Angela brought the doughnuts over she had made and they was amazing. BIG LOVE FOR ANGELA <3 (she made us all smile today :)

Went in for some nice desert on Wednesday the 17th may and was greeted by these lovely lady with brown hair been ever so patient while waiting for us to decide then went through the allergies with us we ended up with a sundae and a milkshake we was impressed definitely will return due to the amazing ice cream and service

We came to play the 2p push machines as the kids love them and have some ice-cream. The range of flavours looked brilliant. But, sorry to say the place stank of strong weed. No one was smoking it inside or at the front so I can only presume it was wafting in from the back area where the door was open. Not great, folks. We didn't stay for ice-cream.

Craved a ice cream, seen you were open (on your opening times) drove from Liverpool and you were closed. Very disappointing, a wasted journey!! If you could state your correct opening times, it would be very handy and helpful to your service.

Ice cream was very good and superb choice, but have to comment on portion size. Two scoops in a small tub that frankly looked lost the scoops were so small. Over £6 for two of us. Will not be going back.

Me and my husband had the double scoop ice cream corner , vanilla ,strawberry cheese cake flavours are what we chose , but got a large selection to pick from, better priced than others ,

Stopped here as it had the biggest selection of ice cream that we saw whilst wondering around town.The Bakewell tart ice cream was really nice and a reasonable price.My wife got donuts which took a while as they were made fresh (but we weren't in a rush)However, we're not sure the oil was hot enough as some of them weren't cooked properly inside.The ones that were edible were very nice though.(I suspect this wouldn't be an issue during peak season as the fryer would be left on)Nice friendly staff and they have tables inside and outside as well as good toilets.

Doors open, chairs outside and after 10am however when I try to buy a drink I am told “we are not open yet” so I ask what time do you open to be told that it will take 15 minutes to set up avoiding the question

We all had four scoops of delicious ice cream freashly made on the premises. It was £4.50 for a huge bowl and worth every penny. There are thirty flavours to choose from bubblegum, cherry cola and fudge to name but a few. Very clean premises and polite staff. A winner

We recently visited the flavours, ice cream shop, on nevill St, Southport.There is lots of choice of flavours, all hand made on the premises. If you are undecided, the staff will let you have taste samples on a small spoon, so you can try before you buy, We tried a few, all we tried were good, went there a few times during our visit, wouldn't go anywhere else, staff really nice and helpful, love the place.(cherry bakewell) really tastes like the cherry bakewell, as did all the other flavours, so won't be let down, The lady, who served us, on the Thursday, 5/July/18 for us went above and beyond, really, really friendly.

Probably the best value ice creams we had on our short stay. If you're passing then go for it. Friendly staff too.

We visited here with our 4 year old and were pleasantly surprised. The ice cream was well priced and tasted lovely. Serving staff were excellent too. Nice and clean.

Loved stopping her for ice cream... such a selection, staff really friendly, you can stop for ice cream or sit and have coffee.

Have visited here three times over the school summer holidays with members of my extended family who all have young children.

Couldn't resist their many flavours, everyone a winner. I loved black currant and licquorice. We went every afternoon and tried a different scoop each visit. We will be back in October to try more!

Searching for a good place for an ice cream. This one seemed to have lots of choices that were a bit different. Tried the mango and passion fruit, ameretto and cherry and the kids one. All great. My favourite was the mango and passion fruit

We came across this ice cream parlour whilst walking along the shops. What took our eye was the display of multi coloured ice creams on display. We tried ferrio Roche, which was gorgeous. Plenty of it too in a tub. The kids loved it and chose bubblegum and mango with passion fruit. The colours of the ice creams are pretty vivid and exciting. Had so much to choose from as well as lots of different cones. Not badly priced either. A must visit in Southport..

The flavours are irrisistible and fairly priced. You can take away or find a comfy seat inside to enjoy your treat.

Now I am a person who is very partial to a traditional knickerbocker glory. Seldom am I able to find one where jelly is added - luckily I've discovered Silcocks! The range of ice creams available is brilliant from vanilla to bounty and cherry cola to bakewell tart. If you want a decent ice cream when in Southport you must try this ice cream parlour. Also the amusements are great as well, especially when you have a 3 year old little girl to entertain.

Excellent staff at the ice cream parlour inside. Raspberry Ripple is the way forward! Also mango and passionfruit is a great shout.

Went here after reading good reviews on here and it didn't disappoint . Really nice selection of flavours, lovely and creamy. Just would have liked the shop to have been cooler as it was such a hot day !

the sundaes here were very good and the place is kept clean and welcoming. the flavours to choose form are endless.

Lots of choice of all homemade ice cream flavours, definitely the best ice cream in Southport I have found, we always take the kids here for a treat if we're nearby. If you're in the area try it, you won't be disappointed.

First, the ice cream which is incredible! All homemade and some amazing flavors that you can sample before choosing. So, so good! Second, the staff was kind, helpful, and seemed to really love interacting with the customer while remaining efficient. Third, their great porch with Adirondack rocking chairs... what a great way to sit back, relax, enjoy the marina view and savor your ice cream. We love this place!

We opted for flavours over other local ice cream dealers after reading the trip advisor revues. We were not disappointed I selected the triple in a cone my favourite rum and raisin and a couple of others. I panicked there was a queue. Caramel and vanilla were my other selections. My wife got chocolate chip, hang on it was made with after eight mints how can I tell sheet a whole one in it. Definitely worth a visit

The Ice cream here is amazing, they have so many fantastic flavours it's hard to choose, which means I always end up with a big four scoop cone lol! Not been for a while but looking forward to coming again in the summer! Never disappoints

As a local I regularly visit to get my ice cream fix, though end up stood looking daft for ages since there's so many flavours and I can never choose!

Went here with the family and couldn't believe how much choice there was. The milkshakes are great and worth a try. Nice clean seating area.

Nice selection of flavours and tasted awesome, the rhubarb and custard is to die for. My only complaint is the repetitive music from the arcade.

Oh what to choose ??? Flavours and flavours of ice creams , amazing and super helpfull staff, wish I remember her name , because she was one of the nicest people that I ever met in trade. Will definitelly be back for another scoop or six ;) My personal fav is liquorice but shssss keep it quiet :D

it was the First shop we went in southport.I choose cheese cake flavor, mmm.yummy..compared to pier frond ice cream shop, this ice cream & coffee bar is much much better...

Really tasty, great choice of flavours., Staff explained some of the more exotic flavours and they were great. Had icecream here every day.

We come here all the time, the service and flavours here are amazing. They are always so nice to my fussy children and let them taste new flavours, love it here, will never go anywhere else!!! We love the snickers, Nutella and cherry!!!

Had a lovely stop off at this ice cream parlour, stunning ice cream. No wonder its called Flavours it had so many to choose from and the taste was perfect. Lovely clean restaurant and toilets, great place to stop for a tea or coffee. Wonderful friendly staff x

We have visited southport twice now and we go to this ice cream shop every time! Lots of flavours to choose from all lush and friendly helpful staff. Well worth a visit :)

We visited as a group, wanted a dessert after a visit to a well known chain. This experience was awesome, the young woman that took charge of "a tasting" was so knowledgable and enthusiastic about what was on offer that even the ice cream haters in the group had ice cream and enjoyed it:-) and some went back for candy floss.

Brilliant! Great selection of flavours, really helpful staff and fantastic ice cream! We visited earlier in the day to check out the varieties... Ferrero Rocher, Dime Bar, Snickers... and the lady behind the counter offered us a taste! We came back later for three scoop tubs each and a quick game of pool in the adjoining Silcocks arcade. If you dine in at the Embassy chippy next door, keep your receipt for 10% off your ice cream!

i couldn't believe the amount of flavors although the name should of given me a clue!! i chose snickers and ferrero rocher flavor on recommendation from the girl serving me and they where both delicious. i paid about £2.50 which is very cheap compared with some of the ice cream places I've been to in Manchester. the girl serving me was really friendly and recommended a nice place to go for tea later that day. i will defiantly be going back next time i'm in southport. the only bad point i can make is that the arcade adjoining this parlor is very noisy so we chose to take out but i suppose if you had kids with you it would be ideal.
