Flava'z Kitchen in Bournemouth

Tropezó con esta joya mientras caminaba en busca de un restaurante independiente. No nos decepcionaron. Teníamos colas de buey, arroz y guisantes. Mi marido patán de pollo con arroz blanco y festival. Tardó un poco en salir, pero valió la pena esperar. Todo estaba bien cocinado y lleno de sabor. Sin duda recomendaría y volvería en mi próxima visita. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta joya independiente dirigida por la familia. 1000 estrellas ✨✨✨🥰

Don't bother with this place. Ordered 4 times in last one month and each time after making me wait for an hour they ended up cancelling my order. Probably a dodgy place being run by even more dodgy people

Ordered on Uber eats took over a hour was supposed to be 15-20 we live very close as well. Order all cold and unadvertising as most the food couldn’t be reheated

Having walked past Flava's a few times and taking in the beautiful carribean aromas, we couldn't wait to order tonight for the first time, and it didn't disappoint! So happy to have found such a hidden gem serving tasty, authentic carribean food. Aptly named, great value for money, can't wait to oder again- big up to the chef! Ps. Now I need a nap 😴

OMD!!! This would be a gem of a find anywhere, but especially in Bournemouth, this was our third visit. After a looong hottt day on the beach, my vegetarian husband bought me dinner, consisting of Curry Goat, Rice & Peas, Fried Plantin & Coleslaw, bless him. WOW!! Flavour - tick, tick, tick, portion size - great, tick, tick, tick, value for money - tick, tick, tick taste of the Caribbean - tick, tick, tick. We sat on the east hill top overlooking the beach. & yes fingers got licked. Couldn't wait to send family & friends photos; they were jealous. I highly recommend this establishment. Sadly FLAVA'S didn't have much left for vegetarians, Tesco sorted him, a Indian themed salad.
