Great place if you really want to eat a flapjack. The workers there are so nice. Especially the one named Harriet. She took me through the whole experience of figuring out what a flapjack was and eventually even showed me how to eat it. It was amazing. I would do it again

My husband & myself visited the Bath Flapjackery today & purchased 3 different flapjacks. Sadly they were so dry & crumbly we ended up throwing a good bit away as they just crumbled to pieces! We have been visiting the branch in Lymington, the first time the flapjack was lovely, moist & delicious. The next time I froze a batch from them & when defrosted it was very crumbly so I blamed myself saying I wouldn’t freeze it in future, despite being told it froze very well! Now we have had two further batches one from Lymington & another batch from the Bath branch & they were both dry & crumbly. We suspect you may be freezing them which is ruining the quality, texture & making them dry, crumbly & inedible especially for an on-the-go sweet treat. We adore flapjack, but sadly we are not prepared to pay good money for a product that is not of an acceptable standard.

Great shop and what a selection of GF flapjacks! five of us bought over £100 in goods and this was our second visit! The selection and taste will blow your mind, but the service is something gives off taste not very friendly vibes! Given this is a very neiche shop with a limited customer base although great for everyone to eat, you would think that staff would be more enthusiastic - just saying!

I'm so happy. What an amazing shop full of flapjacks in flavours I would never even have imagined. I get so fed up as a gluten-free person being short changed on flavour and volume but not here - it was great to be able to choose whatever I wanted and eat my way through a whole flapjack (the regular ones are the size of a small paving slab, but they do come in smaller portions too) without fear or guilt! I stocked up a bit but clearly not enough - thank goodness they do online orders too.

This is the best fish and chips takeaway in the locality, never had a poor meal. They also offer a range of other takeaway foods but I have not experienced them so far

Huge selection of freshly made sandwiches, quiche, sausage rolls etc. The six of us ate in and were all very impressed by our choices. The bread and generous amount of fillings were first class. Uses Hornsea and quirky pottery and a proper teapot and teacup! Very friendly staff. Truly a hidden gem

A really good find !! A local pub with great atmosphere and a really friendly and helpful attitude from the staff and locals alike ! The food was great ..... A good selection of ales and I was assured the wine was good too. I would recommend a visit 👍

Merece hacerlo bien.
