Done the curry and burger this week, tonight was the turn of the kebab. Flames grill is located in a residential area with plenty of parking. The staff are friendly and the food was ready for when I arrived. The Special Kebab was a mixture of 2 x Lamb chops, shish, kofte chicken, donner, onions, green peppers, fried mushrooms & grilled tomato, pitta and salad. The kebabs were lovely. Well cooked and well seasoned. The mushrooms, onions and peppers cut through the meat which worked really well. Decent salad as well which I find consistent with most Turkish eateries. A nice decent filling meal.

Easily the tastiest kebab shop pizza I have ever had. Love love love this place. Food is always well cooked and good quality and the staff are great - if running late they always call to let you know and apologise.

Used the justeat app to order from here, have ordered many times in the past but alas this occasion was poor, everything floating in grease and way over cooked dried burnt etc. just very un appealing, it is under new management and have ordered one previous time under new management which was good, but alas after using this place for the last year and a half I don't think I'll order here ever again as my rule usually is one bad experience and that's your chances blown in my books. I did contact justeat and got a refund for the offending item.

You can get something for all the family even my fussy 5!! Half pounder is very tasty and the donor kebabs are good quality the kids love the pizzas! And fast delivery

Definitely one of the best places in horley for kebabs. I'm pretty fussy when it comes to kebabs and they listen and cook it exactly how I want - unlike other places I could mention! Plus they give you a free can of drink while you're waiting.

I use them for delivery via the just eat app, service is good they read the notes from the app, order is usually 99.99% right most of the time, had one order that had toppings missing but that's like 1 out of 15 orders and wasn't a deal breaker really. Food quantity is good tastes good too and although the app says delivery about 40 minutes its usually delivered the other side of Horley with in 20 minutes

Llamé por teléfono a preguntar cómo fue para la entrega minnimum y me dijeron que £12. He puesto mi pedido y después de una hora que aún estaba esperando, les dio una llamada de teléfono y me dijeron que no lo has hecho mi pedido como minnimum entrega era de hecho 15 libras. El hecho es puro aceptaron mi pedido y saber el precio incluso pedimos un número de contacto y no tienen la decencia de teléfono y me hizo saber que no estaba haciendo nada. Una pena, ya que el menú parecía decente y los precios era una buena relación calidad-precio.

Ja aqui vim duzias de vezes comprar take away, staff simpatico e eficiente e a comida sempre boa dentro deste genero, vou continuar cliente e para mim o melhor de Horley dentro deste genero.

Aparte de la gran calidad de la comida, las raciones son muy generosas. Ten cuidado de pedir el Doner extra grande a menos que quieres ahorrar media para el desayuno (que normalmente no! ). hamburguesas son también muy bueno (recomendado por mi madre de 84 años), como son los nuggets de pollo (clasificado mejor que McDonalds nuggets por mi hijo porque coincidía 10).

They do chicken, pizzas, burgers and kebabs. Good honest and well priced food, very much a regular haunt of ours. Friendly staff, home delivery also an option.

Ordered pizza and chips from here and found the pizza base to be mouldy. When calling to advise they told us it wasnt possible. We weren't given any options and were just left with a mouldy pizza. Wouldn't use again!

We have ordered meals with Flames, but for every order there is always a problem with the order i:e always short of order, if you dare phone you are called a liar,I have personally tried many times to give a second chance, however their customer service is vulgar, throughout Horley delivery service firms like Spice Boys, Curry Bengal etc offer exceeding service, I do not work for any of the firms just believe that restaurants who deliver a bad service should be exposed.Mr Reed

Have only had take away pizza and kebab but all perfect! Quality amazing, great value and service - would definitely recommend !!

Perfect fast food service!Not greasy at all, quick delivery, kids meals are good, the man even makes a little Doner Kebab for my 7 year old son.Best Kebab in Surrey easily!

Typical fast food, friendly service, can get busy at weekends and evenings. My husband likes their chicken kebabs and the chip portions are huge. An ideal Saturday night after the pub place.

Been using Flames Grill for about a year now, for their delivery service, and they always have a very friendly service. Combining items, adding or removing items is never an issue and gets dealt with nicely. We always have them deliver to us and normally they are here within 30 minutes, which I think is rather good for a weekend evening! Food is well cooked and always of good quality. Portions are also very generous! Highly recommended :)

What you pay for is what you get with a SMILE !! Very friendly and nice people who are prepared to make up for it if they make a mistake Highly recommended
