Flame Naser Grill in Wirral

This was a terrible let down again. We were assured this time would be perfect for my Daughters 40th birthday as we had our ruby anniversary here in september and was a big failure!!! I had sent pre ordered Menus as requested for 22 people But they still sent out some orders that were wrong. a few of our Guests had to return there meals . One meal was brought out after we had all finished Waited an age for Drinks and when finally arrived some were wrong again. Last time food was fantastic But not this time One of our Guests ordered T Bone steak and could not eat it because it was full of Grizzle and fat i had to get food from other guests for him!! I Shared a meat Platter with my husband there was not enough for one person let alone two!!! It was a farse from beginning to end and we will certainly never return . One guest told the manager we was not going to pay for this terrible service to be told to leave then !!! almost every person did pay begrudgingly . we did not receive an apology of any kind My guests left feeling very hungry and let down And My daughters 40th birthday was a massive let down. They just dont have the experience to deal with party booking which they assured me they did

No idea what you’re trying to pass off as fillet steak but the fork and steak knife BENT trying to get through it! Great when it first opened but now gone right down hill. Now I know why the place was deserted when collecting food on a Saturday night! Save your money!

This was our first visit to the Riviera (I think it’s changed it’s name recently). The decor was very nice and the staff attentive and friendly. We selected the mixed platter to share between us. Everything was well executed and very tasty. It was also pretty good value for money. We will be back.

Absolutely amazing service and amazing food. Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. Defitanly recommend.

This was the second time we’ve visited after an amazing first experience. Everything would have been the same if not for the problem with my meal. I ordered the beef mexicana which says it comes with sour cream. I expected the meal to be a little spicy as it was cooked with chillies but the sour cream would tone it down. Well it came, looked great with what appeared to be the sour cream on top. After a mouthful I asked the woman to check what it was as it tasted like garlic mayo and I hate mayo. The chef then tells me he just uses garlic mayo when he runs out (without advising the customer) lucky I don’t have an allergy. I tried to explain that he at least should tell me first. Anyway he said just scrape it off, it was all over the top. They offered something else but at this point my girlfriend is eating her food so I asked if they could scrape it off & I’ll attempt to eat it. I knew I wouldn’t enjoy it without chilling out the spice and even asked if they had any yogurt but no all out of that too. I was slightly shocked at even being charged full price when I hardly touched it and only enjoyed the salad and boiled rice but hey. I really hope this was just a one off occasion.

Had a amazing meal tonight couldn't fault it we all had the amazing deal of steak An two sides for £10 an it was the best steak I've had for a while, the service was also great would defo recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Second time visiting this restaurant. Lovey decor and really yummy food. Ordered the Diavolo previously and the Rustica today; crisp base and hot, flavoursome toppings. We live locally and have seen a few places come and go- hopefully Riviera Restaurant is here to stay!

We loved it here the staff were so lovely and the food is always great we have been twice and are heading there again this week, I cannot fault a single thing! Best place in birkenhead to eat out :D

Second I've been here and I can't say anything bad about it, music choice maybe......But in all honesty, the food is amazing, I've had the full chicken both times and the chicken so so moist and the sauce is really flavoursome.Prices are very reasonable and the portions are perfect!Definitely give those place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful interior of what housed a Bank in the early days - A lot of the original features are there. Staff are very attentive and food is very good. As it was just a quick bite we were after I chose 2 starters and my friend had a salad, which looked delicious but could have done with the olives being pitted.

We stopped by here after work not really holding out much hope ! Wowsers ! Fantastic food , lovely staff and great prices . We had the mixed platter for two ( see pic ) and garlic bread . We can not fault it . We saw someone order the shank ....... massive and will definitely be my next try ! Hopefully parking won’t put people off trying here . Well worth the visit and a great addition to Birkenhead !

This is a newly opened place close to the Pyramids shopping centre.The service was good, the wine was good, and the food was amazing,We can recommend the lamb (chops, or ribs, or shank) all excellent. The steak was also very good. The garlic mushroom starters will blow you away!Definitely worth a visit.

This is a new restaurant in Birkenhead. They have a very varied menu with delicious home made starters, mains and desserts. For main course I can highly recommend the grill sharing platter for two or more persons. All cooked to perfection and you could not say you had not had enough! The platter is filled with lamb chops, lamb ribs, and two/three different chicken dishes and served with rice or chips. The sea bass and kebabs my friends ate were also quite delicious!! But eating out, I always like to finish off with a dessert - and their desserts are to die for!!!

Decided to try this with my mum and sister-in-law. Recently refurbished, very pleasant surroundings. Food was lovely and presented well, quite inexpensive and good value for money.
