Best burger every tasted Met with kind servers Would recommend family and friends great location and food for the price

Actually quite a good burger and decent skin on fries. Vanilla milkshake was good despite being small. Problem will always be that it is still a burger, fried and a milkshake. Better than McDonalds (what isn’t!) but no way should a meal like this cost nearly £25 per head even in London. So end result Food good but massively Overpriced. The decor makes me think of a basic canteen aswell.

We visited Five guys at the o2. We all ordered burgers and enjoyed choosing from the various toppings available! I planned to buy a large fries for my son and I to share but we are advised that regular would be enough - there were so many that they could have fed all 3 of us!!! I ordered a refill and enjoyed the huge range of drinks, especially the grape Fanta (brought back memories from our visit to America last year!!) My mum and son both had milkshakes, which they enjoyed. It was quite pricey but we thoroughly enjoyed it!

I’m a huge fan of five guys burgers generally and was super impressed by the service I received today too (7.30 pm 29 July) I had a problem with an in line order - I let the queue manager know and she really ‘owned the problem’ for me. Ultimately my issue was elevated to the manger who was also extremely helpful. and resolved the problem to my satisfaction. Great going guys, thanks!

This was my first visit to the o2 arena and wanted something to eat. Everywhere had cues outside them so opted for a kind of fast food. We ordered 2 burgers 2 chips and 2 drinks to which I found the prices extortionate for what we received. The total was £43 for the above for me and my son, and we did not even manage to sit down for that price. We had to eat off the five guys sign by the front door. This was not an enjoyable bite to eat before the event we were going to watch. With the cost of everything and the train to London this was an big expense that I had not counted for. Think before you eat here and check prices before buying.

I made a complaint to customer services about the quality of food we had from you, burnt burgers just generally shocking for the money we paid. You responded with lies saying we approached you and had the food remade- at NO POINT did we have food remade for you and I ask you to review CCTV and share this because it's news to me! I am appalled at your lies.

Picked up a burger from here before a show at the 02. We ordered quickly and the burger was ready a few minutes later. The burger was really nice and juicy, just as I’d expect from five guys

A blue light card holder discount of atleast 10% off at weekends and 15% Monday- friday would be appreciated still cant believe they dont. Also kids burger for £5 with a free milkshake with any adult meal would be a good deal for families 1 working parent having to pay for 2 or more is just too pricey but kids absolutely LOVE five guys and the colouring. 1 large chips is enough for 2 children Even me and my mum shared 1 big portion here. Five guys at 02 needs to move to a bigger restaurant or open another one outside the 02

We picked here after seeing the restaurant in other venues, unfortunately it was difficult to understand the staff manning the tills, we didn't get exactly what we asked for, tables outside were not clean (we used our own wipes) and to be honest the burgers didn't have flavour. We spent just shy of £100... Struggling to see value for money.

Ok, this is bound to be a busy restaurant as it's at the O2, but it was total chaos. If I am very bad before I die, this will be the hell I am reincarnated to. Absolutely no organisation for purchasers at all. We queued outside where there are no menus and had to rapidly read the menu as we entered to place our order. The preparation staff were demented, screaming out random order numbers as there are no screens to flash up when orders are ready. The noise was immense. Unbelievably, they were taking Deliveroo orders and there were delivery people fighting their way through the crowds to make pick ups. Why would they not suspend that at busy times? When we finally received our very expensive meal and open the bag, it was clear items had just been lobbed in. The chip cup had been put in upside down, the foil wrap on one of the burgers was undone, so there were bits of gherkin and burger sauce all over them and the bun had separated from the burger. The drink refill stations had run out of almost everything except Sprite and some raspberry thing. Nobody refilled them while we were there. There were no straws and the mayonnaise dispenser was also empty. There were sacks of peanuts but nobody was offered them, so at this branch they seem to be for show. Tasty burger, horrible place.

I'd heard of five guys but never been to one so decided to give it a shot. Service was very quick and good. I had the cajun fries and they were oversalted, cheesburger was great. Honestly I felt the food was twice as expensive as I would like but its an 02 restaraunt so I get it and im not taking a point off for it. If I need to eat something at the arena again I would try something else.

Went with my son before WWE at the 02. Service was good and staff appeared to enjoy working there. As for the price £36 for two regular burgers with regular chips and two milkshakes - Pretty steep but you are at the O2. The Food. Chips were very well cooked and huge portion but far too over salted. The burger was the opposite - needed some salt (well some flavour). Shakes were very good. Probably wouldn't try again due to the price.

Went in to have a quick snack before the concert at the O2 and it was a very well run system, you order then wait until your number is called out. Which is odd way of doing that as you would think an display unit would show the next order number ready like McDonalds does but no its just a person calls it out while it can be very noisy? Anyway the burger was very good and you get plenty of chips if you order Regular. Seating can be limited especially when its very busy. Prices as with all things in O2 are expensive.

Visited for my Birthday and although it was the lunch rush staff were polite and efficient. The burgers are cooked just right and taste absolutely amazing. Myself and two others ordered two ‘little fries’ between us which are locally sourced and taste great. There were plenty in the styrofoam cups provided and even more in the bottom of the bag! With the drinks machine you’re spoilt for choice with some flavours being unavailable to buy in U.K. supermarkets so the free refills certainly come in handy. I then went on to have a milkshake with peanut butter and Oreo cookie pieces chosen from the toppings provided and I highly recommend this combination to anyone who loves the taste of Reeses. Although the price point is higher than most fast food places it’s definitely worth it for the occasional treat.

At Five guys they offer you burgers, dogs, fries, soft drinks. Everything is made for you, i.e. freshly prepared. The concept is good although the quality of food does not always meet expectations. And of course the expectations are high when a simple burger costs 7 pound sterling. In this particular case the burgers weren’t as good, the fries not really hot and the restaurant was lacking cleanliness. I personally like the Coca-Cola drinks machine. It offers a wide range of drinks that you do not get everywhere.

We went to the movies at The O2 and had a burger at Five Guys. I have been there at in the US and the food was as delicious as in America. Tasty burger, loved the spicy fries and efficient food service. It was packed with guests after the cinema, but Burger was ready after 10 minutes.
