Five Guys Staines in Spelthorne

Amazing service from Daniel, we came in one minute before close but were still treated amazingly with fast and polite service👍🏼👍🏼

1 Cheeseburger 1 Little Cheeseburger 1 Small Fries 1 Soda £26.50!!!! Average food, wish I’d gone Mcdonald’s and saved myself £16 Why don’t they include fries with burger price? Rip off. Not coming back.

What an upbeat, warm vibe in Five Guys, Staines on Monday 1st July. The server at the till was friendly and welcoming, I felt I was at a friend's house. Really lovely experience, enjoyed my tasty spicy fries and delicious vanilla milkshake, all served with a friendly smile. So even though I only popped in for a snack, I was served and treated with the same kindness, courtesy and respect as if I'd just ordered for 10 people !! What a great way to serve their Guests. Thank you to my new friend at Five Guys, Staines, you made my day :-)

We were delighted when this place opened up, having used the one in Reading quite a few times when we lived near there. Unfortunately, our first experience wasn't good at all. We ordered our meal via Deliveroo, and when it arrived my daughter's burger bun was mouldy. Luckily I spotted it before she took a bite, but only because I opened it upside down by mistake. As this was Deliveroo, we had to complain to them, but all they did was refund that single burger with no opportunity to speak to the restaurant directly to find out what had happened, and how they were fixing it. I reached out directly to Five Guys on Twitter, with the image below, to explain what had happened, but again due to GDPR they couldn't access Deliveroo orders, and said I had to go through Deliveroo to complain - but they did assure me they would pick it up with the Staines branch. I have no idea if they did, or not, as they never contacted me again. I've no idea what - if anything - was changed at the restaurant, and I can't bring myself to eat there again since it happened. Which is a shame, as until this point we'd really enjoyed their food.

Popped in here for lunch. It was my first Five Guys and I was very pleased, the service was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and tidy and had a relaxed atmosphere. The drink machine had loads of choice and was simple to use. The meal arrived quickly cooked there and then and was Yummy. The burger was juicy and the chips amazing.

I can’t even describe this ..but I’ll have a go . Walked in the restaurant to an absolute bin of a place .. old food all over the place ,dirty tables / floors and the mess , really disgusting,waited a long time for food and blimey the food was beyond bang average . Will not be going back there

Ate hamburgher with grilled mushrooms & bbq sauce. It was nice. The fries were better than McDonald's. Unfortunately they did not have chicken items today. Simple & pleasant ambience.

Acoustics terrible - probably due to the highly minimal decor - which makes dining here a noisy and stressful experience.

What a breath of fresh air! The manager Ashley was polite, friendly and superb at her job. She is a great ambassador for the company. The staff friendly and smiling and restaurant was clean as could be. The food was lovely and fresh and hot out burgers were delicious and chips the best I’ve had in a long time. I would definitely go back.

Food is always great at Five Guys but the service we got today was so good it beat even the food! Thanks to Josh who greeted us with lots of enthusiasm and was pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. You have really made our day.
