Hamburger discreto e patatine buone. Il tutto però servito in una busta di carta dove si mischia tutto (anche se i panini sono incartati con stagnola). Se vuoi prendere qualcos’altro da bere dopo aver pranzato non lo puoi fare perché dicono che possono vendere bevande solo abbinate. Rapporto qualità prezzo discutibile. A Londra ai trova di (molto) meglio allo stesso importo

There was a general manager there who hit me really hard for putting sprite into a water cup when she could have said it kindly. The general manager ruined my experience here , don’t come to this place go to another five guys Becuase the general manager is extremely rude and violent, she also threatened me that they would call the police if I didn’t leave for putting sprite into a water cup. I do not recommend. Horrible experience.

Down stairs, with an out of order lift and being handicapped made for a difficult visit. The order was wrong and the staff were too hurried to care but the lead made everything right when I said something. The Burger was great and so were the chips, but the Milkshakes were more like slushy Chocolate milk.

The beef burger was delicious! I chose lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles with mustard and relish and they all tasted fresh and healthy. The meat was juicy and sweet. I thought Diet Coke at £4.95 was too expensive - ok, it was unlimited refill, but I'd rather if they had regular size drink with less price as I am not a big soft drink drinker. The buns get soggy because it's wrapped in a foil, but it does make it easier to eat, it's less messy. I do wish if they supplied knife so that you can cut it in half. The decor was obviously pop art Andy Warhol style, but did look a bit like warehouse. I personally perfer Eds' decor which looks gorgeous and fun.

Burger was only okay, very expensive and to be honest the restaurant seating area could do with a good clean, was disapointed as my last five guys experience in birmingham was on another level. Shame.

I couldn’t eat the veggie option which was basically a soggy mess of a bun, mushrooms, onion, and peppers. The first bite was so bad I couldn’t eat anymore. Fries were nice. If you don’t eat meat then just have fries because you’ll be wasting your money otherwise. Or Better still go somewhere else.

Took my niece and nephew there - they had veggie and regular burgers and milk shakes. The fries were particularly good. When we saw the calories on the menu we knew why they tasted so good - an occasional treat for sure.

I ate at five guys, excellent food and people there full of life ☺️ people from Romania have a very pleasant vibe, I highly recommend

After visiting the Science Museum, we ate here. One of the greatest hamburgers I have ever eaten! It is quite crowded and nothing fancy, but the taste is priceless!

I've not been in Temple Bar McD's in Dublin since before Covid. That used to hold the title, but it has an excuse: it's in Temple Bar. This joint is like that last US post on the Nang River in "Apocalypse Now" - panicky kids, utter chaos and nobody in charge. I still occasionally get dragged in though. 20 minutes wait for a bacon cheeseburger & fries!... and that's not unusual. The food is decent enough. On the day of a Trades Union march in London, I'd say the service would improve if Five Guys was nationalised by a Labour Government.

The burger was great and actually a fair bit of seating inside. a few tables and chairs outside too unfortunately, the tables were dirty and did not see anyone going around cleaning them.

'Five Guys' is an American fast food restaurant chain focused on hamburgers and fries. It's been around over 35 years, and has over 1,500 outlets in over 20 countries around the world, but only made its mark in the UK just under 10 years ago. This outlet, directly opposite South Kensington underground station, and downstairs in a basement, is a typical 'Five Guys' outlet, with its red and white styling, sacks of potatoes lying around, bathrooms not easy to find, and a huge number of people milling around serving you. This outlet was clean, with tables being regularly wiped and floors swept (not all are like that). I'm not a regular eater of hamburgers, but it does actually make a fine hamburger. The ca=hain is probably second on my list of three hamburger joints I would go to; the top is my Canadian favourite Time Hortons, and third is Shake Shack. We had a pleasant visit to this outlet. There's a vast choice of hamburgers and toppings. Our server was patient, and took details about toppings and cooking preferences. Our burgers were presented as requested: a regular burger and a cheese burger. The helping of fries was enormous, but they do need to lay off the salt - it should be a customer preference rather than a server preference. The fries were just too salty to be perfectly enjoyed. Service was fairly quick, and our server was cheerful and helpful. I'll certainly return to this outlet again if ever I am in South Kensington and fancy a 'Five Guys' burger, or to any other outlets in the chain. I believe the chain has some vegetarian options, but I have not tried those. Entrance is at street level, with an escalator or lift to take you to the restaurant, so it is accessible to those requiring mobility assistance.

I was a bit unsure about using this fast food restaurant because of the reviews on here but found it to be clean, well organised and the staff were friendly. The food was lovely but the chips too salty.

Ok so the fries were good and it was a nice surprise to be able to have a beer but….I was expecting a juicy veggie burger oozing with cheese etc similar to a McPlant. But basically the veggie option was some greasy mushrooms and onions in a soggy bun. Perhaps I missed something but nowadays as a vegetarian you expect a bit more than this!

So nice to be greeted by very pleasant team members in five guys. Dealt with an allergy order well. Tasty food, which yes is on the pricey side, but the meat is good quality and portions are big.

Quite frankly poor came here for a quick bite to eat nearly fell over at the price and then the food it’s self was just bang average at best. The burger it’s self was dripping with Oli and the bacon was burnt black the bun was soggy and I definitely won’t be coming here again

SO I’ve heard about this place a lot and decided it was finally time to try it. I ordered small Cajun fries (which are actually massive so I suggest you get these and don’t go large) an Oreo milkshake with cream and the veggie sandwich with jalapeños and no cheese. Basically the friend were to die for and the milkshake was the best I’ve ever had! The sandwich was a MAJOR disappointment though. It was just a burger bun with vegetables? Apparently which were grilled but they were just a soggy mess and there was no sauce in it either? I don’t understand the point of it if I’m honest. Next time I’ll just get the fries and a shake since paying so much money for a burger bun with mushrooms in it is ridiculous.

1st visit here after a trip to the Museum with my hubby and 2 kids. Managed to find a table although it was quite busy and cramped. Queue was slightly long but was moving quickly. I ordered 2 little burgers (one patty) and 2 little fries for the kids and 1 regular burger (2 patties) and 1 hot dog (beef) for us adults with 2 regular fries , 2 refillable drinks and 2 milkshakes came in at £67 which I definitely found expensive for what ultimately is a burger joint. The food was nice and we did enjoy it but next time I would definitely order less fries as 4 fries was way to much.
