Fishbowl Brixton in Lambeth

Hicimos una reserva para 2 en la calle 21 de febrero y cuando llegamos allí el ambiente estaba apagado para un restaurante, éramos los únicos en el restaurante en ese momento, ya que la reserva se hizo para las 8 pm y no había música, el personal nos estaba mirando y se sentía en general incómodo y desagradable. Sugirieron 3 cabinas de una persona para que nos sentáramos y elegí la del medio de las tres. Conseguimos nuestras bebidas y esperábamos nuestra comida hasta que las lámparas colgantes que estaban colocadas en cada cabina a nuestro lado cayeron y se rompieron por todas partes. La bombilla y el cristal se rompieron en una de las cabinas en las que nos sugirieron sentarnos y si nos hubiéramos sentado allí nos habría perjudicado gravemente. Nos fuimos inmediatamente y enviamos un correo electrónico al restaurante que no hemos recibido una respuesta todavía

Comí aquí con un amigo, la comida era promedio nada realmente emocionante, era agradable y relajante hasta que comenzaron a tocar rimas infantiles, entiendo que había niños allí pero después del trabajo lo último que quería escuchar aquí era música infantil. Definitivamente no volverá.

Sehr sehr gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung und angemessene Preise. Ich empflehle übrigens den Hummer, der sehr lecker war. Vielen Dank für das gute Essen!

Arrived with my family of 7, although we had a reservation we had to wait for our table to be prepared and seated. We ordered 2 lobster boiled bags, 2 seabass fillet and chips 1 sea mix boiled bag, mixed salad and 3 extra large chips along with supply of cocktails and drinks. According to their menu they served the best Pina Colado in London...this was definitely not the case,far too sweet and not enough alcohol. The prawns were not cleaned, when I brought this to the attention of the person serving I was told that breaking the shell was all in the experience of eating at their restaurant...I explained that I eat prawns in the shell all the time but did not expect to be eating poo of uncleaned prawns...I was told that that is how they do it here in this restaurant ???. Some of the lobster was rubbery and unclean and some of the chips where uncooked in the middle... It was also very disappointing that when I pointed out the uncleaned prawns to the server, her attitude then turned cold and presented as some what annoyed, pervious to this she has been welcoming. When we paid the bill the and money was taken and she walked off without a thank you and did not even ask if I wanted a receipt, she walked off so quickly she hadn't heard when I had asked for one...Overall the quality of the food was poor and we found it challenging to describe the flavour of the sauce that the sweetcorn potatoes and seafood was in. It just wasn't very good. My family and I will not be returning there again, we paid for the food, that was poor, over rated and over priced.

Lovely place to eat good customer service and tasty food, cocktails and mock tails were good. I would say it was a 7/10

I took my sister to celebrate her birthday because we wanted something different. From the moment we stepped into FishBowl, we were welcomed by the staff. We didn’t really know what to order so Babs the waiter was ever so friendly and advised us on the menu and my God…we had a blast. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the Atmosphere was cosy. I like the octopus on the ceiling, It was a nice touch. The restaurant surprised my sister with a birthday cake and played Steve Wonder’s Happy birthday song for her as a surprise. I only mentioned to the waiter that it’s was my sister birthday as walked into the restaurant. Never expected the surprise cake. It was really kind of them. All in all, we had a marvellous experience. Thank you Fishbowl for welcoming us and making us have a fantastic time. It’s 5 stars from us💃🏾🎉🥳

It is a nice restaurant but we weren't too impressed with the food, chips rather stiff and just warm salad and fish so so

The food, the staff, the ambiance… loved it all. My second visit and my friends 1st. She was so impressed also, we are already making any excuse for a second dinner date here.
