I've tried a lot of fish and chips in london and this is by far the best. Complimentary fries while you wait for your take away and excellent service!

they send us fully burnt pizza, why they did like this, I’m regular customer, I don’t except from them this type of food. I just want to tell them don’t do again.

stale chicken wings with a microwaved taste, loads of mushy dark veiny meat inside. stale patty, not edible at all. burger sauce dripping onto the sides because theres that much,

the food arrived on time but wasn't hot, and had to be heated up in the microwave, the chips looked like they were cooked twice they were very dark in colour and dry and hard the batter on the fish was thick, I will not be ordering from there again

Food was delivered, cold, 30 minutes earlier than the specified delivery time. Due to this I hadn’t reached home and the delivery driver instead woke up my father.

Delivered the wrong order and by the time they came back to collect the wrong order and give me the new one, the food was cold. Food was also not great. Second time this has happened

a After waiting over an hour for my order, there was a mistake. I tried calling the restaurant and the delivery guy numerous times. I eventually got through to both and I was told that they would be sending the correct order, I waited for over half an hour for them, however, I never received it.

Delivery had 30 minutes added on and still had to call to find out when our food was coming. Was told only one driver working and delivery on its way ended up waiting 2 hours would of cancelled if not paid by card. Luke warm food abysmal delivery times no compensation or good will gesture. Not Good!

So firstly I placed an order over £12 so it should have been delivery, however, I was charged an additional £1. As if that wasn't enough the food arrived COLD ans fish was as hard as a rock!! So I called the place and informed them of how rubbish their food was and that they should up there seevice seeing as they have so many negative reviews which all follow the same complaint as I did and guess what.. the guy on the phone denied the food was cold and that he made it fresh and accused me of lying! All I said was I'm calling you to give feedback and he turned around and said 'write whatever you want on your review, I don't care'! DO NOT GIVE THIS IGNORENT PLACE ANY CUSTOM.

Everything about the food was great except for the Kebab. The Kebab tasted stail and not fresh. The rest tasted great and fresh. I loved the chips and the cod, the Kebab meat just needs to be improved when it comes to it's freshness.

Direct into the rubish. This time my food taste like second hand food...6 wings taste like 3 times fried, and from onion rings, fish, chips and chicken burger i can't take more than 1 bite!!! Even the pickle onion was bad! Disgusting! I will not order again! I expect a full refund for this!

20 minutes late (not including the additional 25 minutes from the restaurant added on to delivery time). quality of food was poor! fish was hard and chips looked filthy! also ordered extra portion of chips but these were a completely different brand to that in the fish and chips meal?! a weird terracotta colour and hard as rocks! binned straight away They also wouldn't give me a refund. This was the WORST kebab I've ever had in my whole life. Awful.

Delivery was faster than stated. Shish Kebab was too burnt and very stale dry. 😖tasteless. Chips very chunky and hot. Could have done with more salad.

very very bad oredered a kebab and chips got sent a kids small box with just a few chips and just a few strips of doner meat,, no salad , no sauce nothing,, also i oredered naan bread and didnt even get it and a bbq dip not received all bearing in my mind i been charged for everything and to top it off turned up 2 hours late
