Stayed at a hotel and ordered a pizza from here. Spoke to them on the phone to make sure they didn't add certain topping and repeated it for good measure. It was 40 mins there and back. When we got back the pizza had toppings on we didn't want, and had told them. Rang them up to complain and they didn't want to know which as a traveller is even more frustrating because its unlikely you'll be back in a hurry. Terrible service avoid if you can

We ordered two pizzas off uber eats not only was the price reasonable but the quality of the pizzas were amazing! One of the best pizzas i had in Bristol. Not only that they were happy to swap toppings they even gave us free samples of delicious oreo milkshakes! Couldnt be happier:)

Placed an order online just over 20 minutes later it was at my door! Quick service pizza was lush and the Nutella pizza snores out of this world. You can forget any other pizza company as this one is amazing I ordered because of a leaflet that came through my door. You are my new guilty pleasure

Best pizza in Bristol hands down!! Proper stone baked pizza yet it’s cheaper than any rubbish fast food pizza place, £6 at lunch and £7 at dinner. Service is always quick, easy, and the guys are really friendly. Just remember to collect instead of ordering to get a super cheap pizza!!!

Ordered 3 Pizzas in their £25 deal. They were delicious, fresh and the base was to perfection - I had to collect as you don't deliver to my area, it would be great if you branch your delivery radius out Emersons Green / Lyde Green way, I'm sure you will get lots of custom!

Nice pizza and quick delivery but I ordered with them directly online after finding them on deliveroo so I could make some order notes and take some toppings off and they weren't looked at. If possible please make it easier to amend toppings as I can't eat mushrooms as an example but on the veggie option. Thank you

I ordered through Deliveroo and the delivery got messed up but even though it didn't get delivered straight away they still managed to fix the problem and even gave me extra pizza and the pizza is very good quality would recommend if u want a good pizza buy here and milkshake was creamy it was like a orgasm in my mouth would order again

We pre-ordered 27 pizzas for our Under 11's football presentation as well as a late notice order for 6 pizzas for our kids school leavers party in the park. The customer service both in store and outside of the store was first class. 27 piping hot pizzas all delivered at the same time with no issues at all. All of the Pizzas and sides were delicious and all the kids and parents commented on the quality - nice one team! we'll 100% be ordering from you again in the near future!

We ordered for collection on a Tuesday afternoon - We arrived early and even so our pizzas were ready at the exact time we'd previously been told. Local looks clean and looked after, the staff were really focused and I was amazed at the pace they were keeping considering how hot it's been this week. Ingredients looked really fresh and properly stored as well. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 is because I wish there was a little more variety for vegetarian toppings. I would've loved to be able to get some feta cheese. Much better than Domino's and it's by a landslide (Much better quality/price). If you're hesitant to try them, go for it! You're missing out otherwise 🍕

We use Fireaway for pizza for our pub pool teams - they always deliver promptly and in great condition. No problem handling large orders all at once either - they all arrive hot. Highly recommended.
