Was delivered a pizza missing 2 ingredients that were extra cost, my wife phoned up and was told a new pizza was on the way at no further cost, was surprised that the manager turned up and personally apologised to us which was a very nice touch. Thank you Arnold for the assistance, the pizza is always delicious here and you have 2 very happy customers here. Excellent customer service!!!

One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. There was barely any topping on the pizza and it was overdone as well. It was dry and sad. The garlic bread was super dry. Disappointing...

Fantastic vegan and vegetarian options. We asked for vegan cheese which was sensational and complimented our pizza really well. Tasty, fresh and the base is freshly made!

The shop is clean and bright. We learnt that the kitchen had just that day retained its food and hygiene 5 star rating. We sat in just because we came far to try it out. It was functional, but that is just what we needed! The food was delicious, really perfect pizza base, made fresh daily, we had a mexican and a buffalo pizza, with potato wedges and chicken wings, plenty for us to fill up and still take some home. The two staff there were delightful, and were very kind helping with suggestions etc. Definitely recommend.

Recently visited Fireaway Pizza in Epsom under its new management and I was thoroughly impressed! The pizza was absolutely delicious – perfectly baked with fresh, flavourful toppings. The service was outstanding; the staff were friendly and made sure we had a great experience.

This place is an absolute joke. Ordered 3 pizzas/wings/drink meal combo at 9:05pm on Uber Eats. Store accepted order with an estimated delivery time between 9:15-9:35pm - which I initially thought ambitious for a Friday evening. Fast forward to 10:45pm (over 20 attempts calling the various numbers registered to Fireaway Epsom - which are “temporarily unavailable” - convenient, an email and messages via their instagram account), we have no updates and no pizzas. Cancelled the order in the end by calling Uber eats customer helpline. Fully refunded thankfully. You’d get better customer service from meth’d up call girl. Bunch of helmets!

Ordered from the Epsom branch, said delivery would be 15-25 mins. No sign of it after 30mins so tried ringing, straight to voicemail. Tried multiple times, turns out it was coming from Worcester park instead but no one thought to tell me. Turned up after an hour, stone cold. Rang and complained and he offered a refund which has not happened yet. Diabolical, avoid them!

I would never recommend this place to anyone, completely unhygienic and non fresh items used for cooking. specially chefs never put on their gloves. I wonder how Govt council is letting this kind of business owners maintain restaurant like this, completely looks glitch to me.

Would recommend ordering through a delivery app rather than direct through their website. Impossible to get an update on delivery and phone is never answered. Great pizza as always though

AVOID. Absolute joke of a place. My pizza took two hours to arrive, was stone cold and no apology offered. I didn’t even order at a peak time. Looking at previous reviews, they know how useless they are as they don’t want to be contacted whilst you wait for your order. They disconnect the phone leaving you completely in the dark. Other people have complained about this, with the Manager stating it wouldn’t happen again. It’s still happening. Overpriced, poor pizza and they lie to their customers. Many better pizza places in Epsom to give your business to. “Designer pizza in 90 seconds”? They couldn’t even get mine to me in 90 minutes. Embarrassing.

Ordered two different pizzas (via deliveroo) and both were largely flavourless. For the amount it cost, it was incredibly disappointing, have honestly had better frozen pizza. Won't order from here again.

Great Calzone, really easy menu, definitely worth going to ahead of normal highstreet chains

There's about 4 pizza shops along this part of Epsom but this is the only one worth going to. The guy who served us was friendly and makes a top pizza!

Rony made me the best pizza I’ve ever had it sooooooo tasty

This evening my partner ordered two pizzas and two salads at 19:29 on Just Eat. It finally arrived at 21:13, when the original ETA was 25-30mins. We tried to phone the restaurant countless times to find out what was going on/what had gone wrong, but the phone line was permanently engaged. I could only assume that they had taken the phone “off the hook”. My partner used the text functionality on the Just Eat app to contact the restaurant instead, to which he did get a prompt response. Sorry and your food will arrive soon seemed to be the default reply. After further waiting he then requested some money off as this was offered by Just Eat, but whether he will get a partial refund remains to be seen. Reading between the lines it would seem that the restaurant could not cope with demand, maybe? If this is the case then stop accepting orders to deliver, just like other restaurants do. When the pizzas arrived they were delicious, thankfully. But this DOES NOT compensate having to wait over an hour for a pizza delivery, no matter how they’re prepped/cooked. As a result it is unlikely we would place an order to deliver again. Hopefully collection might be better????? UPDATE (5th September 2022) - the restaurant refused my partner a partial refund even though JUST EAT had suggested one was due , as a result of the very late delivery. No customer service on top of a poor takeaway experience means we will never order from here again. AVOID!

I ordered a pizza through Fireaway via Uber Eats. I ordered this nearly two hours ago, I rang the restaurant and no response. Uber eats says I should have received it, to ring the restaurant and update them when it finally arrives. It’s now nearly 1am, guess it’s not coming and I will go to bed without dinner and without a refund as you won’t accept my cancel request?

I used to work at this pizza shop but this chef is so dirty that when he makes pizza he doesn't wash his hands before he does anything else. Once he makes the milkshake he doesn't wash it again. So very very bad service please don’t order anyone in this shop

The fireaway App is somewhat of a mess but that could be me. The three stars are for the food, bland, tough and poor customer service. Such a shame.

Amazing pizza and desserts were great- 10/10

My partner & I popped into Fireaway in Epsom last night after visiting the cinema. We chose two pizzas to go: the Roma (pepperoni with jalapenos) & the Burner (peppers, jalapenos and chillies) along with two Caprese salads. The pizzas were really well made, quickly cooked and tasted delicious. Highly recommended.

Ordered a salad and a pizza. The salad had olives in which were clearly out of date and mouldy, spat out as soon as tasted. No dressing either, was basically olives,sweetcorn and onions in a cardboard bowl. Do not recommend

This company thinks it's ok to order 50,000 designed and printed leaflets to promote their business and NEVER pay for them. No idea what the pizza is like!

Over 90 mins from order for delivery. 50mins from when yhey said it had left the shop. Pizza was cold when arrived

Excellent pizza and best service ever

Godawful, so many thing wrong with the order. We ordered some calzones, milkshakes and garlic bread and messed up on so many things. The calzones were way too doughy and greasy, with taste consisting mostly of just the sauce. The milkshake I ordered was bland, supposed to be bubblegum but only tasted like vanilla They also didn’t properly write down the order as there were ingredient that we had told them to not include but were included anyways. Overall would not recommend. Just sucks

The Fireaway Epsom has absolutely amazing customer service, open till late, banging pizza served quick hot and with a smile. Always go back and never disappointed. Would recommend with the highest of kind regards. xx

Twice now they have accepted my order and not been able to deliver. Everytime I try to call for an update, the number is busy.

Ordered here on a Friday night was very good. But the food wasn’t too warm by the time it arrived for delivery via just eat. It was also a little late. But pizza was very good and I would use again.

One of the most consistent pizza places in the area, real fresh dough, unlimited toppings, stone oven baked and no grease atall. Can't fault them on the price or delivery time either. Their chicken strips are also great.

Just amazing! Absolutely stunning pizza. So quick, I mean from ordering on their website to the driver ringing the doorbell it took 17 mins! The pizza was piping hot. Fresh ingredients. No grease. Didnt feel heavy and sluggish afterwards. Best pizza place I've had outside Italy, certain in the UK. Tips: - Always order on their website, better prices, no commissions & full menu. - Avoid Worcester Park store, went there less than a week ago, pizza was good, but not hot and on time like here! Overall amazing pizza, service, Hot & on time. Very very impressed! Keep up the good work Epsom!!
