A little stodgy for me but, was fresh, not too salty and quicky delivered. Good pizza place on balance.

Good pizzaria that makes pizzas in 15 minutes, has vegan cheese, lunch promotions and has delivery. There was only a miscommunication and I ended up with 2 vegan margheritas when I only asked for one.

Bought this buffalo sausage pizza from 1st time in Fireaway and honestly 10/10 flavour fresh and delicious definitely will back

Wow.... Just 11 minutes from ordering online via their website to receiving a knock on the front door. Genuinely surprised when I heard the knock as the drive takes 2 minutes minimum. Vegan wings were decent as well.

As a regular at our local pizza place, I can confidently say that their Amalfi pizza, especially with my customisations, is second to none. We ordered a pizza and it never arrived - never got money back. Shocking service

Friendly staff, and pizza order/delivery is always very quick.

It is 22.45 on Friday 23 Feb and they are refusing to serve us despite the door saying they are open until 11pm + we are still able to walk in. Ridiculous unless they advertise to the contrary.

Turned away before the closing time and whilst I was still able to walk in. False opening hours.

Ordered from here two times and my order didn’t show up. Apparently the driver called me four times but I haven’t received a call. When I called the restaurant, they said they couldn’t do anything and we should contact deliveroo- very unhelpful. We contacted deliveroo and they said the restaurant won’t refund us.

Ordered online. Gluten free options, the GF pizza dough is really good, would not tell the diffrence between the normal dough. Tasty pizza, could be a little bit better priced, extra £4 for gluten free base. Generally I do recommend.

Absolutely ridiculous from fireaway. Ordered a calzone that came after 15 mins upon ordering. The calzone arrived wet and not cooked at all. Called fire away to get a new one. Another 10 mins passed by upon getting the replacement and the calzone was the same as the first one, wet, cheese not melted and soggy dough. Last time I order from them! Stay away! Very poor.

Very little topping with no cheese.Tasted like dry bread. I won't ever go there again. Quite pricy for the quality of pizza. Regret going there. Lesson learned .

Top quality pizzas, probably the best pizza in the area. Deffo try the Oreo milkshake if you get the chance🤌🏽

Pizza is not really nice. It tastes like the cardboard is placed on and sour. Shame as the staff was nice despite the late delivery

Visited the shop 2 weeks ago, on entrace we were met with judgemental looks, yes we were in working uniforms( we are decorators by the way). We happened to work in the area and was so happy to see Fireway pizza there, as every single Friday we have delivery but from Orpington one, that's how much we love it. We are trying to cut on how much we eat and we asked for a half half and guys behing the till told me they can but will be more expensive, haha they assume we cannot afford the meal I assume. Anyways we also asked for their famous kinder cookie but was told we can have it frozen, oddly we have it every week baked. Anyways when pizza was ready it was undone on top and burned on bottom and was very much steeper on toppings. Would probably never return and was disappointed with the whole service. Manners is what staff needs to work on

Ok lets get straight into this. It's great. My first time ordering here and I absolutely will be again. Rahul my delivery driver was quick communicative and got my food to me while it was still warm and early for my delivery time. It's packed all in specific branded pots that make it stand out as being quality over the array of cheap pizza and chicken places out there. I had the hand made wedges with parmesan my only criticism is these were a little starchy and my fault if I was to order them again I wouldn't have the parmesan but they were still nice even with my own mistake. The chicken strip's have a variety of flavours and spices you can have I had the BBQ and they were delicious. I think these strips are pretty standard like I feel like I've had them before but they've added to the taste by enhancing them with their own flavours making them really delicious. The pizza I had the pepperoni calzone with olives in it. This was the main event and it really stood up. Just being able to get a calzone from a local pizza place is rare but this was really great. Would definitely recommend.

Bad customer service, rang up afew days ago for a order to be made by delivery. Today I rang up again and the guy on the phone just says to order online and he can’t take order after they did afew days ago. Pizza is amazing but from the reviews the staff need training and better management

Let’s get it right this should even be called a pizza shop got 2 pizzas for collection as the worse pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life and I mean worse a ristorante frozen pizza is litteraly a 10/10 compared to this place stay away !

I made an order for 2 pizzas, which never got delivered. When I went into the shop to pick it up they refused to sort it out. I advise you to stay away and order from somewhere else.

Have been waiting for an hour and a half now … and still waiting … called about 45’ ago and been told it was going to be about 15’. Called 30’ later nobody answering the phone. Tried again and again and then been told the driver was going to be here any minute ! STILL WAITING… no matter how good the pizza will be probably not going to order from here ever again. Would totally not recommend if you have a call planned . Also terrible service .

Chance visit and had a takeaway from Fireaway Pizza 🍕 at Chislehurst! It was one of best pizzas 🍕 I have had in a long time! Their Signature Pizza BBQ Boss was surprisingly delicious 😋 😋 😋 - I think partly due to added topping of chillies 🌶! Their BBQ Base was lush! Their Price is bit on the upper edge but quality and taste make it up! They meat is halal too! 👌 😍 A must try!

Edited. Uber Eats has now refunded the charges. STAY AWAY do not order food. This dodgy restaurant accepts your order on Uber Eats, cancels and then charges for the food!

The food came around 30 mins late which was whatever however when eating the chicken wings were burned & pizza was hardly cooked. It sorta just felt like a dinner cooked from home which is disappointing as the reviews seem to be great!

Love the pizza but my god are they late when delivering. Waited almost 2 hours twice now.. but I probably will do again (as it is really good food) and just know I have to order so in advance of my hunger.

I was so excited to see a new fire away restaurant open a year ago. We’ve had 3 orders before. 2 successful and great. Thank you. The third order, I placed around order a year ago, was missing items and we received a apologetic call from a lady at the restaurant offering a free pizza next time we ordered as good will. But the next time, On ordering the goodwill pizza offer was Removed and the error was blamed on Deliveroo and we were told they had no record of it. Tonight we’re at a friends house, giving it another go and ordering to feed 8 people and we’ve had 2 deliveries so far which are still not complete. I later found a milk shake left dumped on the street outside. Again, it’s been pushed back onto Deliveroo …. And despite numerous calls to resolve, It’s clear that no one in house really cares. I’ve tried to explain the food is good but the service is falling short which is a shame. We’ve been hung up on and treated with discontempt.

Absolutely delicious pizza and sides. The chicken strippers are so tasty and potato wedges. Our pizzas are always so yummy and fresh. Lovely friendly shop. Highly recommend if you want proper pizza!!

First time trying this place. Both mine and the children's pizzas were burnt. My wife ordered the halloumi salad and said it's was disappointing inadequate. Not sure I will be going back in hurry.

Pizza and garlic bread arrived was burnt all over and not edible spoke to the restaurant for a refund and we were told that customers like there pizza well done this is not good enough refused to update there deliveroo app so that we couldn't make a complaint all round disappointment dont eat here the orpington branch is so much better

Really tasty pizza. Super quick. Base, tomato sauce and cheese good quality. Meat and toppings could have been higher quality, but still tasty. Reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and polite but the atmosphere was dead and some of the staff were just stood there looking lost / a bit spaced out. Good to have a fresh tasty pizza option nearby that isn't also a kebab/burger/fishshop/chickenshop.

We've been recently having your pizzas and there really good the variety of toppings and sauce. For those that our looking for some pizza to order I highly recommend fire away because they have quick delivery and great food. I would though ask if you can have different sizes of pizzas so theres more choices so costumers wouldn't get bored of the current sizes. Thx

2 hours late for our delivery. Rang them twice for an update. First time I rang when it was half an hour late they apologised and added a can of San pellegrino but said it was going out for deliery now. 50 mins later I had to ring again and it had only just left so I was lied to. When it finally arrived 25mins later it was cold. Wasn't even good pizza. Thought we'd be getting Italian style pizza with a charge of £13.99 but its just standard greasy takeawy pizza. Couldnt get a refund as delivery had already left and the uber app wasn't working. Will stick to franco manca for better pizza at 2/3 the cost. Offered 10% for next time we order. Should have given full refund. AWFUL!

I ordered a build your own pizza with extra cheese on Sunday night 30th August and I have to say it was the worst pizza I have ever had. I only wanted pepperoni, chorizo and crispy onions on it - they phoned to say they don't do chorizo, so I said make it up with extra pepperoni - it arrived with only 7 slices on pepperoni on it!! £16.49 it cost! I'm gob-smacked they sent it out like this. Never again! UPDATE In response to your reply - which was almost as dishonest as the pizza you sold me - the delivery charge was not included in the £16.49. That cost an extra £4.25 plus a service charge of 50p which brought the total bill up to £21.24. You sell 12" pizzas which are cut into 8 and there were just seven ordinary sized slices of pepperoni on it - you forgot the crispy onions by the way. It didn't occur to me to open the box and check the contents in front of the delivery man before he left - I have never had to do that, ever. I wish I had, because I would have given it straight back to him and demanded a refund from you. It was an absolute joke and I reiterate that I am shocked that you would send a pizza like that out to a customer. You are a brand new business - I would have thought that you would be looking to impress people not disgust them. I would strongly advise all your customers to check the contents of their delivery before accepting it from your outlet.

I tried this type pizza first time and honestly, i think its the best pizza as it has more of taste of toppings and less of taste of the bread, i would definately recommend to give it a try if you want to taste something different

Chislehurst has needed a place like this for a long time. Delicious food and pizza plus its always a pleasure going in there as the staff are very friendly and respectful. I hope many more people discover this place, I totally recommend them.

I'm not sure about these other reviews. This was tasty, fresh, large portions. Restaurant was clean, well decorated and staff friendly. Only reason not 5* was 1 of our pizzas was incorrect. They did offer to cook another but was home so they have agreed on a free pizza next order. We will see!

Very good Napolitana style pizza with a thin but springy crust cooked with the proper amount of charring. Note that some reviewers seem to mistaken the charred pizza as being burnt. The ingredients were good and the right amount for thin crust as well.

Burnt, hardly any toppings, hardly any sauce. Not good at all.

I ordered a pizza from here yesterday evening for me and my friends. I can confidently say that this was one of the best pizzas I have had for a long time. In addition to this, the service arrived swiftly. I would definitely recommend fireaway pizza for anyone interested in a delicious stone baked pizza.

Dunno about you all.... but I ordered a pizza here and was there in person there food taste delicious there milkshakes are are absolutely awesome fast and speedy staff were well responsive and helpful 5 stars guys keep it up 100% ordering again

The pizza was very thin and they are very tight with their toppings and the base of the pizza was burnt
