Went here for a hot drink late in the afternoon then came back for dinner later that night. Service staff were quick and polite which is a good start. The menu had a good variety to choose from (salads, quiches, pasta, pizza even kebabs) so everyone had something different. All portions were a good size, the salad and vegetables in the dishes were fresh which meant they were tasty. It wasn't busy there on the Monday so it was reasonably calm for a central London cafe.

Went here for breakfast, ordered the full English. Really good sausage (and I don't normally like sausage). Huge portions. The mountain of toast that came with breakfast was really nice, lovely, buttery brown bread. Really good coffee. The place was really busy but service was fast and friendly. Would definitely go back for breakfast. Very reasonably priced, they do add a service charge for checks over 20 pounds but it was well deserved.

Stopped here for coffee and an early lunch. Had bagels with excellent sausages and bacon, cream cheese and cucumber, and sausage and scrambled egg. Not exactly fancy fayre, but really tasty, fast service, and a great spot by the window to sit and watch life. Service was polite and good humoured considering junior kept dropping his cutlery. Would go again.

Nothing special here - maybe if you want to enjoy a coffee or tea and people watch this is a good location. Food is ok - had the smoked salmon bagel and the tomato and cheddar sandwhich. They were what they are, nothing special. Service wasn't very good. It's like the waitresses couldn't be bothered to take your order or give you the bill. Our waitress in particular came up behind me and asked what we wanted versus coming next to our table where we could both see her. Since she was behind me looking over my shoulder I ordered pointing to the menu. Getting the bill took forever - 20 minutes later it arrived. Go somewhere else. There are many more cafes and restaurants near this one.

Beware there is a 10% service charge if your orders over £20. Would recommend and it is close to the cheap ticket booths if you want to see a show.

Dianna our waitress was there with a smile as soon as we walked in, offered us a good table and when the time came to pay up and move out Dianna was prompt and efficient. Fiori Corner is here right next to the tube station for people with huge appetites, judging by the sizes of the dishes piled high with steaming falafel and meatball sandwiches in particular. We had their cherry cheesecake and carrot cake and it was really delicious with the cappuccino. This place is so convenient and the quality of service and food is unquestionably 4 star.

If you are a falafel-lover look no further than this gem of a restaurant, situated right opposite the Leicester Square underground, in the heart of London. We stumbled across this place at the drunken end of a night-out and have been going back ever since. The falafels are good enough to convert non-vegetarians to vegetarians and honestly, their homemade garlic and chilli sauces are unbelievably amazing. The falafels themselves are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, and don't taste raw or undercooked like most places. The waitresses are friendly and the place is always bustling. The prices are fantastic for the quality of food and the best part is it's open really late. Fiori is a place you can go to when you want a nice informal dinner that won't burn a hole in your pockets or a go-to spot for the after alcohol tummy rumbles. So far, whatever I have tasted on their menu has been great and I would recommend this cafe/restaurant to anybody who wants quality food (especially falafels) in the heart of London.

Visited here with my husband mid September 2012 for breakfast. Great selection and generous servings. Didn't try the tasty looking fry-up but the bagels with bacon or cream cheese and salmon are great. Good coffee. Generous servings means that it works out at good value for money. Ended up paying several visits because apart from good food the service is quick and it's great to sit on the corner and watch the world rushing by. Having said that, on our last morning we visited an hour later than normal, around 9.45am, and the place was full so service was considerably slower, so eat earlier if you need to get on. They also do take aways. We will visit on any future visits to London.

We dined here as a result of not being able to find our original choice-battery on Iphone died so we no longer had a map. We had passed a few italian eateries which werent very busy but decided to continue walking.Spotted this place because it was just SO busy-i took that as a good sign because why else would so many people be sat there.Weren't exactly sure of the process here at first, we couldnt work out if this was similar to a fast food restaurant where we would order our food, pay and then find seats, or if we wait to be seated-luckily one of the over worked waitresses noticed us and seated us. we placed our order with her a few minutes later-penne mozarella and a vegetarian pizza with fries. From the decor I wasnt really expecting the food to be memorable. I was disappointed that our fries arrived and then we had nothing for at least 5 minutes so had to eat the fries as if they were a starter. i'd also asked for mayonnaise which didnt come until the mains arrived. When our pizza arrived it looked fine and the pasta dish looked like a standard pasta bake. Tried the pizza and I was impressed, but then we tried the pasta-OH MY GOD it was amazing. There wasn't that watery taste that most tomato based sauces have. It was the yummiest pasta my partner and i have ever tried. We were only disappointed by the fact that we were werent hungry enough to devour all of our food. the fries were standard so nothing to get excited about, the pizza was better than most pizzzas-this pizza had a real base, but the pasta was the highlight.the food plus drinks for 2 came to about £30.We went again the following night after having had our meal in another restaurant came to Firori's for coffee and dessert-they have a huge selection of yummy looking desserts which i hadnt been able to try the previous night. I chose a slice of chocolate cake which was lovely. I dont know if they bake their own cakes, but accompanied by my white coffee the chocolate cake tasted absolutely delicious. Another point to note is that i dont usually like filter coffee, i just like the smell but i drink instant coffee, but the coffee here was definitely drinkable. Will be coming here again for some pasta when i next visit London.

My partner and I went to this cafe as we didn't want to pay £16 each in the hotel and I'm very glad we did. We both had full english breakfast (sausage, tomato, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 eggs, either beans or mushrooms and 2 rounds of toast) and a cup of tea. It was freshly cooked and tasted lovely and more to the point kept us going all day without the need for lunch all for £20.We returned the next day too for more of the same. We will definitely go back next time we are in London rather than eating pre cooked, greasy rubbish in the hotel.

Having failed to get into the famous Gaby's because it closes at 7.30pm on Sundays (In the middle of Theatreland!) we went over to Fiori's. The young staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The meal of various pasta offerings was well prepared, hot and the portions generous. The pastries and coffee were excellent.Overall it was a far better experience than I had anticipated taking into account the location and I would have no qualms about returning. I cannot describe Fiori's as "Very Good" but it does deserve more than "Average",say, "Very Good" .When I worked in Mayfair the restaurant scene in Mount Street was dominated by a variety of restaurants all owned by the Fioris, a delightful family of true restauranteurs in the old fashioned sense. I wonder if this place is the next generation of that family. Can anyone help?

The staff is pitiful. We went in the evening of the New Year's Eve there thinking that it was a good restaurant. Regrettably the menu which was presented to us was in no way the same that the menu shown outside. We paid a very high price for two plates of pasta. Service was a bit slow, but in fairness the place was busy. We had a cup of coffee and cake and we paid 25 pounds in total, which we thought was very expensive. Quality of cakes was very good, but not enough reason to pay so much. I think they take advantage of the fact there are so many tourists around.

I visited Fiori Corner on a Saturday evening after a very busy day and was glad to have made the opportunity.I had a drink of beer, pizza and a licqeur coffee all for less than £20. Particularly welcome as the setting for this restaurant is the heart of London's theatre and cinema districts. The food is lovely and the service is professional and friendly. Although we didn't make a reservation, a table was found straight away in this bustling restaurant. The surroundings also add to the atmosphere with it's open doors on to the outside eating area. The only downside is that the busy nature of the restaurant is a bit cramped. All in all, a decent restaurant for an evening out... and their morning coffee is nice too.

My partner and I have been passing Fiori quite often so the last time we went to Leicester Square on 24 January, we gave it a try for an after meal desert.Upon coming in as I usually come to a restaurant/cafe, I smiled to the attendant. She replied with a cold look. I thought OK, that was not very polite but maybe she was just busy. There were only 2 seats left by the window so my partner went there first, wanting to reserve the seats while I was to order our meal and drink. But before we were even near the table, another waitress with a very strong foreign accent stopped us as asked very rudely and coldly "Do you want to eat or drink?" to which I replied "Maybe some drink (it is a cafe, the first thing on your mind would be to grab a cup coffee/tea!)The waitress said "We don't do drink-only here" in which my partner replied "Well my girlfriend wants to have some desert as well". She replied again, very rudely "Ok you wait I will clean the table first".. but we were so put off by her impoliteness that we left the place immediately! I remember even slamming the door! I could hear the other cafe staffs commenting on my shock in a FOREIGN LANGUAGE! How rude! First of all if you do not let customers to have only drink (quite odd in a big city like London I must say), then let them know prior coming into the cafe. Put a notice board on the door "Sorry we do not do drinks-only".If you really must tell the customers orally then do it politely. I swear to you I receive better service in budget sidewalk stalls in Jakarta, Indonesia then in Fiori. Not recommended.
