What an absolute gem of a place this coffee shop is. Drove to Harrow to have my car fixed and found this little oasis while I waited. Beautiful frothy hot chocolate, a vegetarian breakfast and a slice of homemade jaffa cake were all equally delicious. Lovely friendly staff and a very clean WC. Highly recommended 👌

Standard subway fare and was good enough to change gloves due to my food allergy

I ordered 4 foot long sub which are very bad, they are treating very horrible specially staff named MEECH who is talking very rude very arrogant. Even she is denying for tisses. The sub quality is ridiculous.

Had the tuna foot long sandwich and as usually it was yummy.

Good sandwiches as always, but the ambiente was not really good. We were 4, and almost had to eat standing, but the couple who was eating in the only table finished and gave it to us.

Extremely rude staff! Asked for a specific bread and she said she didn’t have that one, I asked for which ones she had and gave me attitude and turned very aggressive, genuinely felt she was gonna hit me. Never coming back!

- Half the ingredients (toppings) were unavailable - No card payment available - Unskilled, too rushed preparation (my sandwich was cut all the way which made it messy to eat - also toppings and sauce were thrown on quickly and hastily) - Very high prices, a footlong sub is almost £10 I would not recommend anyone to come here. Unfortunately the next branch is a bit far away.

It says its open till 21:00 and I came to the shop at 18:20 and it was closed... hope I could give 0 star for the online timing.

Subway is always pretty consistent quality and taste wise among their branches and the Victoria one is no different, good quality, tasty, fresh food at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and there's never seems to be more than a 5 minute wait to be served.

Asked if I could redeem more Subway points, Answer NO. There is too many other food options in this location to ever need to visit this Subway again. PS. Staff member was friendly. Went back 4th time in 4 weeks (from 20th Nov) still not allow to gain or use any Subway point.

Good for breakfast but the only problem is their clients are stingy and won't allow vouchers.

This is a small Starbucks with only about 10 seats. We went for breakfast and grabbed a couple muffins, a yogurt, and teas. The service was solid and quick. The food was good. Fortunately we were able to grab a seat.

Served by a guy called Chris and he was very polite and professional. Then, I left my bag there and he offered to bring it near where I live after his shift. What a hero! He definitely deserves a pay rise!

It went in to get breakfast a couple of days ago and walked out as I was told it had finished. Regrettably I went back 2 days later to get lunch. What a mistake! The staff were so rude and miserable! When It came to putting salad in my sandwich they just looked at me so I said tomato at which point they grabbed lettuce so I said no tomato and then the service got slower and more miserable.....I think I even saw the cut peppers start to wilt with sadness!I didn’t enjoy the food whatsoever afterwards.

It's subway. You pay alot for a mediocre footlong sandwich and a drink. I had the meatball Mariana with extra cheese. The server was rather stingy with the meatball Mariana filling and somehow the bread was really soggy. Even with the extra cheese I had ordered to help bind the sandwich together the sandwich had the structural integrity of damp toilet paper. I don't know how this franchise survives with competitors who are situated nearby and are far cheaper and of better quality.

Friendly people, efficient service, very reasonable prices but the food is nothing remotely special.

Subways are pretty much the same the world over. This didn't fail. Bread good. Ingredients good. Staff very quick to serve the lunchtime trade. Wish there were a couple more tables.

맛대가리 개없슴 ; 샌드위치 진짜 지금까지 먹어본 서브웨이 중에 제일 맛없고 콜라는 무슨 탄산 다 빠지고 쿠키도 너무 딱딱한게 좀 오래된거 같았어요

I was recently in Selby Subway, as I often go but received a very surly reception from the manager. i wasn't happy with the filling on my sandwhich so complained and received a very poor reception. The manager was more than happy to argue with me about her experience and how good she is at her job, without listening to what I wasn't happy with or trying to rectify it. I paid and was just filling up my drink when I could here this member of staff being very sarcastic about meand laughing to members of the public. Now this unprofessional member of staff was your manager there and was so childish as to try and have a dig and be very sarcastic about me whilst I was still standing there! Im pretty sure customer care and respect to the customer is advised. I am absolutely appalled by the behaviour of your staff - this manager. She was very abrupt and didn't listen at all to what I was saying - but then to call me to customers is absolutely disgusting. I wont be going back and I advise anyone who expects a certain level of professionalism and customer care to stay away!!!!! THIS SUBWAY THOUGH IS NOT LIKE THAT! 5 STAR FOR SUBWAY GREATNESS.

Quick and easy sandwich for lunch.

A subway is a subway. The food itself was as expected I bloody love a good subway.. it was the guy behind the counter that made me score a 3. He was uninterested to the point of seeming almost rude. The place itself seemed clean and everything else you'd expect from a subway. Minor note - no chilli heatwave Doritos 👎 from me but I imagine it's got more to do with their local clientele than anything else!

Awful food.. differently priced from other subs.. staff is very rude and not helpful.. worst sub experience ever. There were flies all over our food.. seems unhygienic.. if u don't wanna catch an illness, don't visit this place.

Le pire subway que j'ai vu de ma vie. L'accueil est tout sauf chaleureux nous avons eu à attendre avant d'être pris en charge et pourtant nous étions les seuls clients. Lors de la commande il y avait deux vendeurs le premier qui a fait des erreurs et l'autre était incapable de préparer un sandwich. Ensuite il n'y a pas suffisamment de place pour déjeuner. Et lors de notre départ pas le moindre mot de salutation en réponse au notre. En résumé je déconseille fortement d'aller dans ce fast-food pour se délecter tant la qualité fût mauvaise je n'en reviens toujours pas.

Eat here for many years. Never got over charged. Always got what I payed for. Tastes great. Just the place is a little small..

Toppings are very limited compared to other subway outlets. The company ought to check their outlets inorder to maintain consistency. Disappointed dearly.

They don't do a £5 lunch deal. I wouldn't pay more than a fiver for a sandwich. Especially since the filling isn't even fresh, it's all frozen in packets. (I know because I used to work for this franchise)

I am a regular at Subways locally to London and beyond even, the UK. Sadly, in most host nations, these franchises have a varying rating on the measuring scales. The person at the other end of the counter, depending on the generosity, or the depravity of the day (I assume) can be at frown, scowl, or fever-pitch level; or if in Subinch luck, a smile, jovial greeting, and a merry lark (seldom gained).

Subway в Великобритании намного приятнее, чем в Москве. Во-первых, там не очень дорого (в отличие от Москвы), за добавки не берут дополнительных денег, очередей там нет, чисто и приятно. А главное, вкусно.

Quando queremos a segurança de um sabor conhecido um Subway é sempre uma boa opção. Só que se fores fã de cream cheese não conte com essa possibilidade!

En mi opinión, esto es lo peor de todas las operaciones de transporte subterráneo. Sucio, lento, lleno, cobrando de más, un usuario agradable diseño por las molestias (por ejemplo, con muchos y a veces innecesarios a pasos de la escalera al monte cuando tienes equipaje ... tienes que monte medidas incluso en estaciones con ascensores). Se debe evitar a los meses cálidos como los trenes son como una caldera. Los trenes son a menudo con retraso, y la razón son siempre "señal fracaso' probablemente porque metro es demasiado viejo y hay falta de fondos para renovar aunque billete los precios son absolutamente entre los más altos. Es una pena pero el problema es que, aun así, hay que usar.

Parece metro es de calidad constante donde vayas. Era un sándwich de media sub, pero el pan está siempre recién horneados.

Don't go here. Choose one of the independent cafes or bakeries in Strutton Ground. Much better and cheaper. In evenings when many places are closed - walk 5 minutes down Horseferry Road, look for the numerous London taxis parked (London taxi drivers KNOW where the good eating places are!) and try the excellent Astral Cafe - open until 10.30 pm.

The meat is a bit less then before, but it's still tasty and healthy!

This is my favorite place to eat while I'm on my lunch break. The ingredients are really always fresh and contribute for the great sandwiches. They even have a delivery system which is one more convenience.
