Said it was open at 17:30 Sunday evening till 2:00am went to see get some fish and chips at 6pm IT WAS SHUT!!!!

Visiting Blackpool and found this fish and chip shop by accident Sat in the fish was amazing aswell as chips

Truly scrumptious fish and chips, cooked fresh to order and without doubt, worth the wait. Delicious food, friendly service and good value. Four tables for eating in.

What a great find this fish and chip shop was! Small but tastefully decorated and very clean. Four round tables with seating for 16 if you wanted to eat in and at no extra charge. Food was served on a fish shaped plate, which was a nice touch. The server, was also the chef and waiter and he was very friendly. He paid attention to detail when serving, cleaning and cooking. The fish was high quality, as was the batter. Big homemade chips and lovely mushy peas. The quality of the food was worth the wait. Everything was cooked fresh. A varied alternative menu was also available. I highly recommend Finesse fish and chips, Blackpool.

Nice little place, went here last a Sunday evening. Tucked away, very welcome owner. Fish and chips cooked fresh. Batter really nice, chips a bit chunky for the kids but overall good value for money and tasty.

Called late on a Friday . The owner did not hesitate to fire up the fryer although he was ready for closing . We had a fish , chips , gravy and peas on a plate to eat in . The food was faboulous and we even got an extra piece of fish gratis . SUPERB !!

By far the best Chip shop in blackpool!! All cooked fresh including the amazing chips staff were brilliant I couldn’t recommended enough definitely worth a visit every time in Blackpool.

Took the kids as we were close by in the premier inn and wanted fish and chips and this place has eat in. Chips are amazing never had chippy chips like these. Crispy and chunky. Fish was really nice and decent portions. If your in north pier end of blackpool recommend a visit. Owner gave our boys a bottle of water each as well for free. Nice touch.

Ok chippy with some tables for eating in. Massive sausages. Not as cheap as you might expect.

You know what, the food here was great but that's not even the best part, the man working there was so down to earth and had such good chemistry & attitude I can see myself travelling the 45 minutes just for that. But onto the food, great portion sizes I ordered chips and a burger, the chips were amazing I do struggle finding quality chips but this man has delivered and then some!. The burger tastes great the bun he uses is top quality too not the generic ones you find in many places. I have to go back to the quality of service tho.. the man made us feel like important customers had a chat and a laugh with us and that's worth a lot these days.

Friendly and inviting . Eat in available the chips are fabulous all cut by hand good old fashioned chunky chips without being greasy can't fault the quality . Highly recommend a visit .

Although this place the food is excellent it’s not always open very hit n miss with his opening times on many occasions on a Friday night from early eve til midnight/early hours it’s shut which is a real shame especially if your making the effort to pass all the other takeaways.. Message to the owner/landlord if it ever comes up for lease let me know and message me I’m interested

After the London experience of Fish & Chips, this place is a breath of fresh sea air. The chunky chips are legendary and the customer service instant and genial. In the Gay Pride capital of Blackpool. Lovely.

Dickson Rd has changed over the years from being a depressing haven of sad hotels with drug addicts....to being the now LGBT centre of the town. Right opposite the popular Funny Girls...this is a fantastic small diner offering the very best in this traditional dish. Regulars love it.

Wanted battered haddock but wasn't available. Had a small portion of battered cod instead. I'm not a lover of cod at all but the one I had from finesse was very tasty. Enjoyed so much. Great real chips. Service was adequate. Returned the next day but couldn't get a seat to dine in. Overall great. Awarded Top 3 in Blackpool? There's a reason why they get that. Will recommend to anyone.

We called in here on our return to Blackpool. We sat inside, food is cooked to order so it is hot and fresh. The food was very nice but the price seemed to have risen quite alot since our last visit.

The food is delicious, the fish is cooked whilst you wait but it is well worth the wait. The chips are big and chunky and taste lovely. The man and wife that run the shop are really friendly and nice. I would recommend you give this fish and chip shop a try. We go in every time we visit Blackpool

This chip shop was down the street we were staying in. Having seen it was busy everytime we passed. We decided to call in on our last night. They have four small tables inside. We had a lovely tea I would highly recommend this place to eat in or take away and a very reasonable price too x

They advertise small childrens fish and chip takeaway in the window £1.99 but I asked twice for this offer (in times advertised Monday to Thursday 4.30 to 6.30) to be told they had no small fish and only regular at nearly £5. On the third time I did buy the regular one but for me the chips were like potatoe wedges cut so thick. Because of this I am going to leave a poor review as I dont like to be lured in by an offer that isn't on, If it isn't available please take sign down as it is embarrassing for customers to ask several times. The last two times I have visited Blackpool I have used this place, why? Simply because they do provide lovely food. This visit I had fish and chips and although I initially thought I would not be able to finish the meal because of the portion I had, I did because the food was so good I refused to leave any and instead left an empty carton. Sums it up really...very recommended, great value and great tasting food!

This is probably the best Fish and Chips in Blackpool. Very friendly chef, nice lady serving big plates very comfy, normal atmosphere. Been there few times visiting Blackpool over the last few years and believe me, you wont find better plaice for fish and chips...

Every time you go there you get good size Chips, and very hot. Fish is always excellent & a decent size for your money.

We called here yesterday after the air show and was more than impressed.

As we drove to our hotel we saw a person dressed as Dorey outside a fish and chip shop. Made my wife laugh!.We stopped off there later and what excellent chips. Handcut wedge type chips, which were light and fluffy. Best chips we've ever had.

I called in to this fish shop Sunday Oct 23rd for fish, chips and mushy peas. The fish and chips were cooked while I waited and the guy serving was full of life and chatty too. I was asked if I wanted the fish to cook a bit longer to brown the batter more, which was nice as with most fish and chip shops you don't get a choice.The fish was beautifully cooked, tender and moist and the batter was delicious too. The chips were chunky and they were yummy as well and the mushy peas were just the right texture and colour. Full m,arks to this fish and chip shop

Visited here while staying in Blackpool. A little off the beaten track for most tourists but we were aware as we were staying opposite. It was very clean so we ate in at one of the little tables. My son had a childrens meal consisting of 3 chicken nuggets and chips. I had a medium fish and chips although I would have called the fish large. Nice chunky chips. Food hot and tasty. Excellent value at £9.50. Tourists were coming and going while we were there which is always a good sign.

Food freshly cooked to order, batter just right, chips are huge! It's not expensive and you can use the 'Bag' discount card, which most hotels give out to you, so the food is even cheaper for you. Staff very professional and friendly and happy to help.

Called in for a bite to eat and have got to say for a fish and chip shop this place fitted the bill perfectly. Chips are hand cut and cooked freshly when ordered, the shop is small with a few tables but unlike other chip shops the food is served on proper plates with knives and forks unlike another one I visited which was slightly larger and food came in polystyrene package with plastic forks even when eating in. The young polish couple who run the place are very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. If I had to make a negative comment the barm cakes sold are the ones for burgers but other than that everything was good.

Been going to fish and chip shop since the new owners took over.....WOW love the hand cut chips, always cooks fish the way I want it....crispy.....even when I pop in after a few drinks they know exactly what I want...large sausage and hand cut chips with mayo....fabulous. Also we have sat in on many occasions with great fable service too. Have sent friends and guests here and they all rate it do highly. Thank you for giving us such great food and with happy smiling faces.

This has just got to be the worst fish and chip shop in Blackpool. Rude staff who are disinterested in serving. The food is terrible and I shall certainly never visit again. The prices look good but the portions terrible.

Absolutely lovely place to eat what I would say are the best chips in town. Soft and fluffy in the inside and crisp outside is a perfect combination for this wedge like chunky chips. Fish was delicious and my favourite spam fritter on the money. Add a large mug of really great tea and we had a really tasty meal before our night out. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable too.

Chanced across this small restaurant and what a find! Small but perfectly formed with the best humoured owner. He was in the middle of a huge takeaway order for 14 placed when the restaurant was full but he didn't stress and just got on with it ensuring new customers were seated and had a cup of tea or coffee until he was able to take their order. Superb quality food freshly prepared and cooked. Highly recommended.

This is a small fish and chip shop with four tables for customers eating in. It is tucked away on a corner one road back from the promenade roughly opposite the North Pier, and we found it fortuitously. The proprietor takes a real pride in his food, and the fish and chips were simply outstanding. I would be amazed if anyone left this place disappointed. A very friendly establishment which clearly has a lot of regular customers.
