Great for a quick lunch, nice atmosphere, chai latte is delicious! Good for toddlers, high chairs and books available, option of tables or sofas, lovely place

Fui a este café el martes a la hora del almuerzo, lugar agradable y limpio, personal agradable, pasteles encantadores, pero aparte de una hamburguesa o un sándwich, no había nada disponible en el menú limitado. Las fichas eran como cerillas. Mi esposa pidió pastel casero, perdón por no estar disponible, luego pidió otros dos platos que no estaban disponibles, finalmente preguntó qué había disponible y le ofrecieron un sándwich tostado pobre.

Entré después de hacer algunas operaciones bancarias en Natwest, pensé que sería un buen lugar para tomarme un café, ahora lo sé. Era tan débil que parecía una gran taza de leche. Para una taza de ese tamaño, se necesitaron al menos 4 disparos junto con una mezcla de frijoles que deberían ayudar a la fuerza y el sabor a lo largo. Lo llevó de vuelta al mostrador, las chicas sin entrenamiento parecían confundidas y simplemente lo llenaron con un trago de café expreso. . . sin disculpas ni servicio al cliente en general, no pude evitar sentir que se adaptarían mejor a la tienda de pasteles y puré a la vuelta de la esquina. Muy decepcionante.

Un personal increíble que hizo todo lo posible para garantizar que nuestro padre disfrutara de su 75º cumpleaños con su familia. Siendo un enfermo de Alzheimer, encontrar lugares adecuados y amigables que simpaticen con sus necesidades es una rareza. El personal ayudó a proporcionar un área íntima, en un entorno abierto y relajado. Trajeron la comida de manera rápida y rápida para ayudar a prevenir la inquietud y la agitación. Great Cafe & Bakery. Always has fresh sandwiches/Paninis. Plenty of tables, Comfy seats in window area with pleasant view so you can watch the world go by! Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.

I ordered a cake for my daughters 18th Birthday, it looked beautiful. It was cut the day after collection (having been stored in a cool room as per the staff advice) the sponge was very dry. I emailed the bakery to let them know and I was advised that someone would get back to me after the weekend - a week on I am still waiting! All in all a very disappointing experience and I would not order from here again!

Ordered a cappuccino and got a flat white, when I asked for a cappuccino the barista was very rude and when she turned her back to me i could still hear her muttering about me.

Gone downhill. It used to be clean and refreshing but recently i have visited several times and it is the same each time, tables are dirty. Used cups plates left for hours. floor unswept flies everywhere especially around open food counter. Perhaps they are short staffed

A friend and I had a cup of coffee and a sandwich here one Wednesday lunchtime. The place was only about half full and there was plenty of space inside to move about. It was a bright and airy environment. The quality of food and the coffee was good but there was a strange ordering system. When you order coffee, you have to leave your tray on the counter and wait to be called to pick it up and take it to your table. For new customers it was a bit confusing. It was a nice place though, and I would probably visit again in the future.

The following is review of the Fireball Pizza Company from members of Bromley Speaking Up Group, a self-advocacy for learning disabled people: Bromley Speaking Up Group meet every month at The Finch House Cafe for our coffee mornings. It is really good because the food and drink tastes delicious. There is a variety of things to choose from, and they cater for different special diets. There is gluten free and food for people with allergies. It is very clean and hygienic and there is a lot of room to get about especially for people in wheel chairs. While there are no designated disabled toilets, the two toilets they have are big and always clean. The staff are friendly and helpful to the public. We find it easy to get to Orpington High Street We all like coming here for coffee morning and we would like to keep coming back.

Met up with friends for afternoon cofffee, tea and cake. Very nice cafe with plenty of seating and relaxed atmosphere. Had coffee and cake as did my friends, There is outside seating which is pleasant on warm days.There is certainly no shortage of restaurants and cafes in Orpington but The Finch house is one of the better ones should you be visiting the high street.

We called here for. Coffee and, seeing my partner’s favourite on the menu , ordered a salt beef sandwich. Firstly it was toasted and also included melted cheese. Although the ingredients were fresh it certainly didn’t reach its over £6 cost. The coffee too was not particularly good. Pleasant staff

Lovely Classy cafe on the high street with seating inside and out. Very clean and staff were good at service. Some prices a little on the high side, but overall excellent. had coffees and lunch. Portion size great.

Last time I visited the bakery I picked up a leaflet on the celebration cakes that they offer. I ordered a chocolate one for my sister's 30th birthday and it was excellent. It looked fantastic, was beautifully fresh and not too sweet and sickly. The celebration cakes are also very well priced in comparison with ones I have previously ordered from other London bakeries. Highly recommended for a celebration treat.
